Unfortunately, there was a really creepy older caucasian security guy near the athletic club asking to send him young girls randomly. It is very unfortunate to run into a predator like this very concerned for the property and guests. I hope this can be addressed expeditiously. The guests of the hotel shouldn't have to deal with inappropriate and sexual comments towards their girlfriend, saying that girls like my girlfriend should be scared of him.

Worked with a personal trainer (Karl) a couple of years ago & still haunted by my experience with him. I ended up getting Rhabdomyolysis & had to be hospitalized for days. Upon telling this trainer the news, he was nonchalant & wanted me to get back working with him so I can keep paying big bucks to see him.
So unfortunate because this gym is beautiful & I enjoyed my time/membership.. minus working with the trainer.

Delivers good value. I've been a member here for approximately 1 year and find that the staff are polite, the club is clean, they have a good amount of amenities, and their is consistent communication with members on updates and improvements.

I just signed up at HLAC, and I’m already impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The facility is clean, modern, and well-organized, with a great variety of equipment for all fitness levels. I especially love how there’s plenty of room to work out without feeling crowded.

The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, and they take the time to answer questions or offer tips. I also appreciate the range of classes available—there’s something for everyone, whether you’re into Pilates, HITT, or Yoga.

Overall, I’m excited to be a member here. It’s clear that this gym is well-managed and genuinely cares about helping people reach their fitness goals. Looking forward to making real progress in this supportive environment!!

It's a $200/yr gym that wants the same money from my insurance program as the $1,400/yr gym. They added a bunch of fake services and over-sell the amenities. Go to Addison Club Fitness or Esplanade, don't get ripped off.

I used to go to this gym a lot. Especially since I take advantage of their locker room amenities. In the last few months they have been turning off the sauna at 7pm and as someone who workout closer to close hours and uses the sauna. I was disappointed to learn this new schedule.

Once again, I arrived for a 6am lap swim only to find out that the pool was closed with NO HEADS UP EMAIL TO THE MEMBERS. Apparently, it had been shocked the night before. If they know the day before that it’s going to be closed … SEND OUT AN EMAIL!!! This is why I haven’t used this gym in a while.

Great gym tucked away inside the Westin. Warm water pool is awesome. Plenty of equipment and has a basketball court. I enjoy coming here a lot to unwind and use the sauna.

Always pleasure to stop at the club. Wish it was closer. Too many things to do - I spent 2 hours today after the conference I had in the hotel above.
Definitely going in one of the cold winter days - racquetball, work out, swim, jacuzzi, sauna... And then go upstairs to the Barleyhaus with friends.

My doctor grounded me from running/walking for a month, so I was looking for some place handy with a pool. Natalia helped me with my membership and was very friendly/professional. Went for the first time last night and the pool wasn't too busy, the facility is very, very clean, and the whirlpool/sauna are a nice bonus.

Friendly staff, clean facilities and a competitive drop in fee.
Solid place to drop in for those that routinely bench, squat or deadlift.
(There's also a nice CrossFit area downstairs.)

Natalia and Ellie were great at setting up my membership. I am part of the Blue Cross/Wellness on Target program and signing up was seamless. I was also shown the app for easy check in. Very clean facility with fresh towels provided. Equipment available and all works. The bathrooms/locker room have a country club feel and even provide mouthwash.

Great facility. Staff needs to be more courteous to paying members. Customer service goes quite along way. Often times rooms or areas are entirely booked for one member, thus making it difficult for other member's to utilize all of the facility.

Good gym if you work in the area and need to come on your lunch break or right after work. Very little variety in fitness classes and if you can't attend the 5:30 pm class you are out of luck. Plus no fitness classes on Fridays or Sunday and only one option Saturday.

For what they offer it is very expensive. Glad I got to cancel my membership for only $25.

Despite it sharing space with the Westin hotel, it is one of the best health clubs I've ever been to. Clean pool and bathrooms. Never too crowded, nice staff, TRX, cross-training room, studio, basketball courts, fair price, good amounts of classes, equipment, and free weights.
