Unfortunately, our daughter was only able to attend the Toddler Time classes for a short period while my wife was on maternity leave but it only took that short time to realize how amazing the staff and instructor's are at Forte. We had a misunderstanding during the online sign up process that ultimately led to us overcommitting to a program we wouldn't be able to utilize due to our busy schedules. After explaining the misunderstanding to the staff, they were happy and quick to adjust our commitment to fit our needs and even refund some additional payments we weren't expecting.

It's no secret that this is a popular and well established dance academy and now I understand why. Excellent staff that is dedicated to giving young students a wonderful experience!

All 3 of our kids enjoy/enjoyed their dance classes. Each kids has been on a separate Journey. Forte has some of the most kind hearted staff from the front staff to in the classroom, that always has your kids best interest at heart. We Appreciate the appropriate dance styles and costumes. We are new to this studio but danced with another for 8 years. Best decision I ever made for my daughter. The organization, support, communication is top notch. The teachers are absolutely amazing!!! The kindness and support that are shown to these kids is unbelievable!!! Switching studios has definitely been a game changer for my daughter. She was so done with dance and we tried Forte. Her confidence is up, her personality is so positive, she loves being at the studio. It is no more tears before and after dance. Everyone is treated equal no favoritism. Everyone gets to be in front. Because some are naturally gifted but some work extremely hard and should be recognized for the effort they put it. I love the fact that they not only teach dance but character traits. Things they will need to succeed outside the studio in the real world. I love that you can watch your kids dance on the TV's. They have so much to offer not just to dancers but arts in general. I have never heard a derogatory word, no yelling nor seen a child embarrassed in front of their peers. That is huge! Being new my child was accepted, has friends of all ages because they took her under their wing and made her transition so easy. The different things they do within the studio and for people outside the studio in the community is amazing. I love the things they teach and what they stand for. I can't say thank you enough for making A's time at the studio positive, happy and she is creating amazing memories. And more importantly she has the love for dance back again. My daughter has gone here for several years now. We have moved several times and she was never really able to have a place to call “home.” She learned to dance in front of the TV on Youtube. Now she has a place to call her dance home. The Morris studio has lots of space and room for everyone. I’ve watched my daughter grow into the dancer she was born to be, and Forte cultivated that love of dance. We love it here!

One year ago today, our daughter stepped into her very first dance class! We realized early on how important community would be as an only child. What I never anticipated was that the friendships I found in the hallway would become even more meaningful than the dance lessons happening inside the classroom. The moms I’ve met have become some of my closest friends, and while the concept of a “village” may sound cliché, you realize during early motherhood how vital it is.

We’ve celebrated our big milestones like pregnancies, new babies, and birthdays, alongside our daughters’ “smaller” victories, like unprompted little friend hugs, going into class solo, and learning to take turns. These women have not only shared in these joys — but also supported me during intense grief after my brother’s unexpected passing.

To every mom navigating this chaotic journey, remember that your village is out there. Find it, cherish it, lean on it, and celebrate it. And it might be at Forte!

My daughter is going into her 12th year of dance at Forté. Over the years, we have invested a lot of time and money but these are the best investments we have ever made. What the teachers at Forté have invested in HER is more than I can ever put into words. The things she learns at the studio go far beyond dance (which for her has been incredible). She is not only a skilled dancer but has made lots of family along the way, and has grown up to be kind and disciplined with their support away from home.

I have two girls that attend. One on tumble team and the other a Dance Company member. No other two could be more different. Forte has helped them both thrive in their own ways. The teachers all communicate well and they never keep us in the dark. They help get them over their fears and weakness. With Covid they adapted and still kept the kids engaged and wanting more. My granddaughter has been dipping her toes into dance for a couple of years now for fun, this year she has gotten pretty serious about it and has filled her plate with classes of several varieties.
All the instructors she has had, seem to make sure she and her classmates are safe, given the attention they need, encouraged to continue their progress with practice and applauded and celebrated for their work well done!
We have tried a class or two at other studios but the atmosphere at Forte' is filled with positivity, something that is important to me if she is going to continue on this path.
They have handled the Covid closures and situations with finesse also.

Both our son and daughter have Mr. Ken for music lessons. Our daughter takes voice and ukulele and our son takes drumming. Mr. Ken goes out of his way to find music that both challenges and excites the kids. We have been virtual with him since March and the kids are still making progress. The faculty has done a great job with converting it all to a virtual platform! FAC also offers a Cheer program, private music lessons as well as a program called Magical Moments! Check them out! We moved to Morris a few months before my daughter started kindergarten. It was recommended that she do a group activity because of how shy she was. She decided she wanted to dance and from the moment we walked in the door of Forte we felt like family. They treated my daughter with respect and let her watch a few different classes. She picked her class and the teacher was very welcoming to us both. Since then every teacher we have had has been amazing. The parents are also great. They welcomed me to the studio and are there to give advice and tips. Also in my case help entertain my 2 younger daughters. My daughter is now 7 and has a great group of friends and has become very outgoing. Last year she was on a dance competition team and this year she's on tumbling team. Never would I have thought my daughter would be able to get on a stage. I would highly recommend Forte they gave my daughter the confidence to come out of her shell and be the wonderful little girl that she is.
