I had a lovely experience at Fit Results. I was in Chicago just for 2 days and looking for a drop in gym to continue my fitness journey. I called to ask if I could join. The manager and the coach were super helpful and accommodating. Me and my husband attended the class and we were so happy with the experience. The group were super nice folks and the coach was soo helpful and taking care of us.

A gym is just a big room without great people. The folks at Fit Results Logan Square have helped me to want to work out. Semi-private sessions helped me afford an expert trainer. I've been working with Israel and he provided the good guidance to avoid surgery for an injury. People who come to this gym care about each other. It's a great place to learn wherever you are in your level of fitness.

Been a member here for about 9 months now and love it! The gym itself is well equipped with just about anything you need for a good workout. I do the semi-personal training sessions with coach Izzy and he's constantly building great plans and adapting them when my fitness goals change. Awesome coach! Steven and Chelsea (other coaches) are a great support system even though I don't work with them a ton. Highly recommend this gym and the semi-personal sessions!

I’ve been going to this gym for over a year now, and it’s been such a positive experience. I especially love the strength-building classes—they’re challenging but also well-structured for all fitness levels.

Coming back to working out after a knee injury was intimidating at first, but the instructors here made all the difference. Always pop in when I’m in town from STL.

This place is great and has everything you need. It is sorta set up like a crossfit gym, but has everything you need to do more traditional strength training, functional work, and everything in between. Free weights, kettlebells, bands, medicine balls, squat racks, and more. They have tons of circuit classes available also.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The people are amazing awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and genuinely happy to be there.

As aforementioned, I just pop in, but from everything I have witnessed they have built a pretty strong community within those walls and beyond.

Amazing spot to get a lift if you’re a local, or just need a spot to drop in!

When I first walked into Fit Results Logan Square back in April 2024, I was scared of everything! Barbells scared me. Heavy dumbbells scared me. Anything that looked too difficult scared me because I thought I couldn’t do it. The coaches and community at this gym helped me get past those fears. I feel stronger and more confident! I love this gym. When I started going I had never lifted a barbell, was absolutely terrified to do any sort of lifting like that. The coaches at Fit Results focus on giving you the foundational skills to make you feel comfortable going outside of your comfort zone. The classes are always different and engaging and they have a decent range of times available throughout the day.

They have helped me to learn the proper technique when lifting and also given me the confidence to know I can do hard things, like lift a barbell :) Each coach at this gym genuinely cares about their members and building their fitness community. Spent the summer working out at FR in Logan and couldn’t recommend it enough. The team is the best and the classes are more focused on strength training, which is what I was looking for. You get access to the gym whenever you want and outside of class time, there’s always space and plenty of equipment. Excited to come back when I’m in the neighborhood again.

This is the place where you go to see results and have a support system! I was ready to begin my fitness journey after struggling from injuries, weight gain and covid isolation. I’ve been working out here for the past 2 years and I can honestly say, this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a gym. The staff/trainers are great (shout out to Steve & Brian for making it such a great experience) and the programming is fantastic. Workouts are well suited for all levels (beginners to experienced athletes) and the size of the gym/hours open allows you flexibility if you’d rather do your own thing vs take a class. They’ve really started to cultivate a sense of community vibe recently too, which is fun. Keep doing what y’all are doing. It’s great!

I left Midtown a year ago to belong to this gym. It’s some of the best instruction / coaching I’ve ever had. This is a REAL gym with REAL community. Everyone has pretty much the same goal: To get in shape, stay in shape, and do it safely. All the coaching is well informed and these people live for this. Do your self a favor and at least try it once. I recommend going to Steven’s sessions are by far my favorite and this guy is TOP NOTCH-

Fit Results has been a great gym! I joined in November of 2023. I started off dropping in during open gym periods, but I noticed a difference in my physique and strength attending group classes. All of the coaches truly care about the well-being of their members. They make sure to pay close attention to any physical limitations, and push members to keep moving forward. I personally had ankle injury earlier this year and an old back injury I was afraid of re-injuring. Coach Steven has made sure I get the workouts done effectively, and heal properly as well. Compared to other gyms I have attended I appreciate that Fit Results puts a focus on mobility and form over reps/ heavy lifting. The classes are always challenging and fun. Anyone at any fitness level will get what they need out of the gym.

