1st week of workouts in the books and I love this place! I've been working out for the past 3 years in my basement with another program that did wonders for me but when that program closed its doors and I no longer had a live workout community, it was time for me to find another, and I believe I found it here! The workouts, coaches and my teammates are fantastic! It's great to once again workout with others. I'm looking forward to the weeks ahead. I joined Higher Level Fitness (HLF) for the Nutrition plan, accountability and community! I have always enjoyed weight and circuit training! I highly recommend this gym for the community, the challenging workouts based on my personal needs. The workouts are doable and there are modifications as you build strength. There is a positive atmosphere within the community and a can do attitude! I like the weekly nutrition meetings and you will be amazed at the change in yourself within the first 6 weeks! I have more energy, confidence, and strength! My clothes fit better and the changes I have made are for life! Come check out HLF and I’ll see you there!!

I love everything about higher level fitness, first time I have received what I expected. The six week program changed how I feel about food and myself. I have not really followed a diet since I was a teen however this regimen was easy to follow and sustain. Clean eating and exercise that you can sustain is the way to go. I am now doing the workouts online and in person, it really has been a game changer for me.

I am 6 weeks in so far, and I absolutely love it! I have lost body fat, gained muscle, lost weight and inflammation has gone down. My back pain from my slipped disc has been non-existent since I started this program. Hristo and his team have mastered the ideal fitness experience and helped me customize the program best suited for my needs. There is such a positive community environment amongst the staff and members. Patti has been incredible with supporting me in the nutritional program. They are not drill sergeants, but rather coaches and mentors to help you achieve YOUR goal and have a healthy lifestyle overall. I wish I found this program years ago.

After seeing Higher Level Fitness's 6-week challenge on Instagram, I decided to take them up on their challenge. I was tired of seeing my weight fluctuate upwards; something I have never had to deal with before! When you are not used to carrying around extra weight and not knowing how to lose it, the weight begins to take a toll on your health and mind. Although this kind of program is completely new to me, I knew I had to sign up for it! I must admit, my favorite part is the unique stretching at the end of each workout session. After all the hard work you just put into your workout, stretching is so satisfying to the muscles and your mind. (Love the calming music at this time too) It's been 3 weeks since I started this program and I have seen fat loss in the double digits, I sleep better, have learned proper movement with each exercise, at times I have more energy but feel tired at times as I am still adjusting to the program. One surprising benefit so far; I learned that I have more will power than I thought I had! I have been tempted several times to deviate from the nutrition part but did not give in because then I would never know if this program worked or not. My mind is set on losing weight, a healthier body & mind, gaining self discipline, and changing the way I see food and myself. Coach Hristo and Coach Tracey truly have a passion for what they do! Thank you for the detailed explanations of how to correctly do each exercise and suggestions on how to make some of your meals more satisfying to eat etc., as Coach Tracey says, "be creative"! If you forget how to correctly perform an exercise move, as I have during the workouts or forget which station to go to next etc., just ask for assistance, as each Coach or member in the Program will gladly help you out. It may seem intimidating at first once you start if you are completely new to this type of program or working out but stick with it, the Coaches are there watching you and do support you. We are in and doing this together is the attitude everyone has here.

As my menopause weight shot up year by year, I finally decided I needed to put a stop to it. I started approximately seven weeks ago, with the Boot Camp program. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical, as they guaranteed 15–20 pounds weight loss in the first six weeks. As I settled into the program, everything about the program seemed to focus on enhancing my overall health. The nutrition and recommended vitamins were great, and the workouts were wonderful. I truly believe that foam rolling and warm-up exercises before the actual workout, enhance the workouts and prevent muscular pulls/strains and injuries. The isometric cool down at the end is amazing. Everything in between is intense and challenging, however, with the assistance of the coaches I have continued to make it through these workouts. The coaches are very knowledgeable, focusing on form and safety. They are encouraging and motivating. The members of this gym are welcoming, friendly, and genuine. Everybody who commits to joining, seems to do so with similar goals. The members of this gym prove to be individuals who want to continually elevate their health, no matter their age or obstacles. On week seven, I am down 20 pounds, have measurable, lost, fat, gained muscle, and most importantly gained health. With my own physician, I had labs drawn prior to the start of the program. Six weeks later, I had a second set of labs drawn, with considerable improvement in my cholesterol levels and a1c. I am a believer, and would encourage anybody who is at a tough spot with their health and/or weight to give this program a try!!

