Dietrich and the operation he has wondering at Get Fit Methods are incredible. The short work outs are really convenient and, despite my initial thoughts otherwise, they do really work. Dietrich also is incredible at making sure that you actually are pushing yourself to your limit, as can be attested to by the many times I have accidentally started cursing during our sessions. Even if I curse in the moment though, I always leave a session feeling tired and better than when I walked in.

I recently tried to put on a pair of suit pants for a formal event and was surprised when these long-time favorite pants didn’t fit me anymore. Since I had last worn them a couple of months before, I had put on so much muscle in my legs working with Dietrich that they were way too tight.

Dietrich is the best. I’ve been training with him for over a year, and I’ve put on over 20 pounds of muscle. He’s not only been so great in helping me meet my fitness goals, but he pushes me beyond what I thought was possible, and is incredibly thoughtful, fun, and kind in the process. Dietrich Horsey is an excellent personal trainer! No mirrors, pulsing soul music, lots of happy teasing, and clear direction and modeling what we need to be doing. Im turning 75 this summer, have been working with him 14 months, and Im transformed! Got muscles I never had before, stamina, better balance, the whole nine yards! And if you ask him about something, he always knows which stretch to try, which supplement to take. He's worth the expense.

At age 54, I started personal training sessions with Dietrich back in January of 2014 when I was going through insurmountable work stress and it was beginning to elevate my blood pressure and wreak havoc on my overall wellbeing. He got me in shape, but more importantly, I got into the habit of strength training in a way I had never done before. I feel great, and Dietrich makes it fun while challenging you.

I am humbled that Dietrich will take on clients like me because he has so much experience and knowledge having been an award-winning body builder. For him, it is his passion to help people improve their health, at no matter what level. He and his training team are great. My husband and I also regularly share a weekly workout session with Jason, who is another excellent trainer. Spend the money for your health at D21 Fit!

I investigated D21 because I was looking for a way to lose weight, gain strength, feel healthier, and feel better about the way I look. Dietrich understood all of this right away through talking with me and assessing where I am in terms of fitness and strength. D21 has been a real godsend for me. The combination of regular workouts (for me, 3x/week for 1/2 hour) tailored to my personal condition, combined with guided attention to my nutritional intake, has been transformative for me. Dietrich likes to say fitness is a journey and we should all enjoy the ride. He (and Jason), through careful and thoughtful attention, expert knowledge, and good humor, have made caring for myself (physically) enjoyable and rewarding in a way I never thought possible. I whole-heartedly recommend D21 Fit Studio – I’ve been seeing Dietrich individually for fitness sessions for several months and it is really helping me. I’m in my mid 50s and I noticed I needed some outside motivation, skill and focus to regain the physical strength and endurance that’s been slipping for quite a while. I had seen people coming in and out of his neighborhood studio for years, so I did some research and decided to give it a go. Dietrich let me know right away that his specialty is working with folks in my stage of life. He is an excellent trainer for me – warm, personable, friendly, encouraging. He also invites me to do things that are very challenging. Each workout has been an adventure, and I can see and feel the progress. Dietrich always finds ways to work around various injuries I’ve had before I started with him. I know I would never be able to get myself to do the things he has encouraged me to do, and I plan to invite friends/family to do small group classes with in the studio. He also takes nutrition very seriously and offers extensive help with this for those who want it. GIVE IT A TRY!

He is very professional on each exercise design, always being patient and encourage me. He pays a lot of attentions to the details when I'm working out, correct each detail of the movement for me so that I can use the right muscle. My parents were always very active, so fitness has been a part of my life since childhood. Over the decades, I struggled to keep it up on my own. When the pandemic began, I had to homeschool my young child and work full-time; I simply had no energy to exercise, and I eventually lost all motivation. I ended up gaining 30lbs, and at the end of 2021 I simply couldn’t look in the mirror without feeling disappointed. With my son back in school, and some extra money in my pocket from Christmas (thanks dad), I signed up for the 6-week Challenge at D21. Dietrich gave me a nutrition plan, and I trained with Jason 3 times a week. I’m now at the end of Week5 and have lost 13lbs. I feel stronger and healthier than ever before. The nutrition plan took some getting used to, especially because I LOVE food and was never concerned with portions before. Now, measuring portions and reading ingredients is second nature, and I always feel satisfied. Dietrich communicated with me regularly and the accountability was very helpful. As for Jason, I can’t sing his praises enough. Jason has taught me so much and always makes sure I’m doing things correctly and safely. He’s even coached me to be mindful of my negative self-talk. His workouts challenge and push me every single time, and I leave D21 feeling like a super hero. I’m very sad to say, that I can’t afford one-on-one training after my 6weeks is over. However, because of their training, I know I can keep up the nutrition and am motivated to keep exercising regularly. And, whenever I have extra money in my pocket again, I’m going back to D21.

This review is long overdue. I've been working with Dietrich since the end of August and loving it. I've never worked with a trainer before and only wish I had tried this place sooner. After having my son 10 years ago, I slowly became less active and fit. After only a few months with Dietrich I've lost body fat and rediscovered muscles I thought were gone forever (especially in my core). I also previously experienced extreme tightness in my neck and shoulders for years, but strength training with Dietrich has completely remedied that discomfort. That on its own feels like a miracle. Dietrich is an incredibly talented trainer. He provides the perfect amount of encouragement, challenge and humor to make it feel like your own personal therapy. He is the one commitment I consistently keep on my calendar, because I always know I'll walk out feel better and stronger after those sessions. I am currently training at the new location for D21 Fit Studio and I would have to say my experience has been pretty good and I’ve gotten results. They help monitor your eating and weight to keep you on track. Depending on what program you choose, it can be a little pricey but they have your best interest in mind and are willing to work with you to get you to your goals.

I have been going to D21 for a year. It really helped me to keep in shape both physically and mentally during this pandemic. My trainer (Jason) prepares a personal training plan per my goals and changes it depending on how I feel during the training. I feel energized after each training. Initially, I was hesitant as I was not sure whether I will be able to keep it up. I had gym memberships before and always stopped working out after a couple of months. However, personal training is different than gym membership, it is a commitment and a personal relationship with your trainer. I highly recommend D21 for everyone in the neighborhood.

Everything about D21 Fit Studio, from the location to the cleanliness of the gym to the trainers, is outstanding. Each and everyone of them made me feel comfortable in the unsettling decision of having to get a personal trainer. I was very nervous at first but Dietrich and Agnes were amazing and promised they would find the best trainer for me based on the information I gave them....and they did! I have never been one who knows what exercises to do at the gym, let alone even go to the gym so I felt very self-conscious about starting this journey. David made me feel comfortable and made sure the exercises were appropriate with where I was health wise. He is always more than willing to modify workouts if I feel they are too difficult and always very encouraging. He has made this process one of the most enjoyable!
