Charlotte has been my personal trainer for about 9-10 years now and has been such an encouragement and support to me through a variety of life changes and fitness goals. When I first started working with her, my goals were functional because I was experiencing pain. As we worked through my pain issues, I was able to transition to strength goals. I then trained for and ran the Chicago marathon. A year or so after that my needs were different as I was trying to conceive and then my needs changed again when I was pregnant. Thanks to the work I did with Charlotte, I never had any back pain while I grew a 10 lb baby. Once cleared by my doctor to begin working out post c-section, she again helped me as I worked to build my strength back up again from the weakest I have ever felt. More recently I decided I was finally in a place to commit to making the changes needed to lose the weight I gained while trying to conceive and as a result of having a baby. Through every life transition and with every changing goal, Charlotte has tailored her approach to match. I so much appreciate that she is able to do this in such an encouraging way that makes it possible for me to release any shame that might bubble up inside of me. For anyone who might be nervous about entering a gym, there is no reason to feel this way entering Infinite Fitness. It’s a place for everyone, no matter your goals.

I was here for spring break and needed a place to lift for a week. I did not want to pay for day passes at Crunch, XSport, etc. But infinite fitness offered a one week free pass. Honestly, I cannot beat that. I will say, the round plates were not the best for deadlifting, but the rest of the equipment was great. Recommend it to anyone trying to get into the gym!

I have been a member at Infinite Fitness continuously since 2018.
Before that, I had never been able to stay in a fitness program for more than six months in the last 25 years. I have made the trip from couch potato to gym regular. 💪

Been visiting Infinite Fitness for about 4 months now. It’s been amazing the individual care I’ve been getting. (I’ve been a Fed-ex delivery driver for over 20 years a been using the same muscles day in a day out) Learning to retrain my brain to use my muscles in balanced proportion. Working out the kinks sort of speak. They have the knowledge an I put in the effort. It’s been working out really good. I also lost roughly 25lbs. I set my own diet a learn what is an isn’t beneficial for me. He Suggested certain changes a why it may help me to maintain the goals I set for myself. Again it’s up to me. For whatever reason, I always had a gym phobia, I was nervous. But two summers ago (yes, July 2020 covid year!), I decided to give Infinite Fitness a try and schedule a personal training session with Charlotte. The gym is an independently owned gym with really nice owners. They have some exercise machines, weightlifting machines, free weights and other gym equipment for your workout. The gym is very clean. I have been seeing Charlotte for over two years now. She is great and almost like my personal therapist too! My confidence is so much better. And I no longer fear the gym or dread working out. It is a mixture of people and I feel comfortable. You should check it out!

I joined because of my friend. First I wasn’t sure if this little gym is for me! In reality this was perfect. Low traffic, clean equipment. The trainer who help me with enrollment was very nice. He showed around and gave basic idea about everything. It’s one of the best place for the money.

I've been working with Kevin at Infinite Fitness since June 2019. Before I started I knew I had posture issues because I had a weak lower back (sciatic pain sometimes), I had a weak right knee that hadn't fully recovered from ACL surgery (twice) and extensive PT, I preferred using the left side of my body so my left leg was stronger than the tight etc.
Kevin quickly identified all my weak points in the first and second free sessions which for me were
1. the core, I'd never learnt to use the diaphragm to breath in deep and full
2. my right knee was weak and had an ACL injury because my right hip was weak initially
3. my left shoulder was weak
4. my lower back was arched,
5. hips titled forward,
6. chest sunken in,
7. upper back was rounded,
8. neck was weak and arched forward.
We have used the Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization program to correct all my movement patterns by starting to work on using the right muscles for movement vs stabilization. The exercises mimic the development stages of a baby i.e on the back with arms and legs in the air, prone/facing downwards, on kness and elbows, knees and hands, working our way up to kneeling, standing. Focus was initially on core, the glutes and working outwards.
The training used to leave me mentally and physically exhausted initially because my brain was unlearning the old patterns and relearning the correct patterns. I needed a nap when I got home 😂 Now I feel great, I feel stronger than ever before. No joint aches in the last 2 months. With the diaphragmatic breathing my singing has improved a lot, my bad back and bad knee haven't felt better and my knee operates in a better range of motion and the interesting part is we never actually worked on the knee or the lower back directly. Since my body has gotten more efficient in the use of the correct muscles, climbing stairs isn't as hard as it used to be either.
Sorry for the long read but if I had to summarize I'd say Kevin and the other trainers have a great personalized program tailored to each person's weaknesses/needs. They are very polite and friendly. Kevin does an extremely good job of explaining what is going on in each exercise which I love. No aggression to push you to the limit etc. So it's not intimidating at all. the gym is very clean, it's open 24/7, the training sessions are a bit pricey but in my opinion totally worth it for what it is doing for me! I highly highly highly recommend Kevin and Infinite Fitness!