I recently completed their 6-week program, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff (and other class members) were welcoming. The staff is supportive, and genuinely invested in helping me succeed.
The program itself was very well structured — combining effective workouts with accountability and guidance on nutrition. I felt challenged, but also motivated and encouraged by the coaches who pushed me to do my best.
In just 6 weeks, I not only lost weight but also gained strength and confidence. The workouts are never boring, and the positive, community-like atmosphere made it so much easier to stay consistent. I’m so glad I joined and look forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

Joining HLF has been life-changing!
I started the program because I was struggling with weight gain from menopause, neck and leg pain, poor sleep, and a general lack of knowledge around proper nutrition and exercise. I had tried multiple diets without lasting results and felt stuck—until I found HLF.
From day one, the support and coaching blew me away. After just six weeks of amazing results, I knew this was the right fit. My daughter and I began this journey together, and we love training side by side, pushing each other every session. The team—Patti, Tracey, and Hristos—are incredible. I joined Higher Level Fitness because I have had a bad back and neck pain after a car accident. I’ve been doing PT for probably a year and a half now, but I still was dealing with a lot of pain and mobility issues.
As a last resort, I thought I would join the gym because I’ve seen how much it’s helped friends. I can’t believe how much it has helped me in the last eight weeks. My functional movement has improved so much that I’m now able to do some of the things I used to take for granted, that I haven’t been able to in a long time. I’m still not back where I was before the accident, but I feel like if I keep it up, I might get there! For anybody considering looking for a gym,this is a gym that will take you wherever you are at with your fitness journey or if you are recovering from an injury and they will give you an individualized assessment and plan so that you can start your recovery. it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in years. You also will meet other great people there and it feels like a family!

I joined Higher Level Fitness (HLF) in mid-March, 2025. I saw a post about a 6-week program for women over 50 years old, guaranteed to lose 15 pounds. Of course, I was skeptical, and after trying different weight loss programs and exercise, I thought I’d give it a try.
Joining alone, no friends to go with me, was scary. But right away the members were so friendly and welcoming.
The workouts are AMAZING! I don’t think I’ve had a harder workout in my life and the support for the coaches and group is so wonderful.
I have lost weight, feel stronger, feel better, sleep better, and look forward to going to the gym.
I needed to do this for myself to become healthier and to be around for my kids, family, and friends.

We cannot say enough about this top notch group. From the start, we’ve felt welcomed, energized, and completely motivated. The instructors are equal parts coach, cheerleader, and motivational gurus. The workouts are challenging, and incredibly effective. Every class feels purposeful, with a great balance of strength and mobility work. We’ve seen more progress in the past 6 weeks than we have in months on our own.
Everyone is supportive (coaches and other members), and there’s a shared sense of encouragement that keeps us coming back. It’s an experience that has us feeling stronger, confident, and inspired. The program has transformed our body AND our mindset too. 100% recommend!

I started the program initially to lose a few pounds and to strength and tone up my muscles.
My favorite part is the stretching with the elastic bands at the end of my workout.
I get to wind down cool off and work on keeping my muscles flexible..
Since I started this program I have lost weight,toned up, learned how to eat better and make better food choices.
I feel more confident and have more energy.
I would tell anyone that is unsure that they should give the program a try they will come out feeling and looking better.

