love fit results! i’ve been going here about 6 months and have gotten so much stronger in such a short time thanks to my trainer boun! i had knee surgery a few months before joining and he has been very patient and attentive in listening when something’s uncomfortable; adjusting workouts as needed! the overall team is amazing and makes you feel welcome every time you walk in and leave more motivated than when you came in! very wonderful place!

I’ve been going to Fit Results almost for year now and i can’t recommend it enough. I joined doing the semi-private personal training and it’s been soo sooo good. I’ve gotten way stronger and just feel so much better. All the trainers I’ve worked with have been amazing! I work mostly with Boun and he’s awesome! Patient, really listens to your goals and appropriately challenges you. I came with a pre-existing injury and he took the time to learn about it and recommended exercises to help me heal and progress in my fitness journey. Trust me, as a busy toddler mom who works full time, this gym is perfect! Don’t be shy, if you’re thinking about it, go ahead and call them!

I’ve been attending this gym since March ‘25. The staff is outstanding, and all the coaches are excellent. They are very attentive and professional and at the same time they make it fun! They take the time to find out who you are and what are your needs. They have been very helpful working with me as I have crazy knee problems. They development personalized plans specific to who and what you are, and what goals you have. They are eager to assist you in obtaining your goals, be it weight loss, strengthening, or just being more active.
I really like the atmosphere, it’s very clean, and I feel comfortable being there. They really try to work with you, they meet you where you’re at.
I don’t feel out of place or unimportant. I’m a little older and they work with me just fine.
And Boun is an OUTSTANDING trainer! 💯

If you are a man or woman over the age of 35 this is the perfect fit for you. The trainers specialize in working with that age demographic. Those that see changes in hormone levels, energy changes, aches pain, arthritis. You know the stuff all of us over 40 struggle with. Let me tell you the team at Fitresults definitely work to plan something out for each individually personally. It's not a cookie cutter program. The system they have in place and the team makes the experience like no other. The client program and progress is saved in a cloud. Then nutrition and measurements were planned out for you. If you have some aches and pains the program can be modified and those issues corrected , that's what they're great at. Making it personal.

Off and on for years, I've looked for a gym to belong to in South Loop in an effort to get into a fitness routine. I've struggled in the past with starting and stopping because I really didn't know what I was doing. After realizing my body was continually getting weaker as I got older, it was time to get serious. So a few months ago, I signed up for a 6 month semi-personal training program at Chicago Fit Results in South Loop. So far I have been very pleased with the experience I've had.
Via consultation we discussed goals and desired outcomes and was able to get started right away with a plan that worked well for me. There are plenty of time slots available that cater to people who work a standard 9-5 so I never miss my standard number of workouts a week. Since starting I've noticed so many positive changes like increased strength, endurance, and energy. Not only that, I've also noticed a few changes that I did not expect like a more pleasant mood, confidence boost, and increased heat tolerance.
All the Coaches I've worked with are great. While they each have their own style, that are very knowledgeable and can explain where and how you should be feeling your exercises. Additionally, they pay attention to the feedback you give them in case a particular workout isn't working well for you or maybe it's not challenging enough. It's also nice to have a scheduled time to show up for so I can plan my week and have some accountability which is really the hardest part for me specifically.
Overall, signing up here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made.

It’s just been an amazing, rewarding, and motivating experience here at Fit Results. Been coming since January 2024, just returned after a three week medical break.

After struggling for about 5 years with the lack of motivation to work out and eat healthy and consequently letting my weight slowly increase over that time, I was ready to give up until I found fitresults. I have been taking classes and working one on one with Coach Boun who has saved me from my former bad, unhealthy habits. I went from hiding from the gym, to confidently lifting weights and building strength and muscle with Bouns support and guidance. Boun creates custom workout plans for me and has helped me get a handle on my diet. Since starting my fit journey with Boun, I have lost 30 pounds, something that previously felt unattainable. 5 stars! I just began taking classes here and can't say enough great things. I'm someone who for years was self-motivated to get my workouts done on my own but after recently opening a business, I've found that it's just too easy to work all day and night without breaks and I haven't been making the time for myself. Having these classes blocked off in my day has been the kick that I needed. The instructors are awesome and the owners, Lou and Marina, are both so kind and it's so clear that they love what they do. If you're looking to get into weight training, please consider skipping the big box franchise gyms and instead, check out this great locally owned gym - I love knowing that Lou and Marina live in the neighborhood!

