I love all the classes here…Yin is a great stretching class where you hold relatively easy poses for 3-5 mins, stretching the muscles first then getting into the joints and connective tissues to let a hard working body finally relax. Hot 60 and 90 will cut fat off faster than anything and stretch the spine using pulling more than any type of yoga. Vinyassa flows give total body strength, balance and stretching. Hot outlasted will work your core, stamina, and total body muscles. The teachers and class vibes are amazing.

I started coming to Drip 1 1/2 years ago. It has completely changed my life. I have lost 30 pounds and gotten into great shape. I would have never believed the benefits I have achieved from hot yoga. Drip is my happy place. I feel so welcome at Drip. I’ve had lots of people ask what’s my favorite class or which class have I gotten the most out of? I tell them all of them. I have gained more flexibility than I ever could have imagined. My cardio is unbelievable and I have increased muscle mass too. All of the instructors are awesome. I’m able to improve my practice by getting something different from each of them.

Drip is an amazing studio, offering a variety of hot classes (60 and 90 minute yoga, Pilates, Yoga Sculpt, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga). The instructors are exceptional, helpful, knowledgeable and fun. The owner, Emily, has created an environment of acceptance, fun, and welcoming. I have made many friends at the studio and love coming to see them and share our practice together. Come join us!

This is genuinely the best studio around. Whether you’re a long time practitioner or brand new to working out, Drip has an incredible lineup of yoga and pilates instructors that will push you to progress. Not to mention, the class times are built to accommodate any schedule and the amenities are plentiful, new, and clean. So glad I found this amazing studio!

I thoroughly enjoyed Leah's Yin class! The studio is really well set up from the lobby all the way back to the restrooms. It’s a well thought out space. The staff was welcoming, anttentive, and gave me a quick but complete run down (my first visit). I hope to get in for a flowy type class soon and see what else they have going on!

Happy anniversary! 🎊🎈🎉
Huge shout-out to the team for hitting their 3rd anniversary—what an awesome milestone!

Here, every class leaves you feeling stronger, more flexible, and mentally refreshed. The instructors are phenomenal—knowledgeable, encouraging, and always ready to help you push past your limits while maintaining proper form.

Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve your endurance, or simply de-stress, these classes offer everything.

Highly recommend to anyone looking to level up their workout routine and flexibility!

Its an amazing studio with amazing instructors and a variety of classes. The pricing is really good for the area too but in all honesty any package of the many on their website is wayyy worth it. Tons of pop ups too.

Do yourself a favor and check it out! Youll get gains (physically, mentally, emotionally) and also definitely gain a community, friendships and at least one new hobby. Everyone on staff is friendly from owner to receptionists.

All are welcome. Im an acrobatic gym bro and feel challenged and welcomed always. 10/10 updogs.

I went to my first class and there was no room due to how many people are allowed to register for a heated class. There needs to be a maximum because the instructor isn't able to adequately serve the class for that amount of people. It wasn't worth my money.

My first class was amazing! I was going to another studio and all classes were very low key, not much variety, instructors were "meh" and none were very challenging. Hot yoga was not very hot either. First class at Drip was amazing and I can't wait to do more! Love the schedule options and variety in classes offered and staff was super friendly, studio very clean.

I just had a conversation with Emily - this is the worst business owner ever! First time i went there they cheated me off 2 classes, now she gave me an attitude that i have to download an app so she doesn’t have to input my information in the system. I am sorry that you have to do work.
I am also sorry but you are not doing me a favor for letting me pay for a class so thank you for your suggestion that its not a good place for me-you just save some serious anxiety if you set the same atmosphere in the studio as you do over the phone!
Also thanks for sharing the news that you go all over the world to studios in do wish that you learn customer service from places you visit, you just lost 2 customers.
**** UPDATE TO THE OWNER****
Thats correct i called twice because after unpleasant and unprofessional conversation over the phone, I wanted to make sure I spoke to the owner, like you said, you’re a small business owner, - I wanted to righ just imagine that when I found out that the rude person was you yourself, !I
Now about the waiver-you did not ask me to sign a waiver-you lie again.
You told me I have to download an app and I said I don’t want to do that and you become angry and rude!!
I told you that the first time we just signed the waiver in the studio and you told me that no one has has a problem with that and if I don’t download the app, I can’t come to the studio-which is totally fine. I rather go somewhere where the atmosphere is positive.
This was the conversation .
Saddly, just are just someone who wants to make money your way, without consideration for others and its your right as a business owner.
I DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF TREATMENT THEREFORE I DONT SUPPORT YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER.

