I have the pleasure of belonging to H4 with its small group training sessions and I can honestly say it's one of the favorite parts of my week when I attend morning sessions. The trainers are incredibly effective and make sure to challenge us in a fun and engaging way. There's also a great sense of community and camaraderie amongst the group, and the trainers are always so caring and supportive. I’ve lost 15 pounds and 6 inches off my waist. I have more energy, confidence, love how my clothes fit now that I’ve gone down a size and I also like feeling stronger. I would highly recommend H4 Training's small group training to anyone looking for an enjoyable and effective workout.

They cater to your every need and the group sessions can be as individually focused as you need! I’ve been a member at H4 for the past two years and can’t say enough good things about it! The workouts push you, but are also accessible for a wide variety of ages and abilities.
The training staff are fantastic! Knowledge, thoughtful, driven and kind are a few words that come to mind. I look forward to seeing them and my 5am group twice per week!
H4 has not only helped me build strength—it’s also prevented running injuries during marathon training season. The combination of full-body strength and mobility has allowed me to remain flexible and balanced, which has been a huge help to running performance as endurance and speed are my main fitness focuses right now.
Hank and the H4 team have built an incredible community and fitness program. If you’re considering H4 but have never visited, absolutely drop by for a class! Once you experience it in person, you won’t want to go back to a “regular” gym!

H4 Training is amazing! I spent the last several years working at a desk and did not often see the inside of a gym. A good friend recommended I check out H4. I talked with Hank and tried a few workouts. The rest, as they say, is history!
I’ve been working out at H4 for about six months. I am in much better shape today than I was when I first walked in. I must admit I was very apprehensive that first time. But Hank and the other trainers are all fantastic! The workouts are challenging and always changing to keep it interesting. If you have a physical limitation, they work with you to adjust your workout. All of the trainers are very friendly and very knowledgeable. The trainers and clients all get along great and make for a fun, upbeat and supportive atmosphere. There are people of all fitness levels working out together here.
I work out twice a week. I like the schedule and the accountability that provides. You’re in and out in an hour - very efficient with no time wasted waiting for equipment to free up. If you’re looking for a great place to get (or stay) in shape, H4 is the place!

I recently took 8 sessions with H4 -Hank (the owner) and his team. They were all great in easing me (a beginner..lol) into a well balanced workout. Enough of challenge to improve the muscle tone and overall strenght with prudent modifications to accommodate individual needs for safety!

If your looking to excel in life then H4 is your place. H4 takes fitness to a whole new level. They are truly professional fitness company. With H4 a few days a week is all you need to stay in top shape. As a avid adventurer I rely on H4 to keep me fit for my adventures. This September I slept under the stars for 18 days and hiked over 100 miles at 12,000 feet with 50lbs+ on my back. Doing adventures like these would not be possible without H4. They take the time to get to know you on a personal level and use that knowledge to ensure you are successful in your fitness training.

I joined H4 almost 6 months ago when I accepted that I needed to join a gym to hold me accountable for working out. From the start, I liked that I was given a few free tryout sessions to ensure it was the best fit for me. As time goes on, I see countless examples of personal attention that I haven't experienced elsewhere. I cannot recommend H4 enough! The workouts are challenging, but the coaches are always able to provide a modification and the people here are the best! It's a great community, the other clients are so friendly, fun, and encouraging and the coaches are, too!
