At IBJI Health Performance Institute we offer dynamic classes focused on sport performance, injury prevention, and general fitness. We offer private personal and team training as well as classes that are offered six days a week for adults, middle school athletes, and high school athletes. Each member receives a personalized workout program to meet their fitness goals.

I absolutely love my workouts at HPI Bourbonnais! Mike Cole, trainer and manager does a great job of matching your needs with the right workout! Workouts change regularly so there is no getting bored with the same thing every day!

IBJI Health Performance Institute is the best place for a sustainable fitness journey. The trainers provide personalized workouts based on individual abilities and needs. The atmosphere is very welcoming which fosters a sense of community among the members and I look forward to my workouts everyday. As I get older, I have learned that strength and flexibility are key to healthy living and longevity. Our 13 year old daughter works out here 3 days a week and loves it! She is excited about how strong she is getting. They have created a workout program that is specific to her goals and needs and her trainers provide feedback and guidance that is corrective and meaningful. Definitely not a cookie cutter workout! Canβt wait to see how she progresses through the coming months and years!

Jeff and his staff are top notch. Not only has our daughter gotten physically stronger through the years (she's 14 and has been going for 4 years), but she is mentally stronger as well. She is learning the proper form and the correct way to work out. My husband and I know that she and the other clients are held to a higher standard at this establishment. Highly recommend!

When I came to OAK I was in the worst shape of my life. I just completed an 8 week summer program. The program exceeded my expectations! The trainers were extremely helpful and pushed me to accomplish more than I thought I could. I now am healthier, lighter, stronger, have a lot more energy, and sleep a lot better. I recently finished an 8 week adult strength training program with OAK Athletic Development. It was amazing. I had no idea that I was capable of so much. The trainers pushed me, but they listened to me as well. I highly recommend their program. It was hard work, but so worth it!

I began participating in the Adult Strength and Conditioning Program in December 2013 and my overall performance has steadily improved. I just renewed for a full year to take advantage of OAK Athletic Development staff and facilities and the nice price point of their pricing for 12 months as compared to the 3 month plan I first used. I highly recommend this program for all, school age as well as adults. You will get excellent training, support and a program tailored to meet your individual needs. How well you will do it up to you but OAK provides all the tools to get you there.

OAK Athletic Development is absolutely the best program around for our son. He loves the workouts (can't wait to go three times a week) and it has really helped improve his performance in Cross Country, as well as his self confidence, work ethic and overall attitude.
