This is my 4th week with IKoach Fitness and I’m really enjoying it. I turned 50 this year and decided to invest in my health, and becoming a member of the I-Koach family has already been a positive step toward my goals. The 30-minute small group sessions are intense, motivating, and efficient. I love that they know us by name and truly support us, every workout feels personal. I love this place! From the moment I walked through the doors at I-Koach, I knew it was the right fit for me. You’re noticed immediately, this is not a place you can hide in the corner…they see every individual. Someone always greets you, and it truly feels welcoming.

One of my favorite things is the diversity here. Every shape, size, personality, and ability is represented, and we’re all working on ourselves while cheering each other on. It’s a real community that celebrates your wins and pushes you to keep growing.

Since joining, I’ve seen real success thanks to how the trainers pay attention to form and know exactly when to challenge you to level up.

For “years” my doctor has been urging me to do weight bearing exercises for bone health and increased stability. The trainers at I-Koach have guided me through a program to do just that. In 6 months of working out, the difference is amazing! I have more energy, an improvement in my posture, my strength, my skin, and most of all my attitude towards aging.

Since joining I-Koach Fitness, I’ve noticed such a positive change — I feel stronger, have more energy, and actually look forward to my workouts! The coaches are amazing and always take the time to give personalized feedback, even in group classes. Even though I have some knee issues, they always provide thoughtful modifications that help me stay motivated and confident instead of feeling discouraged. I can even ask for workout suggestions when I’m out of town, and they’ll send me a routine I can do at any gym while I’m traveling!

Another thing I love is the My Coach app! It’s so convenient — I can message the coaches directly with any questions and always get a quick, helpful response. They also share messages of encouragement and healthy recipes, which makes it so much easier to stay on track both in the gym and in the kitchen!

The supportive fitness community here is another thing that sets I-Koach apart — everyone, from the coaches to the members, is encouraging and positive. The energy in the gym is always high and you are greeted by name, even at 5:30am!

I’m so glad I joined the I-Koach Fitness family and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, motivating, and truly personal workout experience!

"Membership at I-Koach Fitness in Swansea for the past 7 months have been a great decision for fitness and overall well-being for me, someone over 55 who had never worked out.
From my experience so far, I believe a large part of my positive experience is from Koach Kolton, Koach Lilly, Koach Allie and Koach Kelsey. Oh, I can’t forget to mention the few sessions with Koach Ioannis, who always pushed me past what I thought I was capable of doing.
When starting, Koach Kolton was down to earth, very attentive and took the time to understand the goals I had for myself. He then explained a personalized plan that would be both challenging and manageable for me.
For me, the coaches have had a remarkable ability to explain complex movements clearly (even when they have to correct me when I’m doing the exercise wrong lol), when they had to modify exercises for my level or injuries and while at the same time providing genuine motivation. Some results I have achieved so far thanks to the above named Koaches include gaining strength (lifting 135 lbs) and improving flexibility and endurance. (My balance has improved tremendously) I don’t always want to go to the Training sessions but I show up and they always leave me feeling stronger, more confident, and energized.

7/11/25 Update-when I started I couldn’t get on or off the floor and squats were next to impossible because of my double knee replacement. Now I’m squatting, pushing sleds and getting down on the floor doing flutter kicks. Come try, you will feel better sooner than later!

I’m not one of those people who loves working out or pushing myself even though I know I should—but iKoach makes it doable (and dare I say, fun?). The 30-minute strength-focused sessions are quick, efficient, and just the right amount of challenge. My long overdue review. 😊 This gym, the trainers and the workouts have been exactly what I needed. The small group sessions are SAFE and have been effective. The trainers are attentive, consistent, and well versed in making necessary modifications to meet clients where they are with NO additional judgement and commentary. Although I get a nice calorie burn I would appreciate longer sessions considering the cost and the option to add drop in sessions outside my normal plan. Great gym overall!

Based on my initial consultation with Colton, I expressed my concern for wanting a Personal Trainer at my age (80). I noticed a significant change in my body in terms of feeling tired/lethargic, and putting on pounds in my lower abdomen. I was impressed with Colton’s professionalism and customer service. I have had two sessions thus far. Colton is very attentive to my skill level. I’ve noticed in just these two sessions my energy level is higher. I tried working out at home using various YouTube videos and found that without a coach watching my form and tweaking my weight requirements, I was getting nowhere and had injured myself which then put my workouts on pause for weeks at a time. After giving this method 10 months, I decided to look into finding a gym/trainer. I tried big gym trial memberships but was disappointed in the lack of personalized attention. They seemed to be more interested in numbers of clients rather than ME as a client. When I called IKoach, I found a different approach! Coach Colton and Coach Lilly are genuinely happy to see me when I show up for a workout and have put in the extra effort to know me and what I want and need both in strength and nutrition. Functionality is a huge focus and I couldn’t be happier with my choice in joining them. There is not a better place to go if you’re looking for a gym. It is clean, organized, and very positive. I felt maybe for the first time ever, comfortable working out. The coaches are a credit to their profession. I even had my nutrition concerns explained perfectly, with tons of options by one of the coaches. I highly recommend I-Koach Fitness! As a former college athlete, finding what workout routine works best for you can be difficult. I-Koach really helped me in this area! There are many different styles to classes to pick from. The coaches are great and go above and beyond with each client. I have been a member for over 2 years and I can’t imagine myself going to another gym. Scheduling is made easy with the app too.
