Unfortunately I had to discontinue my membership due to financial issue but I absolutely enjoyed my time at Hotworx and can’t wait to return in the future! My only suggestion, take the time to train the staff to view invoices correctly. Empower the employees. Thank you Hotworx Plainfield.

The workouts and facility are great, but the customer service has been very disappointing. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership and was given information that doesn’t match what’s in my contract. On top of that, it has been very difficult to get in direct contact with the manager or owner. The process has been made unnecessarily difficult.

The best self detoxification workouts ever. All televised: They have hot yoga, hot worrier, hot bands, hot core, hot cycle etc. free weights and 1 smith machine. I love the 24hr secure access and clean facility.

Love this place. I wanted to try hot yoga, but did not want to be surrounded by sweaty people. Here the studios only hold 3 people and because they are available 24 hours a day I have been able to schedule sessions without sharinghad a studio. There are enough choices for classes that I never get board. I have had issues with bags under my right eye forever and tried every cream/serum to no avail. After 3 sessions it is was visible smaller, now I barely notice them. If you are looking to change up your exercise routine I highly recommend joining.

THE BEST HOTWORX LOCATION IVE BEEN TO YET!
I am so happy my friend and I found the Plainfield location.
The quality of our original home gym has significantly dropped. As well as some incredibly unsavory encounters (the other location is Wheaton if you're wondering) We went searching and we landed here!
Big beautiful and clean! We squeeked at everything!
We're middle of the night dwellers and we both felt completely safe after hours. We sometimes forget our own equipment and need lockers.
How are the lockers even a level beyond 🤩🤩
I am singing serious praises and I haven't even met the wonderful owners or employees yet!