Love love love this place. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. They keep me motivated to achieve my goal. I was looking for somewhere that would help to hold me to a nutrition and exercise routine so that it would become a way of life and not just a fad for me. I have struggled for many years with my weight and fitness and this has been a life changing experience. I feel great! No more headaches, sleeping better every night, clothes are fitting more comfortable and I'm just in general more comfortable in my both my body and my mental health. After the car accident and lower back injury I was weak like never before and I knew I had to change something do something to move on and get my health back together. Then I saw the Higher Level Fitness ad in Facebook and I don’t know why but I just gave it a try. It was a long shot but it was worth it!
It’s been 5 months for me at HLF and I know that I’m staying here. Atmosphere at the gym is great people are nice and respectful but the most important Hristo and his team are awesome.
There so many different exercises and trainings that helped to transform my body. I feel like lots of it helped me to fight the pain and health issues along with stress relief.
I would recommend the HLF to anyone who wants to make big changes in their life.

After turning 50 and watching the decline in health of my mother the year prior, I knew I needed to do something to turn my health around. Although I have been fairly active throughout my life, I just wasn’t feeling great. My diet wasn’t the best and I suffered from headaches and stomach issues. I had recently learned the benefits of building muscle and bone density as a woman ages, but I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. I needed someone to guide me and more importantly, to hold me accountable. After seeing a post through Facebook I decided to give HLF a try and joined the 6 week challenge.
Joining HLF has been one of the best things I have done for myself. Not only have I lost weight, but I’ve also lost a large amount of body fat. I’ve brought my visceral fat levels down into the healthy range, and have gained leaned muscles. My body is becoming more toned and I have more energy than I have had in a long time. Another bonus is the decrease in the amount of headaches and my frequent stomach issues have disappeared.
Being a part of HLF has been nothing but positive. From the training staff, to the administration staff, to the other gym members I find myself surrounded by supportive, positive, and encouraging people. This is what I was needing to help me get on track. The gym has members of all ages and fitness abilities and everyone feels welcomed when they enter the gym.
Being a member of the HLF family has been amazing. I look forward to my workout days and always feel amazing afterwards. The feeling of becoming stronger is amazing, but being part of this community has helped to build my overall confidence as well. If you are on the fence about how to best take charge of your overall health and well-being, becoming a part of the Higher Level Fitness family will certainly not disappoint.

This is by far the best gym I've ever worked out at. No treadmills, no injuries & I've never felt stronger. I burn between 300-500+ calories per session. Hristo is knows his stuff & if you need an alternative exercise, no problem. Always inspiring & always encouraging and the atmosphere in general is very supportive. Everyone is very supportive no matter the fitness level.

I joined HLF coming out of Covid-19, being aware that during the pandemic years had taken a toll on my overall health and well being. Having a desk jockey career and overall sedentary lifestyle, I could see myself getting unfit and gaining weight. I had a few false starts trying to workout at home or go for a run but could not sustain it. My struggle has always been to maintain a regular workout regime. I followed my wife in for the HLF 6 week challenge, and that was a kick start I needed. I still remember the first 3 days were hard, but come day 4 my body was tuned to the workout and diet regime. Through that program I lost about 30 pounds, but that was all I needed to stay on course. At HLF, with coach Hristo, you do feel enabled. It is truly a family, I’ve made some good friends, a very welcoming environment, very flexible schedules. I signed up for an early morning routine (I was not a morning person), so it has been a welcome change in my lifestyle. I realized getting a hard workout early in the day gave me vigor and kept me on track for the rest of the day. I’ve faltered now and then, but have always come back to a welcomed environment. For anyone with a similar struggle, I suggest taking the dive, but with a good coach by your side; and if you are looking for one, I will strongly recommend coach Hristo @ Higher Level Fitness!