I have been coming here since AUG 2024. I have had 4 years of off and on physical therapy after multiple leg injuries. Working with Coach Boun has been a fantastic experience as we are able to put together a plan to get my legs back and work on improving durability and strength. Fit Results is amazing. This gym is a judgement free space where everyone can workout and achieve the best results. I have been working out at Fit Results for 2 months now and I see a huge positive difference in myself both physically and mentally. Coach Boun is fantastic. I’ve been away completing my degree program, but I knew when I made it back home to Chicago I’d have to get back to Fit Results! It is a warm, welcoming community with knowledgeable and professional coaches. I really appreciate many of them wanting to get to know me or invest in my fitness needs even if I don’t directly work with them one on one.

I was a bit hesitant at first but my fiancé and I both came in and let me tell you it’s been nothing but great and rewarding! Coach Lou has been great and positive making sure we are able to attend our Seme 1-1 sessions. Coach Kevin is the real deal too he’s pushed me to the point that I want to give up and he doesn’t allow that he motivates you too keep pushing for that last rep!! Coach Perry is no joke either I’ve done leg days with her and I’m sweating buckets!! All around the whole team is great I’d give more stars if I could!

Love this gym! Gym communities can be so overwhelming, but not Fit Results. The classes are structured in a way that accommodates all levels. I have bad knees and all of the trainers are quick to give me a modification which I appreciate the most. I've done 1x1 semi sessions with Coach Boun and he's fantastic. I can be a stubborn trainee but Coach Boun pushes me to my actual limit versus the limit I set for myself.

I LOVE Fit Results. I always give myself a month or two to decide whether a gym is for me. With Fit Results, I made my decision in about a month and after going regularly and focusing on my nutrition, I started seeing results around the 7-week mark. I've been a member for about 8 months and I am stronger than I've ever been, feeling better than I've ever felt and also more motivated than ever to keep showing up and putting the work in.
I love Fit Results because you really feel like part of a community of people who are dedicated to growing into better versions of themselves. I have participated in challenges and lost pounds-- but most importantly, I've learned SO much about my nutrition and healthy movement. After having to have shoulder surgery I luckily stumbled upon Fit Results even though it was only about a half of a block from where I live. It appeared to be a place that I might get a personal trainer which is what I thought was the best thing for me. When I entered I was met at the front desk by the owner, Lou. He is the sort of guy who has called me by my first name ever since I entered the gym. The actual facility is large and has more than enough equipment/machines for what I need. Everything is kept very clean, including the bathrooms. I generally come to work out in the afternoon and there are few people who work out at that time. I do know however that there are different sorts of classes that are held as there is one just before I arrive. At any rate, once Lou got some essential information from me about my goals and my past experiences with exercise he assigned me to a personal trainer that he thought would match my needs.
If you are looking for a personal trainer, I can more than recommend Coach Boun. Every day he comes prepared with a list of exercises that will build a particular muscle group. He will also explain how a particular exercise works a particular muscle. Moreover, because one of my goals was to work on cardio he generally asks at the outset if I would like to run a certain distance outside to do that. Then we come back and work on the list of exercises he has outlined for that day. I really appreciate that he motivates me to do more and to want to do more. Before Coach Boun and Fit Results I can't imagine ever saying that.

Fit Results provides the best gym experience I've ever had. It offers a close knit, small shop experience where people know each other and the coaches remember you. Coach Lou, the business owner, cares about each person's success and will take time to help you problem solve and plan a good program. Coach Jeff runs a fantastic class and is an excellent teacher and motivator. The whole team at Fit Results is incredibly supportive and approachable, offering advice on how to improve my form and enhance my workout routine.
But the best part about the gym experience is my personal trainer Coach Boun. Coach Boun helped me design an extremely thought-out diet to match my workouts. He then discovered an issue with my neck and shoulders that nobody had ever spotted before and immediately went to work on it. He is a creative trainer, always coming up with more exercises and tweaks to our routine. He is tough but also personable. He has mushed me to new records. He texts me to check in on how I'm doing, especially when I miss a day. I can send him photos of my meals and he will send me back feedback, usually within minutes. The best thing about him, he provides the voice of willpower you wish you had in yourself. He will get the best out of you. Just don't be late for class or he'll give you extra sets.
I strongly recommend this gym. It's a fantastic experience that truly delivers results.