I've been going to this gym since February 2024, and it's been awesome. From the start, the coaches were super welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient which was specially important for a newbie like me to not get overwhelmed or discouraged.

The personalized attention and guidance every class receives have been amazing. The coaches really focus on proper form and technique, making sure I build a solid foundation before moving on to heavier weights. This has helped me avoid injuries and get a lot stronger.

i love fitresults - steven is always in a good mood, greeting everyone by name, pumping people up and challenging them. the class workouts are varied enough to not get bored, but consistent enough to see that you've made improvement on certain lifts. i appreciate that there is a mix of things (body parts, conditioning, abs, lifting) in most classes so that I get to do the things i like and am made to do the things i should do but would never make myself do. i have even gotten better at certain things i have avoided in the past and now look forward to working on.
open gym times are great too. there is always space and equipment to work on your own. financially, compared to other local gyms, the unlimited membership is doable and totally worth it to me.

I started at Fit Results (Logan Square) in November, doing the 6 Week Transformation Challenge and had such a great experience, I decided to continue a regular membership at the gym. Personally, I have noticed myself becoming stronger and more toned. My overall appreciation and confidence for my body has grown as a result of my time at Fit Results.

There is such a great sense of community within the gym. All the trainers make it a point to remember everyones name and check in before/after/during workouts. All the trainers and staff are professional, fun and approachable with different styles and approaches to fitness so there really is a trainer for everyone (I think!). For me, Steven has always made it a point to ensure I feel comfortable at the gym while pushing me to become stronger. Lily’s Stretching and Mobility classes are so grounding and her playlists are always excellent vibes.

I am grateful to have found this place. It has changed my life for the better in many ways.

Fit results is an amazing gym with equally amazing staff. Recently, I’ve had the pleasure of working one on one with Coach Boun to correct issues I have with Imbalance, tight hip flexors, and shoulder tightness. Coach Boun’s approach to identifying the problem areas in my form, along with educating me on how to be more self-aware of my body throughout every movement, has given me valuable tools needed to complete my workouts accurately and with a full range of motion. Coach Boun’s approach is very meticulous at identifying problem areas and his recommendations or “homework”are simple, yet effective exercises that are easy to adhere to outside of the gym. I highly recommend anyone needing additional support with problem areas that they are having in terms of form, and/or aches and pains during working out, book a session with Coach Boun.

I joined this gym 8 months ago when I moved to the area. It’s great, I practically live there these days.

With a membership, it’s open 24/7, plenty of space to squat, deadlift, power clean, bench, etc.

Their classes seem good, but I’ve been powerlifting for 12 years, so haven’t taken any of them - just doing my own thing.

I got a shoulder injury while boxing in December so I decided to focus on strength training till I finished physical therapy. I looked around numerous gyms around the area and I found this one. From day 1, it was an amazing workout to the point where I couldn’t move the next day and I slept 8 hours straight. I love being challenged and having the workout set for me the day. It’s one less thing I have to think about for the day. I walk in and I’m ready to work. The staff has been very accommodating to my shoulder injury and help by showing me modified movements while still getting my workout in. I’m going on 5 months and I have gained alot of strength back that I lost during quarantine. Definitely got lucky this gym is 10 mins away and every time I walk out I feel stress free. Love that there’s a month schedule out so I can plan my week’s out and community has been very welcoming. Thanks for constantly pushing us!

