I absolutely loved this place! Alonzo is great! He takes the time to teach you not only the workouts but also about great nutrition. Helps you understand how without the healthy eating, the workouts wont be beneficial. The ladies in the classes make you feel welcomed, like one big family. I really enjoyed working out with all of them. I highly recommend joining Alonzos team if your looking for a great place to workout and an amazing instructor.

Absolutely loved to have met Alonzo and enjoyed every day of my jump start program. The classes are fit for a group and you still get individual attention from the coach. Everyone is very welcoming and makes the time worthwhile. Definitely feels that in the very short workout, your are getting max results from upper to lower body. Recommend to check this out as it's not your average gym. You won't feel alone here.

Results speak louder than words. I have lost 73 pounds as of today with Fit4Life by Alonzo. I chose to start my health fitness journey here with Alonzo's 21 day Jump Start Program. I was so successful with that program that I decided to continue with this journey and it as been the best decision for my health I have ever made. I put my trust in Alonzo's program and I have reached goal after goal. So much success that my doctor told me to keep listening to Alonzo!!! I have been with Fit4life for 12 weeks now and it's been by far the best experience! I was seeking a program that would help me get loose weight. I started January 27th of this year. I won Alonzo's first 1 year scholarship program. I was really worried at first because I have not worked out and I was really out of shape. I really did think I was going to be embarrassed because I thought the class was full of work out gurus but I was so wrong and everyone was so welcoming. Everyone was on different levels of working out so they made me feel comfortable. I'm still learning but I have made progress and I will continue to make progress. They are now like family. Great trainer and group! Alonzo pushes you to work hard and to get out of your comfort zone, to always try your best. The women who are part of the group are awesome as well. The environment is inviting and everyone pushes each other to reach success rather its weight loss or to feel good about yourself. After being in and out of the gym on my own for a few years and not sticking to it, I found Fit4Life with Alonzo on Facebook and decided to give him a try. From the beginning I could tell this was something different. One of the first questions Alonzo asked was "Why did you sign up for this class?" And he didn't take the typical "to loose weight" answer. He wanted us to really think about what we wanted - to set a goal. I have now been working with Alonzo for just over a year, I have lost over 20 pounds and toned and tightened everything! I love that Alonzo really cares about his clients. Rather than just focusing on the workouts, he works with us individually to find out where we are struggling. Whether it be workouts, nutrition or not being consistent - he listens and works with us to motivate us to keep going and working towards our goals!

Fit4Life was the best workout experience for me! I’ve tried other trainers and different programs, like working out at home or even going to the gym on my own. None of these programs compare to my experience with Fit4life. Alonzo is a great trainer! He keeps everyone in the group motivated. What I like about his workout groups is that they are small so he can still give everyone in the group time. I also like that he NEVER lets you slack and kept me going and pushed me to limits! I also like that he changes the workouts up, sometimes we are outside and sometimes we workout inside, which is great for me because I get bored easily. Alonzo is committed to his clients weight loss. Its good to know that a trainer actually cares and is not just in it for the money. He makes sure that we have workouts to do even when we are not in class. He sends out a weekly newsletter with workouts that you can do on your own as well as a recipe of the week. I would never have been able to go this far on my own in my workout Journey.
