I just attended my first ever goat yoga session with Goat Yoga of Southern IL and it was so much fun! Fun with goats was primary, delicious yoga secondary. But all of it was fabulous. I loved the sassy critters and the calming slow flow of the instructor. Such a great thing to do if you ever get the opportunity!

Thank you for bringing your family of goats (and humans) to Blackburn College to help us kick off the school year! I think we all, for a moment, forgot it was 100 degrees and just enjoyed stretching, laughing, and playing. It was certainly a memorable experience.

Literally the sweetest family you will ever meet! I had an incredibly rough week and all it took was a few minutes of yoga with the adorable goats to have all my worries and cares melt away! Would highly recommend Goat yoga of Southern IL, especially for a team building activity!

The energy and passion that Anna brings with her goats is what makes this experience so wonderful! The goats are so cute also! The class was such a nice distraction from real world things. It also made me realize how minimal the real world things really are. I am definitely going to be more intentional about living in the moment!

I was beyond impressed with my experience! The goats were well loved & taken care of, the owner is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, the yoga instructor did an amazing job, it was all very well organized! I can’t wait to do this again! I would give the 1,000 stars if I could!

My goat yoga experience with Goat Yoga of Southern IL was 10/10. So much fun! It was wholesome and joyful. I got a workout with the yoga AND had the added bonus of cuddling some goats. Anna is the sweetest, too!