I have been going to this gym for over a year. It has given me 💯 results. The coaches always welcome you like family there. They never waste your time as every workout I get something. This place is a second home to me, the trainers are all wonderful people and fantastic coaches! Quick summary, the classes they offer focus on cross training, weight lifting, and mobility work. They also offer open gym. There aren’t a ton of machines that you find at a box gym, more so squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, spin bikes, yoga stuff, rowers, etc.

I never really did mobility work as a powerlifter leading to soreness and well, limited mobility. I have no issues now that I do functional training here. It’s such an effective workout method- highly suggest for anyone that wants to improve themselves physically for everyday life. (You might also end up with a six pack if you eat right).

This is the best gym in the city! They have plenty of classes and class times. Additionally, they work different muscle groups every day. I have to admit i’ve never been one to work out consistently, and am totally lost when it comes to how to properly use all the equipment at a regular gym. At Fit Results they literally walk you through every workout. The coach goes around and makes sure you have the proper technique, and with each class you attend you will gain more confidence! There are several coaches so if you prefer one over the other you can book whichever class they’re doing that day. I personally can speak mainly for Coach Steven since I usually attend the noon classes, but he is awesome! Love his energy, he’s very encouraging, and I always walk out feeling like i really pushed myself! 10/10 would recommend Fit Results to anyone💪🏼

I regularly attend their morning classes during the week. The instructors are very welcoming and are amazing at teaching proper technique. They welcome any questions and will step in and help with any issues you may have. They have fostered a great workout community that welcomes all levels of experience in a gym. This gym is amazing! I love their model of focusing on a different muscle group each day of the week. They offer plenty of classes each day with a variety of coaches, so there’s lots of flexibility. I have been a member here since June and I cannot say enough of how pleased I am with them. It is what I was looking for in a personal gym to where I could fit in with others. I do not feel out of place due to my weight or physical limitations. Steve who has been my coach from day one has been great and understanding. He is always looking out for everyone, helping them with the proper workout, proper form, and especially for me, modifying workouts because of my limitations from an injury. I feel better about myself, and I have been losing weight. They are there for you with whatever help you need in a workout and also with meal plans to help eat healthier. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a healthier lifestyle or just going for a good workout with good instructions.

Update: So recently the gym had a 6 week challenge for any member there, and I have to say it’s been great. Mentally it put me in a different mind set to get healthier and lose weight because the challenge is against other members. They had meal plans, nutritional ideas and accountability from the coaches! I felt challenged for sure and have lost 10 pounds in those 6 weeks. Total since June of ‘23 I am down 35 and can’t wait to keep my journey going with them!!

My husband and I have been members of Fir Results since June and highly recommend it to anyone who is a bit apprehensive about joining a private gym. Their workouts are good and can be challenging in a good way. Steve has been a great coach in the AM classes and truly helps everyone while they are working out. About a year ago I was in a tremendous amount of lower back pain, to the point where it was difficult to move. The people over at fit results, Bryant in particular, were quick to diagnose and recommend a recovery plan that involved strength training. We started light, slowly progressed and eventually got to a point where the pain seemed almost like a distant memory. The staff at fit results know what they're doing, and the facility at logan square is spacious, clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I’ve called their number several times. Even went to the door to see if someone would open it. NOPE. I just relocated from out of town and saw this gym was near my home. I never got to try it but will not be going back or recommending. Not a good feeling for staff to look at you and not open the door .
Update *** Even with the manager review I still have not received a call back but they immediately responded to the posting. No I will not email you because I was humiliated in front of the facility. People of color should not attempt to go here .

I signed up for a trial. It was like 5 dollars for two classes.

The first instructor was awesome. She pushed us
and made us work hard. I liked her a lot.

I had a different instructor on the second day. They were not that great, was on their phone the entire time and even said, “come on guys, one more rep..” while scrolling and texting. It made me yawn lmao

Other than that, you get a good workout and sweat your butt off!