Fit results is easily one of the best gyms in Chicago! I started working with Stephen in March 2023 and he has been the biggest influence on my health journey. He is so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Truly the best personal trainer I have seen. He knows every person’s name in the gym and always says hi. His workouts are intense, but he guides you through it, and I always reap the benefits. Every session starts with stretching and warming up muscle groups. They end with a proper cool down. Importantly, all the trainers there are incredible and supportive. It’s one of the few gyms which truly feels judgement free- the team works hard to make it feel that way and it pays off.

I have worked with Stephen for personal training for over a year, and he has been a phenomental personal trainer. He does PT in a very integrative way; by incoorperating mobility, cardio, and strength training into each session. I learned so much about how to build a workout plan, and develop 'mind-muscle' connection. The gym is a very encouraging and supportive environment, with many friendly faces always pushing you to do your best. I cannot recommend Fit Results enough! Whether you are starting to exercise and don't know where to begin- or you are an experienced lifter, Fit Results will get you to your fitness goals.

Since joining I’ve been working closely with Coach Boun several times a week and I've seen such a difference in my strength and confidence! Best gym and gym community in Chicago. I moved here a few years ago and came across this gym in the South Loop. I was first inspired by Lou’s story and then I got hooked once I met all the staff and gym members here. The welcoming and encouraging environment is something you feel the minute you walk in. Everyone knows each other by name and really pushes each other during workouts. The coaches are knowledgeable, help with form and are always challenging you to do better. Shoutout to Touleen, who role modeled what a strong woman can look like; Jeff for always teaching me new, interesting workouts; Ronica & Kevin for their welcoming nature; Boun for helping me recover from a bad shoulder. I couldn't have found a better establishment; I notice the camaraderie the owner Lou has with his trainers and clients and the team spirit I've witnessed the 3xs a week when I come. After talking with their amazing salesperson Romey informing him that I've been afraid to step outside for three years due to covid, as the tears rolled down my face, I then realize by making this small trajectory in my life that my life was about to change for the best, with the help from my amazing trainer Kevin Snuggs, I call him my miracle worker, he is the bomb, trainer Kevin has showed me new and healthy lifestyle I started sometime in February weighing 260 pounds at the end of April my weight now is 237 wow I use to wake up feeling like someone's been using me as their punching bag I know longer feel like that anymore ,I couldn't lift my arms above my head without hurting I can do that with ease now, I also slept all day, my energy level is up . I now get up between 3:30 am and 4 am. and my shut down time is whenever lol. Trainer Kevin has giving me a feeling of achievement with accomplishments seeing my abdomen shrinking and energy level is up. Trainer Kevin is transforming my body beautifully and I'm loving it with his words of encouragement I'm a Bonafide client with real results and if you want to change the small trajectory of the relationship with your body, mind, and spirit remember making this move to Fit result is a gift a few people get in life. I’ve been coming consistently for 3 times a week for about a month and the atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and the classes push you. I’ve really enjoyed working with a personal trainer for the first time with Coach Boun. Having someone check in with my during the week about how I’m feeling, and accountability with nutrition on top of hour weekly sessions to work on form and strength has been so beneficial. After grappling with pandemic-induced disruptions to my fitness routine and diet, resulting in a substantial weight gain, I found myself in need of better accountability. Having relocated to the South Loop a couple years ago, Fit Results caught my eye. Despite the initial intimidation that often accompanies joining a new fitness community, especially when not feeling physically at my best, I decided to check it out.
Coincidentally, a friend who had been a member for over a year recommended their classes, particularly Ronica's. I reached out and scheduled a meeting with the owner, Lou. We discussed various options, emphasizing accountability as my primary goal, aiming to shed the weight I had gained and reintegrate heavier strength training into my routine again.
Opting for their 6-week challenge, I embraced an easy-to-follow, non-restrictive diet alongside classes and coaching. Averaging three classes per week, I received valuable support from coaches Alex, Lou, and Kevin, especially in the initial stages. Trying out Ronica's classes lived up to the hype, with Lexi's energy and Touleen's attention to proper form standing out.
By the end of the 6-week challenge, I managed to get 2/3 of the way closer to my goal weight, providing a significant kickstart toward my overall goal. The subsequent 3-4 months saw me shed the remaining pounds, which I've successfully kept off.