No wonder why your studio in Evanston closed down.
With this attitude you shame yoga.

I’ve been coming to this studio for about 3 years now! Over the years it’s just been getting better and better! They’ve added more of a variety of more classes for anyone with any level of fitness. The studio is becoming more & more gorgeous as well! I can’t even speak to how amazing the staff is, they’re phenomenal. They’re all so kind, they’re all approachable and truly care about you even outside of the classes! They’re easy to talk to about any injuries you have and can tell you about any variations you can take you avoid further injury. I can’t see myself at any other studio, they have great community!

I have been looking for a place like this since I moved!! I had tried another “hot yoga” place near me, but it wasn’t for me. I'm so thankful I met Emily, the owner, and she told me about her hot yoga studio. I have taken 3 classes so far. Pilates with weights with Regina. She is amazing! If you're a newbie like me and don't know what you're doing, she will help you. She will motivate you when you feel like you can't anymore, and it's so fun to do this class. Yin yoga with Phasita was nice and calm. You get to relax your body and enjoy the relaxed music in the background. The original hot yoga with Emily was amazing! You get to stretch your entire body with all different poses. It's great to start flexing your body more. I love the studio, and everyone is really nice!

I joined the Drip Hot Yoga family 5 years ago in June, 2017. And I do mean, a family. I feel like the hot room has become an extension of my own home, and the team here are all great people. Back then, hot yoga was the focus and I loved it! Soon, however Pilates classes were offered, in addition, and my workout experience improved.

Now, under new ownership, I appreciate all that Emily has done to take my workouts to the next level. I love her Yoga Sculpt classes! The studio includes a small shop with some great clothing, water bottles, hydration drinks, jewelry and more! Regina and Shari are fabulous teachers and so patient and encouraging. I recommend this studio without reservation!

Coronavirus created a new work world for us, leading to social distancing and isolation, loss of daily routines, loneliness. Yoga became a valuable tool for my self- care in these challenging times. Why? Simply because it works.

I joined Meadows Hot Yoga Studio (now DRIP Hot Yoga and Fitness) as a beginner two years ago and started noticing effects immediately. I felt it was right for my body and life stage. The breath, the movement, the flow, the concentration increases my sense of physical health and mental clarity. Teachers at DRIP are awesome. Namaste to YOGA.

I’m 48 years old, I ride mountain & road bikes and lift weights. At any given time, I’d have some kind of nagging muscle pull or issue. After a bad bicep muscle ordeal, a friend recommended hot yoga. A few months ago I tried it, did not enjoy it, stuck with it though, and a month or so later, no pain. Bikram yoga is no joke, but there’s no exercise that makes me feel as great as I do one hour after Bikram hot yoga. Physically and mentally. Not only are you stretching every joint in your body, but sweating out your body’s toxins. I am now that guy telling every other guy about hot yoga and this studio. Since Emily has taken over, there’s a great new energy at Drip. ALL the instructors are awesome, fun and patient. Do not be intimidated. It’s not just Bikram hot yoga, there are yoga sculpt classes, Pilates, and other types of yoga classes. Check them out, could be a life changer, it is for me.

I am not a yoga person. I complete century rides and marathons. I love heavy impact and endurance activities. When people asked me if I was into yoga; my true response was ‘that’s not really exercise’. Then I hurt my knee and my doctor said, ‘no more marathons’.

