The Good Shepherd YMCA is the newest branch in the YMCA of Rock River Valley association. The converted church is now home to youth after-school programs, a fitness center, gymnasium and community fitness classes. Youth programs run from 2-8 p.m. Monday through Friday.

It's small but nice it have some good workout equipment and nice treadmills.The basketball court is really nice,the hours are more for retired or kids that are off school
