My drive is to get my clients the results they are looking for. Whether it be weightloss, sports specific training, sculpting body , lean muscle,nutrition or just overall wellness, my goal is to teach healthy lifestyle habits and create change that is sustainable. I believe that fitness should be fun, and there is some form of movement that everyone can enjoy!

An amazing one on one experience. Laura is very professional yet very caring, her workouts are catered to my body and my goals. Not only did she work with me while at the gym she also provided guidance outside the gym checking up on how my diet is going and whether I'm sticking to my workout plans outside her gym such as running, walking, doing some additional ab workouts at home. Okay to be very honest guys, I've been into working out since high school. I was very fit about three to four years ago.

Long story short, I got in a messy relationship which affected my life significantly. I literally gained 30 pounds within months. Which left me wearing oversized tops to feel better.

I met Laura through a recommendation over a month ago. She made me feel super comfortable and gave me a free 30 minute consultation to feel things out.

Honestly the most important aspect of this whole experience is that she's very up close and personal.

Having a trainer that tells you what to eat exactly and nonetheless communicates with you just to make sure your on track is huge!

When it comes to your fitness, she works with ALL body types and all different goals. She uses her gym equipment effectively to help challenge you, and as long as you stay consistent, you will see amazing results! Laura accommodates to your level in strengths and weaknesses and challenges you at YOUR level. She ALWAYS makes sure you’re comfortable, but also motivates you to push further.

I love going to this studio! She works with your schedule. I go early in the morning. I am excited to wake up early and start my day off getting an amazing work out with her. Her studio is very positive and chill. Other clients are also very friendly. I have met other clients and we all share our goals, motivate each other and have fun!

Laura is a great person! You will adore her! She has a great personality and she is very passionate when it comes to helping others achieve their goals. I am so happy I met her!