I can't say enough good things about Coach Boun. He is by far the best personal trainer I've ever had. He's easygoing, motivating and always available to help with both diet and exercise. I’ve been coming here for almost 4 months now and my experience here has been amazing. I started with a 6 week challenge and saw the results I wanted but I enjoyed the community here so much so I’ve been continuing my fitness journey here. I’ve learned so much in such little time. The coaches are a BIG help and are super supportive! I really enjoy working out here because it’s such a positive environment. Everyone is so supportive and u never feel judged. If u need help with anything everyone is happy to help. I like taking the workout classes because it’s only one hour and the workouts are already set up for u, demonstrated, and modified if needed. I also find that working out in a class motivates me more and if I’m not sure if I’m doing something correct, the coach will gladly help. I was the type of person that went to the gym a few times and always gave up and never saw results but ever since I been coming here, Ive been going hard and not giving up and actually seeing results and it’s all thanks to all the help and support from this gym. 10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Especially if you’re someone like me who didn’t know where to start or didn’t know much about fitness but really wanted to transform your body! Just show up and they will take care of the rest ☺️

I have been going to Fit Results since May of 2023. First thing when looking for a gym in my area, price and hours plays a crucial role with my current workload. Fit Results is not as costly as many other gyms and has classes at all hours. In each class, different movements are covered and the coaches ensure you proper technique. This is a huge plus, as injury can easily occur with wrong technique. Each coach has their own style, but keep you motivated and always bring the energy in the class. The classes themselves are challenging, so be ready to work! Staff is always willing to help you meet your goals; discuss diet, private 1on1 classes, and what they can do to help support you. I highly recommend joining Fit Results.

Personal training with Steven has helped me reach my fitness goals. He offers great advice inside and outside of the gym. Not only does he provide me with workouts at the gym but he helps with meal plans to keep me on track. Steven is great at listening to your needs and can customize your workouts based on what your goals are. I had two reconstructive ACL surgeries in the past, and Steven has been able to provide me with workouts that my knee is capable of doing. Since I've worked out with Steven, I've lost 30 pounds.

That is a challenge I recommend ten fold whether you are wanting to get back to your old form, or just want more discipline in your fitness journey it is the right move. My original goal when I signed up for Fit Results was to look good in a t-shirt. But after going to a few classes and realizing how out of shape I was, my goal changed. I definitely feel like Fit Results is a level up for me and my fitness goals.
I switched over from a posh HIIT gym because I wanted a program that was more strength focused. The classes I attend include a healthy mix of barbell, kettle bell, and dumbbell exercises. The coaches challenge me when they think I can safely lift heavier.
You really feel a sense of community here; the coaches all knew my name within a couple of days of me being here. They correct my form and push me how I need to be pushed.
They have a consistent schedule during the week for group classes, at least for when I attend (6am, 7am, 8am). They also offer open gym if you are not like me and can guide your own workouts. There is free street parking if you come before 10am or after 5pm.

Weightlifting holds a lot of depth & weight in my heart, and I believe in learning proper lifting techniques; you need to be in a more intimate environment with an extra set of eyes. I started with the introductory month and loved the workouts. I am now a unlimited month to month member and have never been so incredibly shredded in my entire life.
There is a phone application that allows me to sign up for class everyday. The classes are an hour long and are coached by one of the many great trainers on staff. The workouts are hard but offer opportunities to modify or focus on certain muscle groups if needed.
Having a knowledgeable trainer every morning is exactly what I needed for my fitness journey.

