No one supervising children, play toys were dirty, girl at front desk wouldn’t even speak, had her head down most the time we were there or playing on her phone. Took a child to the restroom, absolutely disgusting. Smelled so bad, toilet overflowing with poop, toilet paper all over the floor, soap and water all over the sink. I asked the girl if there was another restroom as that was clearly not usable, was told no, that’s the only one. She put her head back down. I was in shock. Will not return, awful experience.