I've been a member of The HLF family since 2022! To be completely honest, I saw an ad on Facebook and said to myself, what do I have to lose! I gave them a call and committed to the 6-Week Challenge! Both Coach Hristo and Patti were very helpful in explaining the process and guided me along the way. I came into this with some prior fitness and nutrition knowledge, but was excited to have someone other than myself to help me on my health and fitness journey. I was a BeachBody member for over ten years and was never part of a gym, so this was very new for me. Having others there to support and encourage you along the way was what was missing in my health and fitness journey. The community is like no other. We support each other in the gym as well as whatever life throws at us. It's a community filled with people of all shapes and sizes, ages and ability levels. No matter where you are in your health and fitness journey, EVERYONE feels welcomed, supported, accepted, challenged and valued! I turned 60 and took a hard look at my lifestyle and habits - my mother died in her early 60’s and I decided to do whatever I could not to follow in her footsteps.
I was hesitant at first, but once I decided to join Higher Level Fitness Patty and Hristo had so much patience, understanding and encouragement that it was easy to follow the program.
I’ve learned about nutrition, eating habits, different ways to exercise and move my body (some more enjoyable than others!) all while not compromising form and safety.

I started the 6 week program because I needed the guidance and accountability for losing the weight the right way. I couldn’t have these results without them. I’ve lost 19lbs in first 3 weeks. My body feels stronger and healthier each day. My mind is much clearer and I sleep better. I love the support and set guidelines and if you do as they say, results are literally guaranteed. I will look to drop a total of 30 lbs within the 6 week window and 6% body fat. The prices are affordable. I knew when I signed up I didn’t have the budget for it but knew I couldn’t afford not to do it. If you’re hesitant because you are worried about being capable of doing the workouts or you don’t have the money, just know that everything can be modified until you are capable and they even work with you to figure out payments you can afford. It’s a wonderful, positive atmosphere that can help you find focus and achieve your goals. I am incredibly grateful to have found them.

I started here at Higher Level Fitness because I saw the amazing results and positive changes that my friend was going through while attending. Watching her inspired me to do something about my own health, that I could see was heading in a downwards direction, pretty fast. With pre-diabetes, high blood pressure and High cholesterol to name a few at only 42.
There is a lot to Love about the program first Patti and Hristo are amazing coaches. They are always willing to explain things and help you understand the bigger picture when it comes to fitness, nutrition, and your overall wellbeing. Giving you the tools so you can take power and control of your own health. I would not have been able to come this far on my own and for that I am forever thankful to both of them. I hope they know the positive impact they have on people life’s is incredible!!!!❤️✨🙏🏻.
I have lost 16lbs in 6 weeks so I am super happy about that of course. I feel much happier, I sleep better, I have more energy for life and my 5 children who give me a new challenge (seems like every 5 minutes😂) My body is stronger and resilient in just 6 short weeks. Just working on myself, I see others around me questioning their own health, so I am helping to inspire them also, which is a nice feeling.
If you are thinking of joining I would say…. just go for it!!!! Please put yourself first! Start living a better life for yourself now! Do not wait any longer for this or for it to be the right moment. I only wish I would have done something sooner. I was sooooooo sooooo nervous as I never had been to a gym in my life or used gym equipment at all. I did not sleep well 2 night prior to my first session. I was really out of my comfort zone. But I have learned being out of your comfort zone is where big changes happen. 😁💪✨ All the worry disappeared and I am Happy to go and workout and meet with new found friends in a warm, loving and supportive environment! I started the program two months ago so that I could lead a healthier lifestyle.
I love how the program is comprehensive and designed to meet my individual needs.
So far I have improved my energy level, learned how to exercise better, noticeably toned up and feel overall better about myself.
If there's someone on the fence about joining but is hesitant, I would say that if you are serious about improving your quality of life, don't waste another second. You should join up right away. It was hard getting started at first and now I hate to miss any session. It is all worth the investment into yourself!!