Awesome gym. I used to get training done here in high school from Chris. They really know their stuff here and I learned so much working with him. Because of the experience I had here I believe it influenced me to pursue what I am studying in school right now, and I am even getting a NASM certification because of it! I will be getting my bachelors in health science this December. Talk about life changing.

My husband and son purchased personal training sessions for my birthday. I met Charlotte during my initial consultation, and was very skeptical. I’ve been working out with her for the past 3 months and I have to admit this has been the BEST fitness journey I’ve ever had. She’s very personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and never lets you know what she’s thinking. My results have been extremely impressive and I can’t believe she remembered the minor details from our initial visit. I highly recommend this gym and Charlotte. Kevin is by far one of the most professional and educated physical trainers I have worked with. He specializes in a technique called DNS. He gets to the core issue with breathing, walking, core, so much more in order to retrain your brain and body. I’m not well versed enough to give the technique or him proper justice! I have leg swelling, headaches, a bunch of issues that he started helping me with that no one else ever could, would, knew how. He’s very professional, compassionate, responsive, kind. I’m so grateful for his help. This studio goes well beyond the traditional “trainer” you think of. So much beyond that!!!

My wife and I have been coming here for 2 months for personal training. They use a different approach to fitness that focuses on posture and strengthening the cylinder or core. We certainly work all muscle groups, but they teach that everything begins with the abs, lats, back, obliques, and chest.
I have noticed my posture improved and I have a stronger back. Once I came in with a pain in my middle back, right where I had injured it months earlier while moving. My trainer Charlotte taught me some exercises and stretches that relieved the soreness, and by the end of my session with her, the pain was almost imperceptible. That was a month ago and I haven’t had a problem there since.
I also appreciate the 24/7/365 access to the gym, and the old school equipment like dumbbells, sled, rope pull down, battle ropes, kettle bells, etc. They have the cardio and weight machines you see everywhere else. They periodically check my weight, BMI, fat %, muscle%, etc. — a better gauge of my progress than just weight.
5 MONTH UPDATE: I have lost 20 pounds and am AN INCH TALLER because my posture has improved. I am back to 6'1" for the first time in over 20 years.
If you are not interested in personal training or classes, this is probably not for you. The gym is not very big and there are no showers. However, I've never seen it packed with people, I've never had to wait for equipment, and they have all the equipment you'd find anywhere else plus some I've never seen anywhere else. I go for personal training twice a week and on my own once or twice a week.
Infinite Fitness shines in its personal training, using Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS). You can google it, but my novice understanding is it restores fitness through a holistic focus on balance, posture, strength and nutrition. I am stronger, more flexible, more nimble/agile, lighter, taller, and have had no injuries.
A year ago I injured my back and went to a physical therapist for a few months, but it never really healed. Since exercising and receiving instruction at Infinite Fitness, my back is stronger, no longer gets injured, and I feel less injury-prone.

