Simply a Feel Good Place, From the beautiful environment to the knowledgeable instructors FOL is my favorite place to reset and recharge. I love the 7pm classes like “candle lit slow flow” and “rest and restore”. They really help me let go of the day and relax. Also Vinyasa with Sara is excellent! Her flows are so fun and her teaching style is really resonates with me. Great cueing and time to process the pose. Definitely add this boutique yoga studio to your self care routine.

I live out of state and had the privilege of practicing at Flower of Life Yoga while visiting my daughter this summer. From the instructors, to the building itself and the all around positive vibes, it is the most amazing studio I have ever visited! Amanda’s Yin/Yang & restorative classes were absolute zen experiences. Jack’s flow left me so energized for the day and introduced me to new poses. Sara’s outdoor Sunday garden yoga class, where music is replaced with the sounds of nature and occasional church bells, took tranquility to a whole new level. This studio, hands down, inspired me to pursue my 200 YTT hours which I am halfway through. I can’t wait to visit again and potentially catch a sound therapy session!!!

Quaint little studio in Stc. I love all the plants and the murals. I’ve taken a couple of slow flow classes with Sara so far and have enjoyed them. Today she did an adjustment for us at the end and I felt especially grounded afterwards. Parking in the lot is tight. Just an FYI

Great Gentle Yin class with Mary! She was caring, nonjudgmental, gentle, and knowledgeable about some great breathing and stretching techniques for class. She presented modifications as well as suggestions how we could implement these techniques at home in our personal life. We used mats, candles, blankets, blocks, and bolster pillows to enhance the session. Talk about a transformative practice! This is one that I will use again in my daily routines. Thank you Flower of Life studio!

I found Flower of Life through a friend that runs an area Veterans organization. He invited me to join the Saturday morning session with a group of Vets and supporters. I’m so glad I took him up on his offer! Flower of Life is a beautiful and tranquil place, a perfect setting for anyone’s practice. Sara is a brilliant instructor and made this new guy feel totally at ease. She was so welcoming and gracious, an absolute joy to meet. I live a decent distance away, but I’ll find my way back soon. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this place for a few months now when my friend and I were looking for a new yoga place. I didn’t want what I call “sexy yoga;” I wanted mental-helping, good, deep yoga and that is what you will find here. I’ve taken all of the classes except for vinyasa flow, even the sound-bowl meditation. The class variety is awesome (they switch things up every season and also have special classes), the teachers all bring their own personality to the classes which so each one is unique, and they often have good deals on class packages! It is a lovely place to find yourself while also healing and growing. Definitely recommend x one million.

This place has changed my life for the better

This is the most beautiful space I've ever practiced yoga. Elegantly simple. Open and spacious. Lot's of natural light showering practitioners in chakra colors. Antique exposed framing timbers. Living plants. The room is kept at a comfortable temperature. Distant church bells sing the quarter, half and full hours. Surrounded with the scents and vividness of flowers in bloom Spring through Fall.
The beauty of this room pales in comparison to the amazing staff. Warm, welcoming, accommodating, strong and knowledgable. Offering many varieties of the yoga practice. Perfect for beginners or advanced practicioners to explore their space in time.

My lovely bride got me into Yoga a few years back and I am quite particular to the type practice that matches my needs and the type of instructor that guides the practice. Ever since attending my first class at Flower of Life I have been so grateful for what Sara, Linda, Amanda and the rest of the FOL crew provide for their customers. The setting and class options are phenomenal. I would encourage anyone who is looking for a great approach to Yoga to try out a class or two, you will not be disappointed!!

This place is magical! I fell in love with the space at first sight and it has continued to be a sacred place for me to dedicate some time to both my physical and mental health. The instructors all have something unique to offer so you can schedule classes according to what your body needs that day/week. I came here as a complete beginner and have learned so much in just a few months. There are options to try out classes for free, so come join in!

The studio and staff are extremely warm and welcoming. The yoga taught here is slower and more focused on finding depth within each posture. This is definitely a great place to start if you have never practiced yoga, or if you prefer a slower pace for your practice. I cannot recommend this studio enough!

Flower of Life feels like home ॐ The studio is beautifully set up with tons of natural light, plants everywhere and wooden beams that add so much character. Sara is an excellent instructor with a warm, welcoming presence. I took Mike's sound healing meditation in the opening week and it was like no sound healing I've been to before.. it was a truly transformative experience that I highly recommend everyone try! I also took Dan's 30 minute meditation earlier this week and it was a perfect short meditation to end the day. That would be a great class for anyone new to meditation (and advanced practicers alike) as it's not too short, not too long. All instructors have made me feel so welcome and comfortable. FOL is a studio where newbies & experienced yogis can find something that fits their needs.
I'm very fortunate to live just down the street. If you're local, this studio is definitely worth a visit. They offer a free week to try out as many classes as you'd like.
I really look forward to seeing how the studio grows & transforms!

It has been a while since I have participated in a yoga class, and I personally really needed some stress relieving exercises so when I heard about the Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center just opening, I was eager to try out some classes. I signed up for the introductory two week unlimited. The studio is in a historical building just off Route 25 and a block away from Route 64. It would be easy to miss if not for the YOGA sign next to the small lot. I entered the studio and was immediately greeted by Sara with a smile. Sara showed us where to put our things and guided us onto the floor where we could lay our mats and water bottles. The space was very clean and filled with living plants (including a banana tree!)
So far, I have taken three classes. First one was the Yin & Yang. I enjoyed this one. It is a balance of mild core and restorative yoga rolled up in one. Second class was Restorative Yoga. This type of yoga is great for people recovering from injury or even after a long stressful day at work. The class used a lot of supports and was extremely meditative and relaxing. The third class I took was the SloFlow. I have found Vinyasa to be just a little bit too fast-paced for me for now, so this class was perfect. It allowed me to perfect my posture and balance. The instructor was great at explaining the poses and calmly assisting us with the proper postures.
The studio is still very new so some of the classes are still small, but I honestly see this having a lot of potential with all the different offerings they have. I will continue to take the SloFlow class, and the Restorative yoga again as needed. Looking forward to attending the Sanctuary Sunday and Guided Meditation classes. Both are free, so I am sure there is a bigger crowd that attends these events. I will make sure to fit these into my busy schedule.

I highly recommend Flower of Life Yoga and Wellness Center as it is a great way to find that inner peace of mind and tranquility. I feel as a beginner very comfortable.. Sara helps you build on your internal and physical strengths. Sara is a pro at what she does and she is so spiritually inclined! I swear after her Restorative Meditation class I felt so peaceful and rejuvenated afterwards!
