Great gym with a great trainer. I didn’t expect the level of work that would be required of me. Just when you get comfortable or think you are doing good Emmanuel will flip the script. This is actually what you truly want. However my body is screaming at me like what’s going on?? So if you are ready and committed then give EPN Fitness Studios a try. Trust me you won’t regret it. Best money I have spent in awhile.

This is a great place to achieve your fitness goals! Owner and head trainer, Emmanuel, is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and truly cares about his clients. I've worked with him for four years now and he always goes above and beyond to help you get the most out of your time at the gym, keeps you challenged and inspired, and is always able to adapt to your changing needs. The gym is clean with multiple cardio machines. The stair master and water rower are my favorite. Everyone is friendly. The owner is available if anything is needed. The gym is 24 hours access. You get your own access code.
