I just loved the vibe of this gym! Unlike a lot of gyms, you can really move your body intuitively here - a workout is set by the instructor but class attendees drive their own pace, weights and movement. The low pressure environment makes this is a safe, fun place to get a good workout.

FITT60126 is a great place to get and/or stay in shape. The group of individuals that attend are encouraging and supportive to everyone. I was a little intimidated to go at first, but I have now been there for more than a year and I can't imagine not being part of the FITT team.

FITT 60126 is the best. Classes are always challenging, yet the trainers are always ready with modifications to match each participant's current fitness level. Personal training really helped me to recover from an injury. I have never felt stronger or more fit.

Welcoming and knowledgeable are the first words that come to mind. Everyone is welcome and welcomed. Instructors offer modifications during class and no one cares… they embrace you being you. Love this place… and I’m the senior in the building.

I have tried an number of different workout facilities since I moved to Elmhurst 20 years ago and about 2.5 years ago 2 of my friends got me started at FITT RX. I was skeptical at first as the workouts seemed hard and everyone seemed in shape. But, I couldn't be happier! FITT is an amazing place! Trainers are supportive and the motivate you to stay in the game and work toward your own personal goals! They are helpful throughout the classes to make sure you are doing the exercise and moves correctly and offer up motifications if you need them because of injuries or skill level. They offer a variety of classes ranging from 30 to 50 minutes- 7 days a week. This my happy place and I've met a ton of people and developed new friendships. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging from the trainers to the members. I choose mainly morning classes and it gets my day off to a great start!
If you're looking for anew place to work out or you're sick of your workout regiment- try FITTRX. You will not be disappointed!

I am so so so happy I found FITT-RX!
Not only are the trainers knowledgeable and awesome at what they do, they are awesomely energetic, motivating and supportive! I have been an athlete my whole life and am so thankful that after moving to the area I found this gem of a gym! The vibe is great, and the clients are awesome! Doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at coming in at or your age, the workouts are great for everyone!
Its such a place, no judgement atmosphere to get your sweat on and work towards whatever your personal goals might be! After living in 4-5 states , this is my favorite gym! Awesome!

As a newer member and a person who does NOT like to workout, I have been very happy with my experience at FITT-RX. In the past, I have been intimidated by most gyms. Typically, their clientele are in great shape and the classes are geared towards them. However, on a recommendation from a friend, I started going to FITT-RX because she insisted that it was 'different' from your typical gym environment. I was pleasantly surprised to see that she was right. After attending several different types of classes offered (TRX, Power Spin, Circuit, Cardio Kickboxing, Boxing Fundamentals and more) I feel better than I have in five years. In just two months of consistently working out at FITT-RX, my strength and endurance have improved tremendously. The instructors do a great job varying the workouts to tone and activate new muscle groups. They demonstrate the individual exercises in each session with ease and don't assume you know the exercise just by its name. I love that the instructors provide both modifications for injury or advanced techniques to appeal to people at all different fitness levels in each class. They are happy to support you at your own pace and encourage you to push yourself while being mindful of your body. The staff AND the clientele they have attracted are incredibly encouraging, making it an inviting and fun place to workout. Additionally, I love seeing the instructors take classes at FITT-RX alongside the clients. The fact that they love to work out there as much as the clients do speaks volumes to me. Finally, my kids love going to the gym's child care (Katie Kare) at FITT-RX. Katie Kare is staffed by other members, the majority of whom are fellow Moms. This is such a smart and wonderful way for me to feel good about the quality of care my kids are getting while I'm focused on my workout. Thanks to Jen, Carrie, Lindsey, Antonette, Jason and all of the other wonderful instructors I have met - I am thrilled to be a part of the FITT-RX family!