Fit Results is awesome. Class availability is great and the coaches really know their stuff. I went from zero experience around compound lifts to being comfortable with things like deadlifts, jerks, cleans and others. I’ve been able to put on muscle and move my VO2 max up. They offer a few main classes, I mostly went to strength or conditioning classes. I’d recommend Greg if you want to go up in weight, Lou if you want to stress your cardio conditioning, Paul if you want to try something new like learning how to do handstand push-ups, or Megan if you want to focus on technique. I’d recommend Fit Results to anyone in the area looking to get in shape.

I have been going to Fit Results for over 6 years, first in South loop and now in Logan square. Paul and other trainers put their soul into their gym(s). They are immensely thoughtful about the programs they create - big focus is on teaching us how to do different work out movements and positions correctly. Weather you are working on conditioning movements like rowing, or strength like power cleans...everyday they will help you get stronger. I love this place - it has become part of my lifestyle. i have been a member of this gym for about a year, and there is nothing bad to say. the people that go here are welcoming and friendly. they cate to a wide range of skill level and age range. I knew nothing about lifting before I joined and learning and being part of this community has been a highlight of the pandemic. The classes are hard but all coaches accept individual limits and respect if you're having an off day. They set you up for your individual goals and are everyones biggest cheerleader. this is no a paid ad, although it should be.

I originally helped my fiancée find this gym and every day she would come home exhausted, yet energized, by how awesome she felt after completing a workout. A few months went by and she invited me to an outdoor workout with Paul - it was intense and I was spent, but I was hooked. I’ve been going to Fit Results for about a month now and I appreciate the attention to detail that Paul and the other coaches have. Each of the workouts and movements are intentionally designed to help work every part of your body throughout the week. Over the past month, I’ve learned new movements, corrected my form on several movements, gotten stronger, and built endurance throughout the process. I’m not exaggerating when I say this gym is changing my life. I’ve NEVER worked out before. When quarantine hit, I needed a new routine and my boyfriend has been coming here (and raving about them) since they opened... I decided to commit to the routine, and since April 1, I’ve been doing at least 4 classes a week (we do them in person now that gyms are back open). Paul is so positive and motivating in the way he coaches us, and he helps everyone, no matter what fitness level. The group is also super supportive... It’s really helping me to hold myself accountable and show up. They’re also GREAT with covid protocol and have limited class sizes/mandatory masks. We sterilize everything after we work out as well.

You won't find another gym like this in the neighborhood. The owner Paul some how manages to remember everyone's name and emphasizes how important a community is while we're all suffering with burpees or something ridiculous but manageable. Always a great workout and good emphasis on building strength and mobility. Even during quarantine, they managed to have video workouts everyday for us. no excuses. :) Highly suggest, also super affordable!

This place is absolutely amazing and re-kindled my love for fitness. All their stuff is designed to be challenging but slightly less intense than Cross Fit. They pushed me way harder than I would have been able to push myself, and the sheer joy the coaches exhibit running the programs is infectious.

It's a great mix of old-school lifts like dead-lifts, squats, and curls plus a million fun exercises you might have never tried before. They do great outdoor workouts, and they randomly happen to be excellent at producing home videos too, and just super nice and good at teaching. Would strongly recommend to anyone trying to turn COVID into a fitness opportunity.

Amazing gym, trainers, and community.

The classes are challenging but always engaging. The trainers communicate workouts clearly and take the time to motivate you and provide coaching/feedback as needed. I’d give a 6th star if I could for their adaptability and positive involvement in the community—their owners recently organized food drives in response to the COVID pandemic, have maintained safe/distanced environments to work out in, and offer great virtual classes.

I’d recommend this gym whether you are new to working out, an athlete, or just looking for a positive community to stay healthy with.

Wow! I haven't worked out this hard in years. Paul and Greg do a great job challenging and encouraging. Great staff and affordable membership cost.

Update 1 year later: I've been coming to this gym now for over a year and I have to say that Fit Results is the best! Throughout the entire COVID situation, the coaches have been very intentional about making sure the gym is following proper sanitation and hygeine guidelines. I feel very safe working out here and appreciate
how much the coaches all care about our safety.

