The gym was a bit smaller than what I’m used to at my home gym, which I’m comparing it to as I plan my move back to the suburbs. One thing I noticed right away was the parking situation — unlike my home gym, which has no restrictions, this location had a 3-hour limit in the lot. Since I typically take three classes on Saturdays, I wanted to clarify whether that would be an issue.
When I asked the coach at the front desk if I might get ticketed or towed for staying over the limit, the response I received was disappointing: “I don’t know, I don’t live in the area. Maybe go ask around.” I found this frustrating — not because I mind asking questions elsewhere, but because I was hoping someone representing the gym would either have that kind of logistical information or at least offer to find out or check with another staff member.
It’s a small thing, but details like that make a big difference when choosing a new gym — especially when you're trying to plan your routine around multiple classes.

Tried to call the local 630 number on their site to learn about a class. Goes to a voicemail inbox that is full. Then had to call their 800 number, they were too busy to answer, got put on a list for a call back that came 20 minutes later. That person was in Colorado, could tell me nothing about the local studio. It all felt very corporate - nothing like what I would expect from a yoga studio - more like dealing with American Airlines!
Core Power replied back suggesting I call their 800 number for support. This is the same number I already called and got put on hold and then talked to the not helpful person in CO. Its like they did not even read my original review!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. I recently started doing yoga and I was really nervous about going because I didn’t know what I was doing and I didn’t want to feel judged or anxious. Every single yoga sculpt class and hot yoga class I have gone to has been exceptional! I feel absolutely comfortable, all of the instructors/teachers there are so nice and motivating. I tell everyone to get a membership here! lol truly such wonderful staff and atmosphere!

If you book a class here do not show up even a millisecond late, they will lock the doors and not let you in. I understand this is for security reasons when no one is at the desk, but this means zero compassion for people stuck in horrible Elmhurst traffic, or delays due to car accidents. When someone finally came to the door, the girl working there made me feel like a criminal for being late and was very rude and unfriendly. She would not let me join the class. Two additional guests were waiting at the door to exchange merchandise but since no one was at the desk and the doors were locked, they also left. I’ve been practicing yoga for 20 years and have never had this type of experience at a studio. My first and unfortunately last experience here.

I've never been to a yoga studio that allows people to bring in large personal items, such as tote bags/gym bags, and cell phones into class. It's distracting and not necessary - the gym offers nice locker rooms where people can put these items. The classes are also over crowded, they really need to make their max at least 5 people less so you're not sweating on top of the person next to you and so everyone has the ability to do poses without hitting the person next to them. Extra star because one of their teachers was great and locker rooms were clean. I would not recommend this studio.

Went there for the first time today and the instructor didn't show up and they didn't have any back up plans in place for a situation like this.

Their staff/instructor (Annie) is very rude and the place is dirty and always smells. They don't follow CDC guidelines to provide a Covid safe environment. I would not go back, terrible service and very unethical!

My first class I had never experienced Yoga before and didn't know what I was walking into. Leaving after my first class I knew I had found something that my body and mind needed, and better yet...enjoyed. It took time, but with every practice my health improved and I began to feel changes in myself outside of class in my everyday life. The staff helped make the studio feel inviting and supported me in class which encouraged me to make the time to come in and prioritize myself. I would have laughed at the thought of it, but 5 years later I now teach and share what has and continues to help me live a healthier, happier, more peaceful life. So, I'd recommend it... one hour can change every one after it : )

HPF on Saturdays with Jamie is a perfect loop to secure the work week to the weekend. Her pace, suggestions and calm tone partners with the humidity to allow the energy be soaked up and experienced. Thank You Jamie.