I really don't want to write a review for this gym because it is such a gem and I want to keep it all to myself. But I promised I would write one so here it goes. I joined this gym because I had a definite fitness goal that I needed help attaining. I have achieved so much more than my goal. I am in the best physical shape I have ever been in. The personal training makes all the difference. So come in and tour the gym. Talk to the staff. Talk to other gym members. And take advantage of the free personal training offer. And note that the gym is available to members 24/7. And don't let personal physical problems hold you back. They will work with you to help you be your best. Come and see what makes this gym soooo different than the others in the Schaumburg area. You'll be glad that you did.

Kevin is great. He's very understanding of our limits during a session, and he also works to tackle the psychological aspect behind why we tend to do the things we do. For example, why we eat when we internally know that we are supposed to be on a diet. He's also very knowledgeable when it comes to physiology and nutrition on top of training. I used to go to lifetime fitness but I never felt comfortable working out there with so many people and always feeling starred at. This is when my fiancé suggested we try a more private gym like Infinite Fitness. This gym is great, I can finally workout in a much more comfortable setting. The turf area with sled and prowler is my favorite part of the gym along with the 24/7 access. You will not find turf in many gyms in the area. The owner Kevin who is also a trainer, is very nice and always willing to help out! After working out here for a few months I will never go back to lifetime or any gym like it! If you’re still on the edge stop in for a trial.

I started going to Infinite Fitness several months ago and it is an awesome place! Adam is my personal trainer and he has been really helpful so far in getting me to meet my goals. Him and everyone that works there are very knowledgable and they really care about all their clients.

I’ve been going to Infinite now for the last 5 years. I’ve worked with a lot of trainers over the years that came to Infinite and at other gyms and I learned something from each one of those trainers.
My trainer that I’m working with now and have been working with for the last 2 years is Kevin Turner. Kevin is great with nutrition and very knowledgeable and can help anyone with coming up with a meal and a personalized fitness plan to help you achieve your fitness goals. He is very supportive during our training sessions and is always coming to training with a smile which is always great to see and makes your day better before the session even starts. I’ve been making progress every session, whether is cleaning up my form for a lift, setting a new weight PR or rep PR.
I’ve also decided to switch from body building to powerlifting and possibly competing down the road. Kevin has been very supportive of this decision and will no doubt help me get stronger and challenge me in order to get into shape to compete.

I have taken bootcamp and kettle bell classes here.
The trainers here are the best. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and humble but have no doubt they will push you to bring out your best. I have trained with them for six months and they delivered every single time.
The bootcamp classes are great, I have had the luck to train under three great talents here - Olivia, Kevin and Chris. They all have their areas of expertise, their classes are unique, fun and you will really enjoy the classes if you love to workout. You go through ten or more different workouts in a single class and its a great way to stay in shape.
I was so afraid to go near kettle bells at first, but the trainer Steve Gabriel made me comfortable using the kettlebell. The trainer made sure I got all the crucial details right and the rest was easy to follow. This class is challenging, very dynamic, fast and fun. I must say this class rocks, my fat tummy disappeared and my abs were strong in like three classes. I can't believe all the fat went away with same regular food I eat.
All the cardio machines, weights and exercise equipments in this facility are clean and in top condition.
I highly recommend Infinite Fitness and their group classes for anyone looking to have an active, fun and healthy lifestyle.
I only wish i had known about them earlier.

I have been a member at Infinite Fitness for almost a year and a half and this is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable - a combination that is a rarity in this business.
I attend Steve Gabriel's Kettlebell classes on a regular basis and they are awesome. He keeps you motivated during a vigorous hour long workout as he educates you throughout the process. Whatever your fitness goals are, he will make sure you get there.
I have bounced around from commercial gyms, park district gyms, etc. since college - but I never have to switch gyms again now that I found Infinite Fitness.