I joined the HLF 6 week Challenge about 10 weeks ago with the intention of toning up and losing weight. It was the best thing I could have done for myself!
Being 72 years old I was concerned about the workouts, wondering whether I could keep up.
The diet was challenging but I had so much support and guidance with Patti. She helped answer my questions and kept me on track with her encouragement.
The entire team supports you 100%.
The workouts are a blast, no class is ever the same. Hristo and Caden, with their expertise provide quality workouts with the best music and enthusiasm. The workouts along with their modifications and challenges are designed for any fitness level. If I can do it, anyone can!!

I'm 2 weeks into the 6 week program and am 100% satisfied. I've lost 11 pounds and am feeling great. The program is for individuals that are committed and looking for results. I've found the nutritional guide to be easy to understand making it easier to adhere to, which is key. I'm taking in carbs only from veggies and working out hard 3 days a week (plus one day on my own), so I'm burning fat quickly. Sonny is an awesome instructor, and makes crawling out of bed in the AM worth it!

I came to Higher Level Fitness looking to lose the weight I had put on over the last couple of Holiday seasons / COVID lockdown (really, I wanted my clothes to fit like they did before all of that). I signed up for the 12 week program, and it included four weekly group workouts (each one hour), as well as nutritional coaching sessions, detailed breakdowns of the metrics and composition of my body, continued screening tests to make sure that I was continuing to improve in functional movements, as well as goal setting / revision meetings.
At the end of my 12 weeks, I was down 7.5 lbs, with an additional three pounds of muscle gained, which dropped my body fat 4.5%. Had I been even more disciplined with food (I ate better than before, but still allowed myself to enjoy the summer when appropriate), given the plan, I'm sure I could have dropped a few more lbs, but that's on me, not the nutrition plan given.
I can't say enough positive things about Higher Level Fitness. Everyone I interacted with was helpful, friendly, and positive. For a person who had not done resistance training in almost 20 years, and who has always been built much more for endurance than strength, weights and the like have never been an interest, but, for the first time, I found myself really enjoying weight training, and Sonny was beyond great in helping me learn the various movements, as well as continuing to refine said movements (and challenging me when he thought I could do more than I was).

It was a great opportunity to lose 27.5 pounds and 5.6% fat loss. Learning a lot about diet and exercise. I've always had the "I want to do it on my own" attitude when it came to getting in shape and making my health a priority. My stepdad found out about Higher Level Fitness and the 6 week challenge via Groupon and started the challenge himself. As I was on my own health and fitness journey, my stepdad was on his own with Higher Level Fitness and seeing FAST results. I wanted to be able to be active with my friends and family, go on hikes and different adventures without being limited. So, I decided to give Higher Level Fitness a shot and commit to the 6 week challenge. Man, was this something I wish I had heard of a long time ago, and am sure glad that I am doing this now.
I have lost 26.6 pounds in the past 6 weeks thanks to Hristo, Patti, Sonny and Chris. They provided me with a list of foods that I could eat split up by proteins, fats and veggies. It sounds very limiting, but if you keep an open mind it's really not that bad, and I had so much fun creating different recipes and meals only using the list of foods I could have.
The workouts are awesome. The workouts are what's keeping me motivated and encouraged about my future fitness and how possible getting down to my goal weight actually is. I don't know if I've ever felt so strong, athletic and confident in my life. The workouts are a mix of cardio and strength training geared to build muscle and lose weight effectively when paired with the meal plan.
This 6 week challenge is an experience I would recommend to anyone that wants a healthier future for themselves. It's a short commitment that will make a positive impact on your lifestyle

