I give it one star for many reasons but I'll let the future of the company/location speak for itself. The hours are no longer 24/7.....my issue is a location specific complaint, not the brand as a whole.

HOTWORX Moline has been an absolute game-changer for my health and wellness journey. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating — always making sure I felt comfortable and supported every step of the way.

The infrared sauna workouts have done wonders for my overall health. I’ve noticed a huge improvement in muscle recovery, reduced tension in my neck and shoulders, and an increase in energy and mental clarity. The sessions are efficient but effective — I leave every workout feeling stronger, refreshed, and detoxed.

It’s the perfect environment to focus on both physical fitness and self-care. I truly look forward to each visit, and it’s become a vital part of my weekly routine. Highly recommend to anyone looking to boost their health in a clean, motivating, and accommodating space!

I’ve been at Hotworx for a couple of months and it’s easily the most consistent workout routine I’ve had in a long time! There’s just enough variety in classes that I feel confident in the moves but also can switch it up or do the modifications/enhancements. I can feel a difference in my body physically and mentally. I can’t wait to continue making progress through Hotworx!

Buyers beware! Contract agreement is a joke. You are obligated for 5 months and then have to give a two month notice of cancellation. Definitely screams insecurity from a business stand point.

The staff is horrible especially the owner all she cares about is taking your money do not join this gym because if you want to cancel they won’t let you they make you pay for 2 months before they let you cancel even if it’s for medical reason horrible experience

Recently, I upgraded to the “Sweat Anywhere” membership option, which allows you to workout at any HOTWORX studio and then went to check out Moline. It’s situated just off John Deere Road but past the crazy, busy Lowe’s/Club Car Wash/Chick-fil-A area and quite easy to get to. Parking is safe and abundant. I love the flexibility of scheduling my own classes. I love the infrared heat. I love the 24/7 access. If you’ve never tried an infrared sauna please, please give it a try! You feel amazingly rejuvenated afterward. My other favorite part about HOTWORX is the FX Zone complete with free weights, a bench, cable machine, kettle balls, weighted balls, and more. I especially love how spacious the Moline location FX Zone is!!

July has been my first month and I absolutely love it! It’s perfect because they’re open 24/7 so anytime you feel the urge to go workout you can go do it as opposed to having to wait til business hours and worry about the gym closing early for holidays weekends etc. Perfect for a person trying to work out with a busy schedule.

Have been going to HOTWORX for 6 months. I enjoy the variety of workouts and the ability to go anytime I want. I travel often for work so the sweat anywhere membership is great!!! Most of the locations I travel to have a HOTWORX and do not have to miss a workout. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I found out about Hotworx while searching about workouts that could be beneficial for the pain I had been experiencing due to my back. From the first time I walked through the doors, I was met with such a friendly staff that took the time to listen to my story and be supportive as I was approaching a major back surgery. Even after my surgery, they continued to be supportive, something that they had no obligation to do! Michelle, Alex, and Camile are some of the friendliest staff in the fitness industry I have ever met and go above and beyond for their members. Hotworx workouts have changed my life as I can now workout pain free as I continue to recover from my back surgery. I can no longer lift heavy and do high-impact workouts due to my back, thus Hotworx has saved my life! Thank you so much!

Hotworx has been great during my weight loss journey. Coming here is how I started out. I love the staff and just the fact that it feels pretty private since not everyone is in one spot. So it was definitely a nice place to begin if you are uncomfortable in a basic gym setting. Even tho I love the gym I will still always use hotworx. And the saunas are perfect for muscle recovery or active recovery days . ☺️ I would definitely recommend Hotworx to anyone.

Love this place!!! Michelle and staff are always so friendly and encouraging to “earn the burn!” Whatever exercise you are into, you will find a station for you. Also great area in back for kettlebells and free weights. I also love the fact that it is open 24/7 but need a code to get in for security. Check them out on social media as they are always running deals to join or on merchandise.

This gym will bring out the workout enthusiast in you! I’ve been a member for the past 7 months and it’s not just been the weight loss that I’ve seen results. It’s been better sleep, skin, hair, decrease in blood pressure, and overall mental clarity. The virtual instructors are so motivating and inspiring! Ok. So I genuinely like the idea of this place and the staff is nice. But this gym is just a money grab.

Beware-
-you pay to join($100)
-you pay for the mat($80)
-you pay for the towel ($30)
-you pay to end your membership ($100).
- videos are nonstop marketing for other Hotworx branded items.

I don’t know. It gives me the ick.
And I get it, I signed the contract. I’ll pay my money but that doesn’t mean it is right. And it doesn’t mean it was fully explained to me. And I feel like I should be able to let people know before they get into this.

If someone is planning on joining, message me and I’ll give you my mat and towel for free. I will never be going back.

I liked hotworx but every time I went in with my friend the person at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable, I was brought as a guest and maybe we didn’t understand the guest policy or something like that but it was a weird attitude whenever I tried to go. I also felt like she was nicer to him then she was to me which is also weird I would just try to be more welcoming to everyone and be mindful of body language as the first face you see when you walk inside.

I absolutely love hotworx, it’s so convenient to come in for a 15 min session and feel amazing afterwards. My favorite sessions are blast and cycle! I’ve only been going for 3 1/2 weeks and already notice a difference in my energy and some physical changes! I was someone who didn’t like working out.. hotworx has totally changed that for me! I only joined Hotworx about two weeks ago, and I have already felt so much better about my workouts! I feel like I have seen more results since I joined than my previous experiences. While I go mainly during non-staffed hours, every time I’ve gone during staffed hours I’ve had a great interaction with the team!!

HOTWORX moline is by far, my favorite fitness membership I have ever signed up for!
