Connie runs this place and it really is a boot camp! What a workout packed into a half hour three days a week! The main workout is Kettlebell (it's surprisingly easy to learn and it's such a full body workout, it surprised me after the first session how many muscles I had and didn't realize.) Fit for Life Bootcamp also offers spin class with fancy bikes that you can ride along with visuals and an app. There's a ton of equipment on this gym and a lot of opportunity to make this part of your fitness routine.