I come here for free trial sessions, and soon I realized Chris will be extremely helpful for me. Now I've been working with Chris for 2 months and it turns out I have made one of the best decisions in my life! He is very knowledgable, friendly and fun to work with. He pointed out all factors that prevent me to have a 100% workout, and taught me how to solve those problems. He watched carefully when I was working out and provided feedbacks promptly. I feel so confident in building a good shape after working with Chris. He is very busy now, and I feel lucky that I started working with him early (otherwise, we may not be able to find a time slot that we are both available!)

My trainer, Patrick has changed my life. I have been training with him for over a year now and he goes above and beyond by educating me about exercise, nutrition and healthy alternatives. I have a very busy schedule and have struggled with achieving my goal of healthy eating and staying fit on my own. Training with Patrick has given me the knowledge and motivation I needed to lose over 40 lbs! He has taught me the importance of exercise, appropriate calorie intake and how to become more proactive while eating out... which I do quite often as I travel a lot in my job.

My wife and I have been training with Dan for about 6 months now and we are very happy with our results. He pushes us during our 1-on-1 workout sessions but is able to make them fun. He uses an app to send us workouts between sessions so that we have an agenda every time we walk into the gym, which we really appreciate because we don't have the time or skills to plan our workouts.

This is a great gym for a lot of reasons (clean, great location) but their excellent staff is what makes the difference. Everyone is so supportive and helpful. I've gone to big gyms like xsport in the past and never felt comfortable working out there. Infinite Fitness feels more like a like-minded community trying to help each other get stronger both physically and mentally. I've been working with Adam for the past few months and his help has been a real game changer. Adam is fun to work with and really works with you individually to strengthen your weaknesses. I've already had some noticeable gains in both strength and endurance and I really can't thank him enough. His knowledge of different workouts and eating habits is incredible. Who knew eccentric exercises could be so fun! I've still got a ways to go but I know how to better achieve my goals thanks to him. I highly recommend both Adam and Infinite Fitness!!

I have been taking kettle bell classes with Steve and he is a great motivator and he does not let you stop. He knows the class participants limitations an pad does not push past them. He encourages you to give you all you have. No matter how bad of a day that I have had at work and then came to class I have felt rejuvenated and happy that I went. If you think that you can't do something you will be amazed at what a little motivation and a push can do. Steve is an excellent instructor , I was reluctant to take the class at first and then once I did it I was glad that I did. Thanks Steve ;)
I have been trainig with Mike at Infinite Fitness since Janurary 2015.He has been a great motivator. He knows my limitations and will modify an exercise / set if needed so I am able to get the same benefit but in a different way. Mike has given me the confidence that when I am at the gym on my own that I am still able to achieve the sam type of work out as if he was with me pushing me the whole way through. I was to the point where I was going to the gym everyday and not seeing any results, since going to Infinite and training with Mike I am not afraid to try new equipment or use a higher weight.
Everyone at Infinite knows you when you come in and that is a big plus they make you feel like a part of their fitness family and not just another member like other gyms. I just want to say thank you to Mike for helping me approach working out and fitness in a new way.

Can I just say that exercise and I have not always been friends. But over time I have been working on it. I was finding I was not doing so well on my own so I found a trainer that worked for me. His name is Chris from Infinite Fitness in Schaumburg. He has taught me a lot about training, about muscles and how to activate my muscles. Before I started working with him about 3 months ago, I was dealing with pain in my feet and in my ankle. I have been pain free for a couple of months because of muscle activation. I have learned from Chris how to walk right and even better RUN. Today for the first time I felt like I can run. For years I have said I do not know how to run. Chris keeps telling me I will in no time. Well today, that is just what I did. I felt like I could do it. There is such pride in feeling like you have accomplished something.
The staff is friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable on how the muscles work and why they may or may not be working right.

