I flew into the Chicago area to visit my sister, and she invited me to join her for a class at CorePower Yoga—and wow, what an incredible experience. The instructor, Sam, was absolutely phenomenal. She struck the perfect balance between calm clarity and powerful motivation. Her class blended meditation with encouragement that pushed us to embrace the resistance, engage our muscles, and challenge ourselves to grow stronger. I left feeling amazing—mind, body, and spirit. 10/10 recommend this studio, and 10/10 recommend taking Sam’s class. You won’t regret it!

I enjoy this studio. Very nice staff, easy to park at. So far I have loved all the yoga teachers there. I'm coming via class pass and this one usually has classes that I can still get in. I live in Indiana but if I'm in the area I try and stop by for a class. Corepower yoga is amazing, you need to try it out. I wish they were closer to me.

This location is horrible. The staff sit behind the desk snickering and talking about clientele. They only compliment certain people in the class. What can you possibly get out of this? So immature and ignorant. This behavior is a disgrace. I am so glad I didn't sign up here and if I do decide to I will definitely go to another location.

Had my first class with Brianna Lombardo, and she was exceptionally the best yoga instructor I have ever came across. She was so welcoming the moment my cousin and I stepped into the facility. I really enjoyed her class and I loved how helpful she was when it came to correcting. For someone who does heavy weightlifting often, and having problems with stiffness. I felt amazing after taking her class. Thanks to Brianna I will be coming back for more classes!

I did hot power fusion yoga with PJ Hunter today, and I stretched my aching muscles in a very heat infused space which was so comforting for my aching back. I came in with back pain and left feeling healed. I will definitely be going back.

**update: rep wasn’t even helpful with my questions, only got helped with freezing membership. Then never got a reply back***

I haven’t been able to practice for a whole month because of this closure. It’s getting very frustrating. The next closest location to me is the Bucktown for 9am class with the traffic will take me 30-45mns! It’s unbelievable! How long is the issue from the flooding will take place? Are we even going to get a free month for not being able to use our membership??? It’s well over 6 weeks from when the flooding happen and only able to use my pass once.

Deeply disappointed by the closures and cancellations at this studio. I wanted to be a member but have not been able to practice at this studio in nearly 3 weeks due to their ongoing issues with flooding. Since it was my first month of membership, I couldn't even pause my membership. Along with random class cancellations that happened prior to the flooding issues, I don't feel that I can count on the schedule. I will be looking elsewhere, which is truly a shame because I absolutely loved the classes and studio.

I have practiced at Core Power on and off for many years, in the city of Chicago and now at the Oak Park location. The teachers at the Oak Park location are great, and there are a variety of classes to choose from. I like that they are offering new Strength X classes this year - for those of us who have been practicing a long time it is exciting to have a new class option. Another perk is the retail discounts for All Access members. If I had to offer one suggestion it would be to offer free towels to All Access members, I have passed this on to Corporate before, but I haven't seen them want to make this change. Overall, great studio that offers an awesome workout.

I went to yoga for the first time after having a baby 6 weeks ago and I had the instructor Amy! She was fantastic with me, I couldn’t have had a better instructor for my 1st day! Thank you Amy and team! Love love yoga 🧘‍♀️ it really mentally relaxed me…

I started with 2 week free trial and was sold! I've been going there now maybe 5 if not 6 years. Download the app, set your location and look at the schedule. First class at 6am last class at 730 so no excuses. Your rate stays the same never increases. Classes are cleaned right after class. Showers and cool teachers.

This review is not a relflection of this specific location, but the business as a whole. I signed up for a $1 two-week membership back in September 2021 and attended 2 classes. The classes were fine, but ultimately did not satisfy what I was looking for and decided to not purchase any further classes or memberships. Fast forward to December and I see on my bank statement a charge for $165 from CorePower Yoga. Turns out CorePower Yoga had charged me for an all-inclusive membership without my consent. Upon further investigation this is common practice with the organization and there are over 100 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Many people have been charged after these trials or after cancelling memberships with little to no response from the company. This is unacceptable and I am now having to dispute this charge with my bank.

Dropped in for a community C1; Talia was fantastic and the class was exactly what I needed.

Studio was clean, and followed the same design I'm familiar with in DC. Have to give them credit on the consistency.

Absolutely love this place. The instructors are fantastic -- I usually go to Yoga Sculpt classes and love Amanda and Amy's classes (everyone is amazing though). A very fun, inviting atmosphere! I've been searching for a place where there are no hidden fees etc. to work out and this is it! I've been going here for about a month and a half and have noticed significant improvement in my flexibility, reduced stress, and I feel stronger. Each instructor teaches a little differently so try out different classes and find what you like! :)

inviting, easy to get in and out and very clean studio. the Yogi's here are friendly and well trained. many different classes to start, highly recommend Yoga Sculpt once a week with C2/C3 in-between. The studio staff will assist in keeping your mind, body and spirit in check.

I did Bikram Yoga for 30+ years on and off and did not want to try CorePower thinking it would be too "corporate". I finally did try the one week for free several years ago, loved it, and continue to go back. The Oak Park studio is friendly, welcoming and provides outstanding instruction and guidance. I have also visited studios and Colorado (Lakewood and Colorado Springs) and found them to be similarly student/Yogi-focused and engaging. The Hot Power Fusion (HPF) is very similar to Bikram in temperature/humidity and the series of poses. And the black tag membership allows you to attend unlimited classes for one price. Can you tell I love this place?