I recently joined Fit Results and really love it, especially as a safe space to work out during COVID. There are many classes held outside which is not only nice for the summertime but alleviates safety concerns. I have also taken class indoors and there is a hyper-focus on keeping things safe: everyone is required to wear masks, stay socially distant, small class sizes, and any common equipment is thoroughly cleaned, often after each set. The sense of community holds me accountable, and after almost a month of taking class my energy has completely rebounded. I highly recommend this gym as a safe space to focus on your fitness goals in a very supportive community environment.
I observed a review below suggesting we are not taking social distancing seriously. As a member whose parents are both highly vulnerable to COVID, I feel safe here and actually joined because I felt it was a safe space to workout. Please know that no business owner wants to be the business who is in the news for a COVID outbreak and for this reason and because they genuinely care about the wellbeing of members, Lou's team takes safety very seriously! I first tried this gym in 2018 with a Groupon. I did 10 classes and then signed up for their intro month. I of course was hooked. There is a sense of community and people tend to stick to the same classes which is helpful because you get to meet people and acruslly learn their names.
The classes are challenging but can also be modified to any level and however much you want to push. I love the different kinds of classes and how they have indoor and outdoor classes.
This is the gym I've belonged to for the longest period and can't say anything better. Currently with COVID, they are making sure to follow guidelines and make members feel welcome and safe. Social distancing happens and so does wearing a mask. Weights are wiped and overall I am so thankful for how things are working out.
Classes indoors are capped and so are the outdoors in order to make sure that everyone's safety comes first. And every time I leave the place I feel like I am continuing on my health and fitness journey. This place has helped to get me ready for races because of all the strength and endurance workouts. Also, that rowing class is tough but so so good.
You really do have to try it and meet the instructors. It's definitely worth checking out.

I. LOVE. THIS. PLACE. I was in a funky mood the past two days and it’s because I missed my routine workout. I got my endorphins at my 7am class and I’m feeling so much better! Being on furlough, this place has helped me establish a healthy routine with the online training workouts and I’m even more excited with the return of in-person workouts (both indoors and outdoors). Coaches are very knowledgeable, and everyone has been very COVID responsible.

The first time I try to work out at Fit result I took the class with Lou back in the summer and he kill me & never went back because I was afraid and shy. After having a conversation with him last week about why I don’t want to come in the gym and join a class and how I’m shy and having really bad anxiety. He gave me motivation and told me everyone feels that way at first but I’ll get the hang of it I just have to try. He motivated me and made me feel confident so I decided to give it a try. I was really excited to try this gym, I just moved from another city where I had a really great community gym and was looking for a similar feel. I signed up for their Sunday 11:00 am strength/cross training class. I came in and there was no reception so I had to find someone that worked there to check-in (kind of awkward). Class started and I had no idea, maybe the instructor made the announcement, but I don’t know because I sure didn’t hear her. The class was super packed and the way the class was structured it was everyone completing sets at the same time. There were people walking over others, people seemed a little confused and honestly I was unmotivated. The instructor from time to time told us there was blank time left in the class. It was as if someone wrote a workout on a board and it was a free for all to try and achieve that in 45 minutes (whatever amount of time). I finished the class unmotivated. After class, the instructor asked me how the class was, I told her it seemed a little chaotic, but she told me the class usually isn’t that packed, she then went on to talk to someone else. No one else approached me to give me a tour of the gym, talk about the other classes or pricing structure. As I was leaving, I thought would ask if I could try their boot camp class; maybe I had picked the wrong class to take and this one seemed to be unusually full. I wasn’t ready to write them off. I approached a man, who seemed uninterested to talk. I asked him if he would be ok with me trying one of the boot camp classes as this one was full and not representative of the other classes. He said to me, “ just sign up again and pay the drop-in fee.” He then went back to whatever he was doing on his phone. In the end, if I had any intention of trying it again, that was shot down by this. ( I looked up the person the guy that spoke to me and it was the owner, Luis). If the owner isn’t interested, I’m not either.

I tried out one class here, and it was ok. I ended up not signing up because the strength training class was all dumbells and bodyweight exercises, and I'd like some slower, heavier barbell lifting mixed in. I also think they could benefit from some kind of intro for newcomers. I had to ask the instructor a lot of questions and she at one point commented that they have info on their website to read before you come--but that's not enough. So that was kind of disappointing. But once you get the hang of things, if you prefer lighter weights/higher reps conditioning work, then I'd say give it a shot. It is significantly less expensive than nearby CrossFit gyms.

