Curves is a friendly and welcoming place. I especially like the work out programs for strength & balance and the new aerobic workout is becoming my favorite. Curves helps keep me fit.

Champaign curves is a fun place to exercise! All staff and participants are friendly and helpful. All different ages are here and involved. Owner ,Sharon is very knowledgeable of which machine helps what part of you and which to be careful of in case of back, knee, hip issues. Come join the group!

I've been a loyal customer for over a decade. I enjoy the fun, ladies only atmosphere and friendships that thrive at Curves. Maintaining bone mass and muscle strength is important but recently I found out how important. I underwent a total hip replacement and have recovered in record time with minimal pain. My PT called me their poster child for a good recovery! The key was strong muscles that help support my new joint and allow movement with much less discomfort. I'll be back to Curves as soon as I'm released by my doctor!

I've been going to Curves for 8 months now. It is a friendly and welcoming environment for women to work out. You can modify the workouts as needed with help from the Curves instructors. It is a great routine that works your entire body in less than 40 minutes.
