I contacted Fit 4 All for temporary gym use during my out of state visit. Dave picked up on the first ring and offered a fair price for the weekend. When we arrived to the gym we were welcomed enthusiastically. After much trial and error with commercial gyms, it was nice to experience a welcoming environment. I'm glad to have a reliable gym on my visits back home. Thank you so much!

I became a member of this gym about a year ago while I was in Lebanon for college. The experience was okay, but now that I have moved away I have not been able to contact David to cancel my membership. I have called him multiple times and have sent him texts for the past month trying to cancel the membership but I am still being charged. A week ago I left a note with the FOB they provided to get my deposit back and to cancel the membership with a note saying to give me a call. No word from David and the deposit has not been given back. Be careful joining this gym because it is impossible to cancel your membership.

I used Fit4All periodically while I was living in Lebanon for ~2 years and it was a great experience. The gym is always clean, never super busy, and membership is at a great price. It is very obvious that Dave and staff emphasize quality, professionalism, and integrity. Dave and staff are also very caring and knowledgeable when it comes to exercise, diet, and supplements and are happy to help. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Lebanon or surrounding area.

Great place to work out! Usually not crowded. Fit4All has a self serve Complete Supplements store. Not a large inventory, but usually has what I need.
No change- still a great place to work out.

Great 24 hour gym and the owner David state was extremely kind and negotiable with the temporary gym pass I was needing. Different type of equipment and it’s usually not packed. Overall great experience and would return.

Just really love the staff. Always friendly the members make you feel welcome and Angie my trainer doesn't make you feel bad for being out of shape. If you like a smaller gym without all the normal gym cons this is the place.
