Chase is a fantastic trainer and health coach. I am a physical therapist and have had a great experience working with Chase. I have worked with Chase both in con-junction with my patients who needed more guidance with their home exercises, as well as, referred them out as their next step as they progressed out of PT. I am impressed with Chase's knowledge on proper body mechanics and attention to detail with movement screens. Chase has also properly referred patients to PT when needed, keeping the client's best interest forward. I highly recommend Chase if you are seeking a personal trainer!! Chase is an expert at his craft. This was by far the best workout experience I have ever had. Chase listened, mapped programs to my unique goals, and pushed me to do things I never thought I could do. He had a great cadence of communication to hold me gently accountable. I had done CrossFit for 4 years and was interested in continuing heavy lifting. I was 42 when I started working with Chase so I needed to make sure what I was doing was sustainable and reduced the risk of injury. I found Chase because I was looking for someone who would help me optimize for longevity vs. pure strength gains. I had a torn labrum in my hip which presented some major limitations.

Chase emphasizes mobility work, and designs programs tailored to make consistent gains without injury. I was able to go from not being able to rack pull at all to hitting 400 pounds. And hit 1x body weight bench press, 10+ pull-ups, etc.

Chase is knowledgeable, patient, tailors workouts to you, and super encouraging. Can’t recommend him more highly.

When I started training with Chase, I did not have any significant weight training experience, I was still struggling with some intermittent core/lower back pain issues and I did not have great muscle definition. Fast forward two years and my core/lower back pain issues are behind me (Thank you, heavy deadlifts — now my favorite exercise!).

Chase has helped me become functionally strong and feel in control of my health. The progress pictures are a testament to the fact that training with Chase actually produces real results.

The best part about the process, is that there are always new strength and body goals to look forward to, which require discipline and hard work but lead to growth. It’s assuring to have Chase there to help craft the programs and guide me through the motions every step of the way as we move toward these goals. Chase is the biggest game changer in my fitness journey, because he makes sure that I am maximizing the return on the time I spend in the gym. As a busy professional who didn’t grow up playing sports or training on my own, I need help because I don’t have time to learn. His philosophy and support isn’t just there for you during your training session, but is someone you can call on when you’re stuck on something and he is there to help. Where do I start! I came to Chase in the summer of 2021 having not worked out in 2 years, nursing lower back pain and poor eating habits.

Chase surprised me by focusing on mobility work that rapidly decreased my lower back pain (much faster than PT did!).

He then trained me for proper form to mitigate any future injuries and prepare me for strength training.

Chase also coached me on macro based eating.

Blown away by his approach to getting strong the right way!

I have been working out with Chase for over three years now, and I can say without a doubt that my expectations were far exceeded. When I first started working out with him I was expecting some basic workout structure and motivational stuff, and that's about it. The services and level of involvement that Chase brings to the table reach much further than that though.

His knowledge on every aspect of fitness is impressive, no matter if it's about strength, endurance, nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, injury prevention and so much more. The process by which he helps you progress and achieve your goals is done very intelligently and purposefully. His knowledge on workout technique is also very impressive. I've tried my best to stump the guy by asking a lot of questions on the smallest details of every workout thrown at me, but I've not succeeded yet.

The services he offers in terms of nutrition have helped me learn to eat much healthier, and in a way that's sustainable for the rest of my life. He's also very accessible and willing to answer questions at almost anytime. I've lost over 60 pounds, gained muscle, become much stronger, and gained a significant amount of endurance working with Chase, and that's only in one year. I can't recommend him enough as a trainer.

Chase is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I came to him with what I thought was a great deal of knowledge having worked with other trainers for numerous years. Chase reinforced my knowledge and technical foundation with precise information and movements and helped me achieve a level of fitness, strength, and physical goals that I never had before.

With this understanding I was able to achieve technical lifts with weights that I never thought possible. I was able to bench more than 200lbs, squat 275, and deadlift 365 pounds all while weighing 185lbs. Beyond this I came to make a new great friend who has continued to be supportive of me in all facets of my life. I have been training with Chase for over a year now and although he is one of two of the trainers that I work with, I really admire his technique as it's quite different but very impactful and has made a huge difference in the way I feel and look.

Chase is the best trainer. I started working with him more than 4 years ago after an extended hospital stay. I was literally just getting back on my feet. Chase has been my coach and personal cheerleader for almost FOUR years now (I can’t even believe that myself) and in that time I have progressed further in my fitness journey than I ever thought possible. His approach to fitness takes into account every aspect of my life, not just what can be accomplished in an hour long session. In the gym I set goals with him and as my goals evolve or I start training for a race, my workouts and programs evolve to match – he is constantly listening to me and taking into account my feedback to make sure I am getting the results I want out of my work with him. With his guidance I know that when I put in the work, we will 100% exceed my goals.

In my first year two years with Chase I didn’t really think much about my nutrition, but it became painfully evident that this was the only thing left holding me back from being my ideal self. He doesn’t tell you what to do; he educates you so you can make the right decisions for yourself. He isn’t just there for you during your hour training session, but is someone you can call on when you’re stuck on something and he is there to help.

When I started working with Chase I embarked on something I very quickly realized wasn’t a quick fix but a search for a sustainable, healthy, and fit lifestyle that has made me happier, more confident and STRONG. Chase is a wealth of knowledge and working with him was hands down one of the best decisions I ever made for myself – he is a great coach and great person and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!
