Working out with Hard Knox Fitness/Fit4Mom @Hard Knox Fitness has been a lifeline to me though much of my motherhood journey, but especially through the past year. They have continued making the needed changes to still offer great quality workouts and support during crazy times! 10/10 I recommend you check it out!

So glad to be getting back at it! I started with Fit4Baby in January 2018 and have loved Stroller Strides with my daughter. Now that kiddo #2 is here, I’ll be rocking the double stroller this summer for Strides 360 and Stroller Strides. The workouts are great but the friendships are even better! (Thanks for taking classes virtual this year! It’s made being stuck at home a lot more bearable!)

I discovered Hard Knox through a friend a couple years ago. The village welcomed me with wide open arms even though I don’t have kids. I loved the Body Well program, Body Ignite and Yoga!

I’ve met so many people from joining Fit4Mom! The connections are the best part! I know it’s a fitness place, but the people are the best! There are also a variety of workouts—HIIT, strength, cardio, yoga. It’s so easy to change it up! Win-win!

I’m a SAHM and needed a way to meet other moms and workout with my son in tow. This was the PERFECT solution! I’ve made tons of mom friends and my son loves going to “Mommy’s Class.” Even now with the pandemic, they have virtual classes to keep everyone safe.

I cannot say enough positive things about this group! I can’t imagine a better place for mamas to come together with their kids in a positive, upbeat, supportive atmosphere! I’ve met some of the most amazing women, and made some lasting friendships along the way. Highly recommended!

I loved my experience with Fit4mom! When my son was a baby I was so glad to be able to squeeze in my workout with him so we did not have to rely on daycare. I met a wonderful group of local moms many of which I am still friends with today. Having Fit4mom locally is a great asset to our community.

Fit4Mom OPSY is an amazing village of women coming together to workout, support each other and raise happy, healthy families.
There are morning, afternoon and nighttime classes offered for every stage of motherhood, from pregnancy (Fit4Baby) to newly postpartum (Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre) and beyond (Body Back). There is an amazing Run Club+ group that I have seen major success in my runs from.

Fit4Mom is home to Stroller Strides among other fitness classes like Body Back and Fit4Baby. I was only able to participate in Stroller Strides for a couple months while I was home on maternity leave, but it was a great fitness class. It's so great to work out with other moms and the instructors were able to modify workouts to fit your fitness levels or restrictions. I tried to continue Stroller Strides once I went back to work but I found that the couple of classes outside of regular work hours got cancelled due to low enrollment frequently. That's when I discontinued my membership. If you're a SAHM, I highly recommend. If you're a working mom, it may be difficult to find classes to fit your schedule.