I needed to find something different. I happened upon Bikram Yoga in Rolling Meadows. You should know, I am the least flexible person you will ever meet but I figured how hard could it be and really, what did I have to lose?

I not only learned how hard it was ; but I also experienced how little of the poses I could do in class and what a real workout it turned out to be. I also didn’t seem to have as much pain in my knees!

I continued to attend classes and fumbled my way through it. I really felt like a bull in a china shop. But the instructors are so kind and caring, I keep going back. I truly am impressed with how experienced and educated the instructors are at this studio. They are so patient and encouraging to everyone!

I am not only in less pain, but I’m also becoming stronger due to the variety of classes they offer at the studio. I still can’t touch my toes, but I have goals :)

Give this place a try. You really won’t be sorry. This place continues to heal me in many ways. Hope to see you soon!!!

The class started off good. Kinda smelt bad I was waiting for music to come on. Really not impressed, Super controlling tried to tell me not to drink water in an hour and a half long hot yoga class cause it’s “distracting”, no music at all to relax and meditate to, again cause music is “distracting” old towel type mats that stunk really bad, told me I should dry myself off occasionally cause it’s “distracting” Carpented floor so you could smell the sweat in the floor from everyone that’s done hot yoga there for 6 years. The lady was really rude, at it was $20 drop in! Plus mat Rental. I would HIGHLY recommend anywhere but here.

I discovered Meadow Hot Yoga six years ago when I purchased a Groupon for a one month membership, and I have been coming here ever since. I’ve taken classes at other studios, but Meadows Hot Yoga by far has the best instructors, cleanest studio and they offer a 5:30 AM Bikram 90 class twice a week!! Carla and Gordy have had consistent, knowledgeable, well trained staff since the beginning. Stephanie, Linda, Christopher, Shari and Amy are the BEST. In Bikram, they don’t just go through the dialogue, they say things in a way that helps you to visualize how you should be in the pose, what muscles you’re using, where your eyes should be looking, etc. They correct you if you’re doing something wrong and encourage you to do things right the first time; to ensure no bad habits are formed from the start.
Stephanie also teaches a Rocket Vinyasa class that is challenging yet playful. She plays music and we all encourage each other to get outside our comfort zones and try new things…like handstands, headstands, and summersaults. In addition to Bikram, Linda teaches a Hatha class which is such a great compliment to Bikram and Shari teaches Inferno Hot Pilates, fast paced, challenging, and fun!
Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, I highly recommend Meadows Hot Yoga studio!

I love this place and the people here!
I was a runner for years and started to notice the damage. Last August, I started searching for a yoga studio. This is the third yoga studio I tried, and after only one week decided to become a member. The environment is very clean, welcoming and calm. The instructors are great! They truly care about Yoga and helping students. They emphasize the connection of body and mind.
They also offer a variety of classes. I take hot yoga (Bikram), Hatha yoga, Pilates, Rocket Yoga and Yin Yoga. After several months practice, I became more toned and flexible learning how to listen to my body, and carrying that awareness into daily life.
I’m so glad to discover Bikram Rolling Meadows and integrate Yoga in my life! Many thanks to Carla and Gordy for establishing such a marvelous yoga community!

So healing! After practicing martial arts for 20+ years, my range of motion was gradually decreasing. Yet, after only five months yoga practice (granted my wife & I practice nearly every day) my body feels rejuvenated. It’s like turning on a healing switch and feeling my body’s health restore. Thanks sooooo much to Carla and Gordy for opening Birkram Rolling Meadows yoga studio and introducing us to yoga!

If I could describe this yoga studio in one word it would be AWESOME! I found them on Groupon and decided to give it a try. I didn't think I'd like it (3 minutes into my 1st class and out of breath) but now I LOVE IT! Instructors are great, studio is clean and conveniently located near 53. I am now a monthly member and enjoy every minute of it. Come join us and I hope to see you there... Namaste 🙏

Great teachers and a great vibe! I have been to dozen different Bikram studios in Chicago and around the world, and this one is the real deal. I would encourage anyone to practice here. And if you’ve never tried hot yoga, try it - you will feel amazing afterwards!