Amazing gym, because it is extremely well managed. They care about their members and provide fantastic workouts. I completed a marathon thanks to the strength training. Tried my first class and fell in love with the boot camp- I love how coach Paul is so attentive and although the class was full he was still able to correct my form and noticed when I needed a little extra motivation to finish. Stop looking and join FIT RESULTS! I recently moved from the suburbs to Chicago and have considered multiple gyms-including cross-fit style gyms (I was part of a cross-fit gym before my move). By far you will get the most bang for your buck here! After visiting and considering at least 10 gyms and health clubs in the Chicago area-I chose FIT RESULTS! I've been a member since they opened and although the price is right that is NOT the reason I'm still here. First and foremost both Paul and Greg are phenomenal coaches! What I love about the workouts is they are always different, you get high intensity if you so choose, and if you are looking to build strength-they got you covered. The core schedule is programmed over 4 weeks with each day having a focus on specific body parts. I also like they incorporate teaching the major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerks, and snatch. Likewise, they coach you to progress in the basics of gymnastics: Pull ups, dips, push ups, sit ups, etc. You will have solid equipment: kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bumper plates, jump boxes, medicine balls, gymnastics rings, rowers, assault bikes AND spin bikes to effectively train members! Last but not least, I love the WARM-UP! You can tell the coaches are very conscious about injury prevention by the way they do not skimp on the warm-up. Their warm-up routines help reduce the risk of injuries and they help prepare your body for optimal performance. One final thing, if the class is 60 min, a heads up that the coaches will squeeze every minute out of you!

I stumbled upon Fit Results while walking past one afternoon and noticed that it was new to the neighborhood. After feeling stagnant from the work outs I was previously doing, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. Immediately when I walked in I was greeted by the owner, Paul, who is so warm and inviting. The first class I took was Bootcamp, which is a mixture of cardio, circuits and strength training. It was tough but the hour went by so fast!

Since then, I've taken all of the classes at Fit Results and each day focuses on a different part of the body, which I love. The trainers are motivating and challenging but also so personable. They know every person's name and the sense of community is so strong. It doesn't matter what fitness level you are, this is a place for everyone!

Hands down, the BEST gym I have attended in my life! Honestly I wasn’t really a group fitness fan at first but decided to try this new neighborhood addition. It only took 1 class for me to completely fall in love with it. Trust me, their unpretentious, make-everyone-comfortable vibe will totally get you motivated everyday. Super nice trainers, clean studio, challenging workout but each class is different and full of excitements as always. I personally love the hip-hop music playlist, sometimes 90s throwback. It’s been 3 months since I joined, I’m definitely seeing an amazing result on my body - even positively in my life. Highly recommend if you are looking for a gym to workout without stress and awkwardness.

Wonderful experience! Comfortable spot in back to wait for your class which. Paul was very welcoming, even let me in a bit early since I got there a lot quicker than anticipated. The gym and equipment is clean and in good shape. Not sure if all classes are small but mine was really small which was nice. The workout that Paul put us through was horribly wonderful! I've been working out at Fit for over a year now and the workouts still consistently kick my butt. The workouts are always different and challenging, and they have made me a better athlete in every way. I even bring the Chicago Booth Rugby team in for conditioning workouts and everybody loves it.
The best part is that Lou and Paul have built an unbelievable community of friends who push each other to be better every single day. The first thing I did when I moved to Chicago was search for "best bootcamps in Chicago", enter Fit Results and I have never looked back. If you are looking for a wonderful community, with great coaches, hard workouts, and lovely people, Fit Results is your spot.

Paul T is amazing. His workouts are very challenging and well instructed. He pushes you out of your comfort zone in the best way and brings light to strengths you didn't even know you had. He teaches you proper form and breaks down each exercise so that complicated movements become simple to grasp and perform.
