I had a great workout and a fun time. The instructor was very encouraging and energetic. I encourage anyone who is thinking about bungee fitness to give it a go! I highly recommend the Flying Buddha bungee fitness! 10/10

I attended restorative yoga with Karie & I will definitely be back! The slower pace and extended holds worked great for stretching, and the addition of the yoga hammocks helped even more.

If you haven't tried a class a Flying Buddha Fitness.. you are missing out!
My mom, sister, and I took the Intro to Aerial Yoga Class with Vicki.
Let me tell you.. IT. WAS. AMAZING.
First of all, I was really worried that I wouldnt be able to keep up or do some of the moves.
I mean, I've been saying I have bad a bad back and hips since I was 12 (horseback riding shennanigans).
I DID keep up and I COULD hit the poses. I'm positive that you could too!

We did a few inversions and it was mind blowing. Exactly what my back needed!
If that part freaks you out, don't let it! Vicki reassured us that we didn't have to do anything we werent comfortable with. There were only a few inversions, just to kind of introduce us to it. My mom didn't want to go upside-down and Vicki had other positions to suggest she do instead. My point is, YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!

Anyways, it was overall a fantastic experience! Positive, fun, exciting yet extremely relaxing..

We all loved it!
And we'll certainly be back. 😎

Kind, caring instructors that love what they do! They provide a healthy environment, gentle encouragement, and modifications to the poses if you need less or want more. Mats, bricks, blankets, eye masks, and other aids available to borrow during class. Beginners welcomed!

Bungee is great for my joints being low impact workout. But definitely feel the heart rate increased! Also enjoy the restorative yoga for relaxing my mind and really getting a good stretch!

Not only was this a work out, it was FUN! I attended intro to aerial yoga with Vicki and I’m so ready to go back! We had such a blast, and used muscles that I haven’t used before! If you have any doubts, you should try it! You won’t be sorry! Also, don’t see the picture and think that this is the majority of class, it’s not. It can be a very low impact work out and you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to.

Flying Buddha bungee is the most fun that I have had working out ever! It was a full body workout that was both challenging and exhilarating. Vicki and Karie offer so many opportunities in types of workouts in addition to a plethora of class times to meet anyone’s busy schedule. If you haven’t tried Buddha out yet, what are you waiting for?
