Our wellness center's main goal is to give you alternative tools to use in creating your best life and allowing you to discover there is more to you than just your physical body. We use energy healing, essential oils, natural crystals derived and collected from the earth, cbd products, yoga, sound healing, and very importantly... Meditation. When we can connect with and focus on the breath, it will take us to a place of peace and comfort. A place that we have inside of us, that we can always come back to no matter what the circumstance. The breath is our most precious gift.

I am new to yoga and Gena Rae's, but I immediately felt like I was "home" when I arrived for my first class. The studio is clean and spacious, and most of all relaxing! The staff has been amazing and I even stepped more outside my comfort zone and attended a Pound Unplugged class. It was tough, but the instructor kept reiterating the fact to only push your body to what it can do at first. Very, very accommodating and made me feel super comfortable!

Would rate 10 stars if available. I am 63 and completely new to yoga but I fit right in with other more experienced yoga patrons, that are younger, because of the teacher. She is very helpful but also lets you enjoy the experience. I started yoga to become more flexible for my own age/health reasons, but have gotten so much more out of it. Recommend highly for new and experienced, this place is great!!

I have been faithfully doing yoga two to three times a week here. It is a clean studio and I have been taught so much! My body and mind have improved. I can now control my breathing to relax and in meditation. Rachel teaches well and brings in other teachers and healing and wellness people that are also very good at what they do. I canβt recommend this place any better. I love her sound baths. From what I hear she is expanding and I look forward to see!

This is a wonderful yoga studio! Rachel and Jessica are amazing at making everyone feel welcome and confident. They give options to make each practice work for you whether you are a beginner or more experienced. There are options for different types of practice as well! If you are looking to try yoga or just a place to continue your practice- this is it!

My daughter wanted to try yoga a few years back. They had/have a group specifically for 10-13 year olds. Sheβs kept with it for the last few years and still loves it. If youβre looking for your child to get into something different, this would be it.

Gena Rae is a studio where you will find support and make new friends. Rachael and Jessica are very knowledgeable and helpful. Iβve been attending classes since March. I have gained flexibility and strength. I find yoga to be a great stress reliever, too. Give yourself the gift of honoring yourself. Take yoga classes!

I would HIGHLY recommend the Sound Bath - it is the most relaxing experience EVER!!! I stepped out of my comfort zone to do it once and i'll be going to my fifth one coming up! Try it. you'll be HOOKED!

Iβm so happy this place exists in our small community. Beginner and advanced student friendly. Lots of programs outside of normal classes. A judgement free zone where you can work on the best version of yourself.

I was nervous about taking yoga. I was very inexperienced but the instructors are very supportive and adjustments are made to suit your level. It is the best thing I have done for myself. Yoga really is for everyone!

I am new to Yoga and Rachel is very communicative as to how I was feeling after classes and if I was following along okay. She cares about her students' well-being and if they are getting out of the practice of Yoga that they anticipated. Rachel is very approachable, kind, caring and a great example of why Yoga is so good for the body and soul. Highly recommended!

Gina Raeβs Peace and Wellness is a place of tranquility. I attend chair yoga and slow flow classes, guided by Rachel. Rachel gives gentle, soothing, and knowledgeable guidance and instructions. The ambiance is very soothing and peaceful. Highly, highly recommended.

I did the restorative yoga tonight by candlelight. With 3 little ones, my life is always full of wonderful noise, but sometimes every now and then, a quiet evening finding your breath, soft music, and relaxing smells, centering yourself is just what a mama needs to refresh. I definitely got that here tonight and really enjoyed it.

This studio feels like a second home. Variety of classes a d teachers to fit where your at in your yoga practice. Really cool shop area of crystals, smudge sticks, and other goodies. Love this place. Highly recommend it for so many reasons!

The minute you walk in the door you feel a lightness. You sense the owner, Rachel has put her heart and soul into the place. The space is open and airy. There are a variety of teachers and workshops offered at many different times. Definitely something for everyone including kids.
