We were drop ins from Oregon. The people were very friendly. The work out was great even in the humidity. The Coach was so knowledgeable in all the moves and made sure everyone was doing them right. The box was very clean and nice workout environment. Great box that we look forward to visiting again when in town.

Wow,

What a great gym. The staff dedicates itself to professional training of the athletes. I could not do an overhead squat before going the the gym under the tutelage of the staff I have now perfected the movement.

The members of the box are a family that urges each other to do well. This gym is the only place that I felt like it was a wolf pack getting leadership from the Alpha Male and Female. It felt like the military doing hard but with love for each other. The care about you the athlete point blank.

If you want to get good this is the place to go point bland in the Buffalo Grove area.
