Week 2 of training with Jennifer! She’s easy going with a positive energy. I feel very comfortable and at ease with her guidance and support! If you’re looking for a more private experience, Divided Labs is the place! There’s rarely more than 5 people in the studio at once. I personally prefer it over the crowds in the super gyms!

Love working out at Divided Labs! They offer personal training, nutrition counseling, and a friendly and supportive atmosphere. My trainer, Dakodah, is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. In fact, everyone here is super helpful and encouraging. The gym is clean and well-equipped and the app makes it a breeze to do workouts on my own between sessions. If you're serious about getting in shape and getting healthy, this is your place!

Last month on Facebook I saw a promo for 3 one-on-one personal training sessions for a great price at Divided Labs. I had never used a personal trainer before so I did not know what to expect. Lucky for me I was paired up with Dakodah who was knowledgeable, patient and very encouraging with me. I was even able to come back on my own a couple times to get a few more workouts in. I am impressed with the entire set up at DL. The environment was welcoming, very clean and it was never too crowded.I highly recommend Divided Labs for whatever level of training or working out you are looking for!

Jennifer is an amazing trainer/coach. Her encouragement makes me do things i didn't know i could do. She pushes me to my limit but at the same time understand my limitations and my weaknesses. She is always available to answer our questions. She will correct our form when she sees us doing something wrong even if we don't have a session with her. You can really feel that she wants to help you achieve your fitness goal and really care for her clients. I still have a long way to go but I know i will be able to achieve it having a trainer like Jen.
I also like the app we are using specially the video for each exercise. It really helps us to know what we need to do by just watching the video.
The facilities are new and always clean and also the gym is near to our house that makes it very convenient to me and my husband.

I found Divided Labs because I was seeking out a certain type of gym. I was first welcomed by Connor and we decided to jump-start my re-entry into the gym world, a personal trainer would be best. I needed some serious accountability. I signed up for a 6 week program with Jennifer and I am so happy with my decision. The workouts are all on my phone for easy tracking. The gym is small but mighty, has a great flow and is quiet. Everything you need is there and youre never fighting for equipment. Jennifer has been amazing. I am not a beginner but I have been out of the gym for a significant amount of time. She's been patient and encouraging. I would 100% recommend this gym, it's programs and trainers. There's a level of community and care there that you won't find at the corporate gyms.

So happy I found Divided Labs. We won’t talk about where they’ve been all my life… I love the clear programming, consistent check ins and explanations, along with the accountability and goal setting . I'm so glad I found Divided Labs and started training with them! A few months ago, I decided I needed help. I'd made some changes on my own to become more healthy and fit, but it wasn't enough. I’m really happy working with my trainer through the Divided Labs Fitness Coaching app. We can tweak my workout routine and address any questions I have directly through the app usually within 24 hours of my asking.
The fact that the app links with my Fitbit app is an extra bonus as my trainer can see real-time details of my day including my nutrition and other relevant details.
This isn’t some fly-by-night outfit, but rather professionals that work directly with you and who want to see you succeed!

There aren't enough words to describe how much Divided Labs has forever changed my experience with weight loss, weight training and especially knowledge of my workouts. When I first decided to join Divided Labs I still had doubt because of past experiences with other coaches but I was at the point in my life where I was desperate so I thought to myself “what do i have to lose?”
My goal was to lose fat and build muscle at the same time which i wasnt sure if it was possible and to not stress over food every day like i was. I can now say that I havnt been this stress free from food in my whole adult life!

I’ve been Powerlifting for 3 years with a big desire to take it to the next level in my career, but nutrition always seemed to be on the back burner. When my bf decided to take control of his nutrition with Connor and raved about the results, I decided to try it. Lost 3.5% body fat in 4 weeks and previously 2.2% in 6 weeks training with Connor! One of the things I appreciate most about Connor is his humility and that he relies on data/research in formulating his results-driven plans. In his hands, I feel like I have the absolute best chance at reaching my goals. One of the biggest benefits you receive in working with him is weekly curated exercise plans, tailored especially for you/your goals. Then, he becomes whatever you need him to be e.g. motivator, accountability partner, sounding board, mentor. If you have the opportunity to train with him in person, you MUST. Sarah is great. I thought working out with a personal trainer would be all serious and pushing you past your limits and to extremes. Woah was I wrong there. From day one (one on one meeting) before even working out, I was motivated. I have been a athlete in the past and knew how to workout to get ready for football, but in real life working out I was clueless. Yes I tried on my own in the past but didn't know what i was doing. When i sat down with Sarah and told her my three goals she explained how the program designed is custom to me and that the days I don't meet with a coach the program for the day is on the app and with videos (videos have helped a lot).
When I arrived for my first training day, I was not sure what to expect, but we jumped right into it. Sarah did a demo of every exercise and stretch, taught me how to log the weights and reps and how to add more to the workout in the app. I was exhausted but in a good way! First week I worked muscles I haven't before and they are sore but I'm happy.
This is week two for me, I started my nutrition program and meal prepping. Working with Divided Labs you can switch your coach to work around your schedule or just do a change once in a while. I worked with Connor earlier in the week and he guided me just like Sarah, I didn't miss a beat. Connor knew my background and what my goals were before I even met with him for my training day and we jumped right into it.
I like the daily motivation (emails/chats), energy, knowledge of the coaches and we have a group chat for there clients and we share info and high fives (teamwork).
What I really like is how Sarah and Connor talk to you, plus send you personal messages and include you in team messages they treat you like your friend/family! You can tell they want to see you succeed and hit your goals by educating and motivating you.

One of the important things for me is the food dairy. I log what I eat and Sarah can see what I'm taking in and what I should cut out or if I need more protein or carbs etc. And that helps me stay on track.
Another important thing for me is when I get my workout videos. They are simple and easy, Click the video and they slowly explain everything you are doing for that exercise. Replay as much as you need till you get what is going on.

Can I just say how amazing this app and personal trainers are😁💪💪 I love everything about it from the app to the products to the fitness family!! It's so detailed and easy to follow that you will never have an excuse again to not get a workout in!! It helps big time with keeping track of your workouts that it's like having a trainer with you at all times! I have tried so many and this is by far the BEST yet😁 can't say it enough ...I LOVE IT! totally worth checking it out you won't be disappointed.

I started DL with a coming off a program with a injuries and feeling like I hit my plateau. Sarah built a program that challenged me both intuitively and physically. I was a little doubtful in the beginning. I soon started to see improvements in personal bests, overall body composition with less fat and more lean muscle and increased energy. I began a 12 week training with Connor in December 2018. Needless to say, it's now 9 months later and I still am part of the Divided Labs family. I am stronger, leaner and in better shape than I have ever been especially at the age of 48. Connor has tailored and continues to monitor a very specific training regimen suited especially for me. Divided Labs coaching is a top notch establishment! I am in week 3 of my training and have noticed an improvement in my nutrition, weight lifting, and overall health. They utilize a body scan and other data to create a strategy tailored to your body in order to get you to your goals. Was so impressed, took my fiancé to get signed up with them. She loves it!
They will get you the results you want if you are willing to do the work. There are 2 main apps and one is integrated to their app to track your nutrition and fitness program. Your coach will track and give you suggestions or tweaks along the way. It is user friendly and helps track sets, reps and weights. Best program I have ever been on.