I have practiced in most of the Bikram/ hot yoga studios in the Chicago region and several others in Fl, NY, Mo, Tx and GA. This with out a doubt the cleanest and best heat/humidity controlled studio that I have had the opportunity to practice in. I wish there was a 6th star to rate the facility and faculty.

The instructors have been so nice and understanding - no one has made me feel weak or embarrassed for having to sit out for some of the poses. I've only been a few times so far, but I definitely feel very welcomed while I am there. Facilities are very nice and clean as well!

Carla & the other instructors each provide a peaceful, personal and challenging practice that leaves you feeling relaxed and proud of yourself at the end of the 90 minutes. The studio is very new - with a large and open, clean hot room and large locker rooms with storage and showers.
Most yogis are respectful of the silent Bikram yoga hot room, with a few occasional exceptions of course. This studio provides the classic Bikram experience with the instructors pushing you each class to bring your practice to the next level. (Extra props to Carla for obviously working very hard to get to know each of her yogi's names).
From the experienced Bikram yogi to brand new yogis to this practice, this studio will provide all you're looking for. Definitely recommend.

I thought I knew yoga... but nothing comes close to the cleansing and challenge of Bikram! The expert staff of Bikram Yoga Rolling Meadows guide you through this strenuous (but oh so rewarding!) 90 minute sequence with constant correction.

Open your eyes, open your ears, and let yourself be taken through the motions to healthier joints, circulation, and digestion.

After only 2 sessions, you learn to listen to your body better than I ever have in my life! I could feel my heart start working to keep pace with the workout, I could feel every one of my pores sweat out the stress of the last 24 hours, and I began to know just how far I could stretch and hold my muscles.

The funny thing is: My first time through the exercise I thought I was going to just pass out, and I heard a few ladies in the locker room saying that 1 was enough for them, they weren't coming back. So I bet myself to make it past 1, as difficult as it was going to be. And I won my bet (and those ladies would have done well to take the bet too...)!
Bikram is a rewarding, learning experience. You can't get the most out of something new until you learn to work with your abilities and be guided by the experts.

So if you're curious, and you'll try anything once, tell yourself to come by and try Bikram once, and then once again (and again).

The facility is clean and has individual showers, plenty of room and sinks, and yummy refreshing juices.

There is no better way to start your day - I promise!

As a bikram newbie, I was apprehensive about feeling out of place. My worries ended with my first class. The instructors are welcoming and encouraging, always infusing the classes with positive energy.

It didn't take me long to discover that bikram is as much of a mental challenge as it is physical. The first couple of classes can feel like torture, but after you get the hang of it, it is impossible to leave the studio in a bad mood. Months later, I love that I feel at home there, and still feel challenged with each session.

The studio is lovely and clean, as are the locker rooms, and there are several pricing options to fit any need. Give it a try, you'll be hooked!

Beautiful clean yoga studio with plenty of mirror space to focus on your yoga poses. No down dog or child's pose in this yoga studio! Get ready for "the awkward pose", lotus, tree and 23 other poses...that would complete the 26 standard bikram yoga poses.

The Bikram Yoga sign is visible from 53 on the back of their building. Entrance is around the front. Leave your shoes at the door! In the bathroom there are 4 nice clean showers and an open changing room with a cubby hole shelf unit to stow your belongings.

CLASS SEQUENCE:
- Breathing/warm up (15 ish minutes)
- Standing poses ( 30 minutes)
- Seated poses (40 minutes)
- Breathing/savasana (5 minutes)

At a steamy 105 degrees, your first few classes might be a challenge. It is definitely manageable though and you can always lay in savasana if you feel like you need a break. I feel so accomplished after bikram! It is a really great workout and also provides an incredible sense of well being.