I wanted to sincerely thank the team at Higher Level Fitness. They guided me on a journey that allowed me to lose 33 pounds in 42 days. The workouts were challenging but modified in a way that I could fully participate. The diet initially seemed challenging but after a few days, I rarely felt hungry and often had to remember to eat. HLF is loaded with positive energy and for me, better than the weight loss is that my blood sugar has normalized and am off insulin for the first time in years. I believe on my next visit to the doctor I will be off all of my diabetes medication. I have an abundance energy and look forward to working out. The staff is great at what they do and are just great people in general. I spent six weeks there and wish I was able to do more! Patti takes her work very seriously and always has a smile on her face. Sonny, Chris, and Hristo are very knowledgeable and lead great workouts that feature men with different abilities fitness wise. I decided it was time to do something about my health and I started the 6 week challenge at Higher Level Fitness. During the challenge I have learned about the correct way to fuel my body with their nutrition program. For me it is a lot of food and sometimes I do have to much food to eat, so I'm not going hungry!! The workouts are tough, but Sonny is there to help you every step of the way through your journey. He is a great personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking and serious about challenging themselves. All in all I have lost nearly 50lbs during the challenge and still have some time to break the 50lb mark. I am so happy with the results and I will continue on with HLF after the 6 week challenge to reach my ultimate goals!!

It all started out by me convincing 2 people to take a 'challenge' with me. I'm pretty good at convincing others to do something out of the box with 'good intentions.' We found this challenge and were motivated to begin. Let me tell you it definitely pushed me and motivated me to be healthier. I got to train with 3 different coaches each week. I loved the variety and style of each coach. The workouts were tough but very satisfying. The meal plan - not my favorite as I had a lot of restrictions in order to get 'the best results.' The restrictions also did not go with the 42 recipe plan they provided. I got bored with the basic food (selected protein and veggies) quickly which was frustrating but I stuck with it. After 6 weeks I lost 14 pounds! However my end result body fat % was poor. This was perplexing to me since the day before I was down 5%. But what's important is I am wearing clothes that I have not fit into in almost 10 years. I love my body transformation. I feel 'good'. I loved the journey and support I got from my friends and family who cheered me on. I enjoyed meeting new people at the studio. I look forward to the upcoming support of HLF as I continue with the plan to be healthier.

I started my 6 week challenge 2 weeks ago and I feel great! As I have had issues with my back in the past, I was nervous that it would cause me problems, but I have had no back pain! Hristo and Sonny do a great job teaching the exercises and monitoring my movements to assure proper alignment and mechanics. I decided to join Higher Level Fitness and complete their six-week challenge. I was looking for a place that could help me achieve goals in both nutrition and exercise. So far, I love it! The fitness part is amazing and in just under 3 weeks, I’ve noticed a huge difference with the way my clothes fit as well as the way I feel during the day. The nutrition part is a huge challenge for me but I am following the plan and noticing the difference. I really enjoy both Sonny’s class as well as Kim’s 5am class! They both take their time and explain everything. I appreciate that the classes are small in size, this makes it feel like a personal training class. I also appreciate that Hristo and Patti are consistently available at all hours to assist with any questions and concerns. They are both very helpful and motivating. I am looking forward to achieving my goal of losing 6% of my body fat, 3 weeks to go!!

I took the 6 week challenge and loved every minute of it! Sure it was hard to start (esp with the diet part, I'm a fat kid who loves food!) But with hhristo's constant encouragement and occasional phone calls to keep me accountable I learned to follow the diet and not feel deprived. The workouts were challenging, but in a good way, and the coaches (i worked out with Hhristo, Sonny, and Kim) were always supportive and made sure that I performed the moves correctly, safely, and to my fitness level (that even meant pushing me to push myself when they believed in my ability more than i did). I would recommend higher level fitness to anyone and everyone. This experience was a blessing for me, I lost 14lbs and 6.5%body fat in 6 weeks, and feel great! For the first time (probably ever) I am not ashamed to be in pictures and have the energy to chase my little ones all day! Thanks to Hhristo, Sonny, Kim, and Patti! You guys are the best!

I start week #5 tomorrow. I am down 19 lbs. I don't see the body change, but I truly feel the emotional change. 5 weeks ago I think I was in a strange sort of depression. I felt like I do for others and no one cares about me. I had no self esteem. No drive or desire. I kept blaming menopause. Then I started Higher level fitness. I realize I lost all those things because of ME. My family never stopped caring about me, but I stopped caring about me. Now, I realize my family is still wonderful.
