I can't say enough great things about Angie, Paul and the crew at Experity. Angie and Paul are excellent trainers, they are passionate about their craft, care about their clients and want to see them achieve results. I'm on my second round of their custom-created 6-week challenge (enjoyed first round so much that I decided to continue) and am seeing tremendous results on the scale and in my overall health (shout out to my encouraging personal coach, Yadi!) I was struggling to find an exercise program that I enjoyed and that worked for me and am thankful that I found Experity. You will not find this personal attention/interaction at any other big gym nor will you find their amazingly engaging yet butt-kicking workouts anywhere else. Experity rocks!

I participated in a 6 week challenge and was completely won over. Not only did I lose fat and gain muscle but i felt stronger and more stable. The principles I learned not only improved my posture but enhanced other sports I do. I have been intimidated walking into some gyms but the atmosphere at Experity is so welcoming and supportive. I give it my highest recommendation.

Love, love, love Experity & their amazing 6 week challenge!! Such a great way to jump start your health and fitness. Angie and Paul are such an adorable couple and are super motivating. They make the workouts fly by! The eating plans seem strict at first glance, but with Angie's help with recipes and meal ideas it's much easier than it appears. Can't say enough about them. My 6 weeks is over and I'm going back for more! : )

Joining Experity has pretty much improved my quality of life all around. Working out here (even at 5AM) is definitely one of the best parts of my day.
I’ve been coming in primarily for the strength coaching program for almost a year, and have definitely gotten stronger and fitter. With the strength coaching sessions, you pretty much get all the best parts of a group classes (cool people, energy, accountability) and personal training (attention to form, a tailored program) without any of the bad parts of group classes (360-degrees of mirrors, keeping up with people who have tiger blood) and personal training (high cost, awkward silences if you run out of things to talk about).
The trainers are all awesome. I like to say that they’re knowledgeable and professional enough to wear tactical pants and minimalist shoes, but laid back and fun enough for novelty tank tops. Really, though: they’re very helpful and give great pointers to make sure you’re keeping good form.
And if you’re someone who’s looking to lose weight safely and effectively, I can’t recommend them highly enough. I lost a little over 20 pounds and 5% body fat in about 4 months, and I lost it more consistently and enjoyably (read: carbs, gelato, alcohol) than with any other diet/workout combination I’ve tried.

I have been a student at BRKC since November 2013 and I have noticed that on top of my strength, my mental resilience has improved tremendously. The owners Paul and Angie tailor group and individual work outs that are fun, interesting and challenging. Group classes have helped me stay motivated and encouraged - especially during stressful times for me. If you are lucky, you will meet their dog, Black Top, who is absolutely handsome and friendly!

This is a great place for an individual of any age to train, get fit and learn to practice a healthy way of living. Paul, Angie and the staff are outstanding trainers and instructors. If you are consistent in your attendance and are willing to do your part, you are virtually assured to feel better, sleep better and eat better. And by the way, you will most likely will look better as well.

I love these workouts, very effective! I lost nearly 30 LBS in my first 3 months, and have been steadily building lean muscle since then. The instructors constantly mix up the routines to keep things interesting, always providing a challenge. I was not a big fan of working out until I tried this out, now I'm hooked!