The past 9 months coming here has changed my life. As an athlete coming off multiple surgeries and months of rehab, this gym was able to help me achieve my goals and get me prepared both physically and mentally for getting back into sports.
There are plenty of fitness options in South Loop, and as a newcomer to Chicago I walked by everyday feeling intimidated seeing the exercises they were doing and stuck to my regular lifting routine with little change in my fitness and strength. I finally gave Fit Results a shot with an unlimited 1 month pass to finally try it out. I have never experienced a more challenging workout before and realized I needed a class environment to push me to work harder to see the change I was looking for.
No where else will you get the variety of classes that is this affordable (personal training is also much cheaper than other locations). Each class is different from the last so you'll never feel you are doing repetitive workouts. Lou and Paul make everyone feel so welcome and have created a vision for this gym to make you feel like part of a family. The positive environment of the people who come to this gym make you look forward to going - everyone smiling, partnered exercises, helping each other with weights, etc. Also as a new person to the city it was able to help me meet new friends with similar interests.
If you are looking to change up your regular gym routine or have your own fitness and health goals I suggest giving this place a shot to see if they can help you become a better you.

I absolutely love this place! I first heard of it through Groupon. My friend and I were trying to find someone to relieve us from the stress of grad school so we decided on this place based off the great reviews on Yelp and Groupon. We didn't know what to expect when we first came in and even now I don't know since every class is challenging and different in a good way. Each workout kicks my ass but the hour always flies by because of how fun the instructors make every class. All the instructors, which includes the owner, Lou, are very encouraging and friendly. If they notice that your form is wrong, they take the time to help you fix it so you don't hurt yourself and get the max benefits.
After the 10 classes were up, my friend and I bough a pass for a single month of unlimited classes. I definitely started seeing results the closer we got to the end of it. I felt energetic and stronger. I sadly had to take a few weeks off because I was on break from school but will be returning again this week and plan to purchase the annual membership. I think it's worth every penny. My friend agrees since she is planning to do the same.

I cannot express how glad I am to have given this place a try. For months I walked by it but only when I signed up did I realize how much I had been missing out. I am not the athletic type who grew up loving working out, so it has always been a challenge to find something I like. I have tried the gym, semi group workouts and personal training classes but nothing comes close to the program Lou has set up over here!
Everyday I walk in to a new workout set up so you are never doing the same thing again. Lou (and his trainers) are all extremely motivating people. He pays attention to each of us while still making sure everyone keeps up the pace. It's a true sense of community that gets together to live a healthier life. I have never looked forward to go workout so much ever before!
If you are still questioning whether this is for you, just give it a shot and see what the hype is about. You will leave wanting to come back!

The trainers have pushed me to move forward in my health with exercise, diet, and even competitions. It is a fun environment and we have fun when we workout. I was looking for group classes and found this gym through Groupon. I never imagined this was going to be one of the best group classes I’ve ever attended! I am training for the Chicago marathon now and it is incredible how these exercises are helping me with my performance!!! I am running faster and I don’t get easily tired. I go there once a week because of my running training schedule but choosing that gym via Groupon was a great decision. If you want to push yourself to the limit and if you want to get stronger, you should definitely check out this gym. I’m really happy with my results! :)

I am a fairly new member of Fit Results and can't say enough good things about this place and the owner/trainer Luis. My experience has been positive in a number of ways. Starting with my initial contact to inquire about joining, I had MANY questions. Luis took the time to answer me each time and never pushed me to join.
I suffered a major shoulder injury a number of years ago that left me with a condition called frozen shoulder, so I have limited range of motion and a very weak right arm, this ultimately led me to being very inconsistent with fitness.
I wanted to find a workout that pushed me harder than I would push myself but still allow me to modify for my fitness level and mobility issue. I FOUND IT! The combination of cardio and resistance is perfectly balanced at Fit-Results, they have it down to a science. It is intense but also a lot of fun. Using resistance bands, body weight and kettle bells in lieu of traditional weight training that only focuses on major muscles allowed me to restore a good amount of mobility in my right shoulder in arm within the first two weeks of attending class. This was an unexpected result and seems to get a little better each day.
Fit-Results addresses the mental barriers we sometimes set up for ourselves when it comes to fitness. It provides a positive welcoming community to push yourself, accountability, and even a little fun while being able to personalize your workout to your own level.
The classes offered are a good variety and even the Yoga is exceptional! If you want break out of your comfort zone this is the place to do it!!

