I love this gym. The owner is genuinely nice, food and smoothies are delicious, gym is always well kept. It's super close to my job as well. Wouldn't trade this gym for any other!

How anyone can rate this place anything below 5 stars blows my mind. The owner is cool and genuinely a great person. The gym is amazing and can even rent out an area to throw a party. This guys food is also pretty amazing. I had a vegan soup that made my day. He sells YerbaMate so you can get your kick before or after your workout.

Its a no nonsense gym you go workout and do what you have to do trainers are great I have Yoab traing me he is excellent I cant believe how well he looks for his age and Omar upstairs makes great smoothies I haven't tried the food yet but when he is cooking I can always smell it while working out and it smells great. If your looking for all the extras of the big box gyms I don't recommend but if your looking to get serious and dont like crowed gyms this is the place

Wow! I had the most amazing smoothie here called the breakfast smoothie. I was STARVING when I walked in, and didn't think a smoothie would fill me- but boy I was wrong! This smoothie filled me up for the rest of the day! It has oatmeal, peanut butter, protein powder, and other ingredients that make it extremely delicious and filling! HIGHLY recommend! Make from all fresh ingredients!

I’ve been a member of Energym since October 2017 and it’s been a blast. The owner is super nice and allowed me to try out the gym for 3 days hassle free (no contracts signed or emails collected). Since then he’s been somewhat of a friend because I get to check in with him since he’s always here. Very small town vibe amongst larger “super gyms.” Pay monthly. The space is in the basement of Lacuna Artist Lofts so there’s not much sunlight and sometimes the lesser occupied spaces can collect dust but overall it’s clean especially the bathrooms. I’ll gladly trade the few downsides for the privacy and solitude it offers. Lastly, the cafe upstairs serves up thick smoothies, healthy sandwiches and spicy chicken quesadillas. If nothing else, stop in and see if it’s a good fit for ya!

Great service & the owner is cool. He let's you try the club for a week with no hassles or pressure (unlike other gyms). If I didn't stay as far away as I do, I'd definitely be a member at this gym. If ever in Chicago, I'd highly recommend this gym.

energym is a great neighborhood gym big enough to provide you with all you need to stay fit. always clean and positive environment. people that work out there are usually people that are serious about working out and mind there own business. wether your a beginner or a mom trying to loose pregnancy weight or a serious bodybuilder this place has what you need
