With a rich history dating back over 20 years, EastSide Centre Sports Complex is one of the premier athletic facilities in the Midwest. Longtime host to both IHSA’s State Softball Championships, and IESA’s State Track and Baseball Finals, EastSide Centre has hosted a variety of sport and special events over the years.
Our facility is home 10 natural grass baseball/softball fields, 4 natural grass full length soccer/lacrosse fields, 3 indoor basketball courts, a 20,000 sqft gymnasium, an indoor walking track, and a fitness center fully equipped with strength and conditioning equipment.

Beautiful fields with terribly inadequate safety features on baseball fields. I can't believe they spent all the funds it must have cost to build these wonderful fields and facilities. Only to have dangerously inadequate backstop netting on the adjoining baseball fields. If there are multiple baseball games happening when your team plays, do not sit with your back to another game, as MOST foul balls are not stopped by their low fences and/or nets. Adding overhead nets would have been a miniscule amount of funds compared to what they spent on the fields and facilities. In just one game, we had 8 people hit with foul balls off neighboring fields. And I lost count of how many "close calls" there were. Im not sure if OSHA has code requirements for baseball fields, but I wonder if it's worth an OSHA complaint regarding this facility.

Honestly. Not sure how this place works bc it’s my first time here but if they say gates open at 7, why am I standing outside freezing til 7:30? One of first 25 people in and immediately went to bathroom which was FILTHY! Hair and urine on every seat I looked at. NASTY! Pricing wasn’t as advertised either which concerns me since it was cash only. Pocketing extra from every spectator means a ton of “tips” in ur pocket.

Beautiful sports complex with track and field, baseball fields, and soccer fields. Plenty of parking available. Only drawback is the inability to handle a huge group of busses attempting to load athletes after an event. Had I not improvised, I would've wasted well over an hour in line before loading my students. Instead, it only took me about 15 minutes.