I tried Fit Results through Groupon and I loved it so much that I ended up getting a membership. They offer great workouts,multiple classes during the day and Lou (the owner of the gym) pushes us really hard. I feel ever since I started doing classes there , I have definitely become more strong and I am trying stuff, that I had never thought I could even attempt to do. I like that they offer yoga too and I try taking the Yoga classes on sunday to unwind. Great class atmosphere, Love the tracks that lou plays for the classes (music plays a very important role in my workouts :) )...I would love if boxing could be included as part of group fitness class too !!

I've been attending classes at Fit Results with Lou and team for the past couple of months, and it's been my favorite gym experience to date! The classes are challenging, but their fast-paced nature makes them enjoyable and also encourages you to push yourself. It's an awesome feeling to devote an hour in the morning to a class and really feel like you've put in work for the day. I genuinely feel guilty on the days I don't make it to class now, and that's a new feeling for me. Lou is also an awesome trainer. He keeps things fun but challenges you to do your best.

I have been training with a personal trainer since 2012. I met with Lou at the beginning of 2016 because I felt stagnant with my old trainer. I had lost weight, but I didn't feel strong. I didn't feel like I could finish an endurance session.
When I met with Lou, I said that weightless wasn't my primary goal. I wanted to be strong. I wanted to make sure that when I have children. That I can spend the full afternoon running with them at the park. I was a child who was obese and living through that had made me very proactive in breaking the cycle.
Needless to say, I have gotten more than I have bargained for. After only five months I have seen my muscles tighten, and my strength improved dramatically. How did I know? I live in an older building with heavy windows which I usually have to ask my husband to open. He came home recently surprise I was able to do it myself! It is the little things like that; that prove his training is working.
Lou is fun yet a focused trainer. He will let me tell a story for maybe an extra minute to catch my breath, but then we go back to work.
I take my relationship with my trainer seriously. If I am going to spend my time and be a physical challenge that isn't easy, I want someone in my corner watching me, ready to catch the push-up bar if my arms go out. Lou gives me the ability to try new things without feeling embarrassed and gives me the courage to achieve the goals in which I have for myself.
Lou has created a great community of people that make you feel energized and happy to be there. Working out isn't for everyone, but Lou has a way of putting you through the toughest workout of your life, and the moment the clock hits zero and you think your body will collapse beneath you. The complete opposite happens, you are refreshed and energized, and you have that ache to come back tomorrow and do it all over again.
You will not be disappointed with putting FitResults into your life. You will get addicted and love every minute of it.

This is a great community! Luis has done a great job of designing a group of classes that focus on improving overall strength and endurance. Every class is fresh and incorporates new challenges. There are also plenty of class/ time options to choose from. Lou and the rest of the staff are all very encouraging and professional. They are also very accommodating to different levels of fitness.

This gym is far and away the best I have ever been to!! The trainers (mostly Lou) are attentive and works hard to help each and every person that comes in to achieve their fitness goals. The classes are very intense and different every single day, so you can come in day in and day and get a great workout without ever getting bored.
The people that come in make this gym what it is too - everyone is positive, upbeat and nice to each other - which in my experience is rare in gyms in the loop. Way better than the pretentious and/or meathead gyms, I highly recommend it.

Easily the best classes and the best prices in town. I've been going to Lou's boot camp and strength training classes for over two years, and to this day I still look forward to doing it 2-4x a week. (How many times can you say you've actually been excited to go to the gym?) Since starting here, I've completed an Olympic distance triathlon, racked up some impressive numbers on the weights, and won all of the unofficial push-up and pull-up contests I've had with friends, to say nothing of the great gains I've made in health and body image. Lou is a great guy who will help you push yourself, without projecting the annoying hyperactive 6am enthusiasm I've experienced with other trainers (ugh). Classes here are fun and as challenging as you make them, with a supportive community of other members who would be happy to show you the ropes.

I live in the building. walked by, and decided I needed a switch up in my routine. This was back in August. I was at a plateau and trying to move from 11.7% body fat to single digits as a personal goal. Within 5 weeks, I reached 9.7%. The only thing I added to my usual exercise and nutrition routine was the boot camps and occasional triple 20! Luis left me in puddles of sweat on the floor and I LOVED it! Needed someone to push me that extra mile in my workouts! I'm still a member and love the triple 20 classes to push my weekly cardio to a level I wouldn't on my own! He creates a fantastic community! Highly recommended!
