I joined Fit & Fly Fitness in the summer of 2020. I love the class. LaJuana, the owner and instructor takes Hula Hooping to a whole other level!!! You definitely get a great workout! She makes sure to encourage you throughout the entire class. You become part of a family whose goal is to have a good time while getting βFit & Fly!!β

I just like to share this. I couldn't HULAHOOP. I love the way how LaJuana don't let you give up. She will make sure you know how too you use the HULAHOOP. I love the classes how it different & fun . This is a great class to join. You will love it I'm glad to be apart of FIT&FLYπ₯°π₯°π₯°π₯°

I really enjoy attending Fit & Fly Fitness Hula Hooping class. The instructor is very attentive to her participants. She make sure it's very fun and energetic, but also make sure we complete a full body workout during our session. I never really looked at hula hooping as exercising but now I do with the weight and itches I've lost.

Fit and Fly Hula Hoop is the best cardio low impact exercise i have experience, i have high blood pressure and since i been hula hooping 3x a week , it has been stable said by my doctor. Also with the low impact of legs, arms exercising , I feel much better more energy, arms are stronger, legs much firmer. The instructor is very patient and will show you how to hula hoop, it is so much fun. Hope to see you in the next class, try it you would really enjoy!!

What a class, what a class!!! Oh my goodness, when I heard about this hula hoop class I was super excited to bring my childhood activity back to life... But to my surprise, this class provides more than just a fun childhood experience, this class is sooo amazingly fun and entertaining, I look forward to jamming to music! This class brought back memories but also offered me some adult fun with great music... and on top of it all, My waist line is shrinking!!! Love this class and the instructor makes sure the music is right, the exercises are fun and I really like the fact that it is a full body workout!!

I've been exercising with Fit and Fly Fitness LLC for 11 months now and I just love it! The classes are more than just hula hooping. We exercise all parts of the body while hooping. Talk about a complete workout that is really fun. We use exercise bans, dumb bells, and small hoops for the arms WHILE HOOPING. Its creative, fun, energizing and never boring!

The owner and instructor - LaJuana will keep you challenged with this weighted hula hoop exercise class. Each class is challenging and never a dull moment. Expect a fun cardio workout, with great grownup music playlists and an always enthusiastic instructor. I look forward to her classes 3x per week.

It is by far the best hula hoop work out I have experienced. The instructor is compassionate and attentive to your individual fitness goals, and continues to find innovative ways to keep classes interesting both virtually and in person.

Fit and Fly Hula Hoop Workout is something everyone has to try. The class is filled with positive vibes and a great playlist of music. The time goes by so fast. I was surprised the things you could do while keeping a hula hoop going. Ms. Lajuana Garrett is a Wonderful instructor. She has a great communication with everyone in the class. What a great and fun way to burn some calories.
