I do really like hotworx, but I have a couple issues
1. The vending machine charges a $27 (ish) hold every time you use it, which would be fine aside from the fact that the vending machine is always glitching. I can’t count the amount of times I’ve been unable to get water (a hold was put on my account) and then was charged another hold for the drink I was able to get.
2. It’s very hard to focus when everyone is talking in the lobby.
3. I always book alone but every once in a while, someone books with me late and they leave early and don’t clean their machines. It does frustrate me to have the sauna opened before the workout is done but it’s gross when the machines are left unclean

ATTN PCOS girlies-this is the place for you. I have had a significant Improvement in my symptoms since doing Hotworx regularly. Additionally, I have been able to get past a difficult plateau in my weight loss journey.

This is the best workout place I have ever joined. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable-always so sweet in giving me tips and tricks (especially since I’m newer). They answer all of my many questions and are very encouraging!

As far as the workouts themselves, I am so grateful they have modifications! I am able to easily modify movements, without compromising the intensity of my workout. I leave sore, rejuvenated, and feeling GOOD.

They make it incredibly difficult to cancel and they continue to make money off of you for two more months after you cancel. Absolutely disgusting practice don't waste your money.

I LOVE this location! Being a girl from a big city, I felt like Carbondale was lacking in an area I couldn’t quite put my finger on when it came to gyms. For lack of better words, I wanted a gym that was more modern and more aesthetically pleasing. HOTWORX Carbondale absolutely hits both marks! I’m excited to get up and go take advantage of the sauna/infrared benefits each day and I’m encouraged to keep my streak going. The 15 minute hiit workouts are doing a number on me and helping me lower the number on the scale while increasing my overall health and strength. Each time I go, the owner and studio manager are always a pleasure. I learn something new and feel valued as a paying guest. Thanks so much, HOTWORX. <3

I recently joined and I did my first few classes. While the benefits of the sauna and infrared are great and I enjoy the overall atmosphere I can’t say much about the staff.

Having to wait a while to be helped to sign up due to only have one person doing all of that was a little frustrating. They were helpful in showing me around. Also, after I told the supervisor at that time my name SEVERAL times, she kept calling me by a different name and even mentioned she would just keep calling me by that name instead. I thought that was a little unprofessional.

Overall, great place, great benefits, staff just needs to do a little better helping their visitors.

I have never felt comfortable in my own skin till joining Hotworx!!! They have everything imaginable, from your basic weight lifting, to strecthing in the sauna, to pushing your limits with sauna hits!!! The people are amazing and welcoming, even for someone like me who has anxiety!! They make you feel like family and make you actually excited to show up everyday. You can choose was works best for you and what your body needs for the day. Highly recommend them!!!!!
