F45 is awesome - Andra is such a good teacher and really brings the energy. Music is great, community is great. I’ve always struggled to lift heavy and F45 helps me do it well / in a balanced way - it’s a good addition to running and barre for me. Its also reasonably priced and I appreciate that there’s a ClassPass option since I can’t commit to a consistent number of classes per month.

Gosh, it’s hard to believe, but I’ve been a member of this gym for 7-8 years now since it opened! The owners, Andra and Ulti, are awesome people. And the programs are well-balanced and efficient. But what makes this F45 even better is the environment - everyone is so nice, and we all come here to get a decent workout in for 45 mins. Sometimes, Andra adds in a voluntary core-workout at the end for some fun. And the music is always on-point! Thank you F45 East Evanston for being in the community, and for making my morning workout routines enjoyable, everyday.

I've been working out at F45 for two weeks now, attending classes about three times a week, and I'm already seeing incredible results. It is hard to believe how quickly my body is responding to the exercises. I was not expecting to feel such a significant difference so fast. While I've done more squats in these two weeks than ever before, my body feels noticeably stronger. I can keep good posture all day, and the discomfort I used to feel from sitting for hours at work has basically disappeared. I also feel a lot more energetic now, not nearly as tired at night, and I'm genuinely excited for the future challenges F45 will help me tackle. I highly recommend it if you're looking for an effective, dynamic and fast-paced workout program!

I am loving F45! I have been converted from Orangetheory, which is still enjoy occasionally, but by comparison, F45 squeezes more work in in less time. There’s no long speeches, no radio DJ style cheerleading. That may work for some people but I don’t like it. I like walking in, getting to work, getting out. The times and styles of classes work great for me.

Super fun work out! The trainer Ulti is very nice and encouraging. He also helped me with my posture in the movements that I was not familiar with. The workout is no joke. Recommend for people already have some experience with weight training

LOVED the workout! What a sweat session. The trainer is so knowledgeable & so motivating. Two things in particular that I loved - 1. the music quality is ON POINT. It is bumpin with throwback tunes & great vibes that help you keep moving! 2. The positive motivation coming from the trainer that keeps you going through each exercise. It might've been one of the toughest & most fun workouts I've ever done! I get what people have been raving about now!

I dropped in to this F45 while I was in Chicago on vacation. Attended Saturday 9:15am, Monday 7am, and Tuesday 6am. Perfect kick-your-butt workout to keep me more active while visiting Chicago. Cat and Ulti were super welcoming, personable, and helpful. Definitely glad I got to experience this gym! I will make this a regular stop when I visit again!

The best gym ever! People are friendly, trainers are amazing, and the atmosphere is VERY positive. The pace of the workout is great, and the time flies by! And I’ve seen RESULTS! I’m stronger than ever and recently lost a few pounds. Highly recommended!
