We offer a wide array of workout equipment for all personal fitness goals! We also offer 10+ different classes all available throughout the week to appeal to your schedule! As well as personal trainers on staff that we can match to your personal goals! In our Kidz Zone, kids can have loads of fun in a wide play area, jungle-gym, and hundreds of toys! Special events like birthday parties, young chefs, and extended stay also available!

We love this place! Great equipment and atmosphere. V at the front desk is a huge reason why we go. Always a a ray of sunshine every time we come in. We always look forward to seeing her smiling face. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is good and everything is clean. She makes you feel like family. That alone keeps us coming back.