I have been seeing Kevin for personal training for a little over a month and have loved the experience and feel better each time I go in for training. DNS therapy has helped me in many ways, specifically with a back issue I have been having for about 5 months. I was diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy (nerve root likely compressed) earlier this year. I had an NCT test to verify. My symtoms consisted of ultra sensitivity and pain all down my right arm and hand. I also had numbness in my right baby and ring fingers. I was prescribed physical therapy which was not that helpful. I also had several sessions of accupuncture with no significant progress. A friend suggested I try a personal trainer at Infinite Fitness (Kevin). Kevin is trained and certified in Ilinois for the therapy of DNS ( dynamic neuromuscular stabilization). I had my doubts, but after roughly 8-10 sessions, the pain began to ease and I was getting less numbness and some soft tingling only in my fingers. After completion of all my sessions the numbness was completely gone and the pain throughout my arm as well. There is no doubt in my mind (and body) that this DNS technique resolved my issue. It's been over 2 months since my sessions and no re-occurance. I do continue to practice the DNS technique at home as its part of my overall daily fitness plan. Thanks to Kevin, he's a real pro!

In fact, the entire Infinite Fitness team is amazing. The trainers push you to your absolute limit and believe in positive reinforcement to keep you going. I recently started coming to Infinite Fitness, and taking personal training sessions with Alyssa. I've had trainers at other gyms before, but Alyssa is by far the best trainer I've had. She genuinely cares about my fitness goals and pushes me to do my best. She writes great, challenging workouts for me to do for when I'm at the gym on my own, and she holds me accountable for my eating habits (which is definitely the hard part for me!) The gym itself has a great vibe- everyone says hello when you walk in the door, and it's not crazy crowded all the time, like other places I've been. I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND Infinite Fitness, and highly reccommend Alyssa as a trainer!

I can write volumes about this little gym. In my experience this is the best gym, if you are serious about your goals. the trainers are very professional and knowledgeable.
It's unlike other fancy gyms but whatever equipments they've got are quality and very very effective. The staff is genuinely friendly and fun. I have been training with Steve Gabriel, he is very serious about your goals and really pushes you to your limits. Steve has got vast experience in his field and the transformation I have see in my fitness and health speaks for it. He is also the funniest trainer I have worked with.

Summer 2015 I purchased my dad a groupon for a training session and classes at Infinite. It took until February 2016 for him to finally use it. He was stressed and needed a new outlet. Here, he met his current trainer Adam. Adam and my dad made a great team from the start. He helped my dad not only get physically fit (and win their fitness challenge!) but helped him become mentally healthier on top of it. It was truly a blessing to him meeting Adam.
As I saw my dad progress, I was eager to see what could be found for me at Infinite. Ive worked out several years and always considered myself fit. Little did I know, I wasn't as fit as I thought!
After testing the waters I knew the best trainer for me would be Steve. His toughness was exactly what I needed to break my know-it-all habits and bad tendencies. He immediately taught me how to practice proper nutritional habits and learn to recognize specific quirks of my body. I am finally moving towards a fit and strong version of myself.
At Infinite it is not just about losing weight or building muscle. Its about understanding your body, needs, and goals with guidance. From how you breathe, to how you sit or stand, or how to activate your muscles, there is endless knowledge in this staff. Oh and I should add, if you're looking for a sense of home in your gym, this is a great fit for you. Leave the make up at home and bring your motivation!

My journey with Infinite Fitness began almost 11 months ago, when I redeemed a Groupon for a pack of fitness classes. I never belonged to a private gym before, let alone have a clue on how to use free weights or cross training equipment. At 52, I was in reasonable health, just not fit; and I decided to do something about it before life caught up with me. I met with Adam and we discussed goals, scheduled 2 free training sessions, and signed me up for his boot camp class. Boy, did those 2 free sessions open my eyes to just how unfit I was. I couldn't do even one pull-up. I signed-up with Adam.
I trained twice a week, and attended the weekly boot camp class. Adam did a great job of planning workouts, educating me, keeping me focused, pushing when he needed to, and blending in some humor here and there.
Results?
Absolutely!
I now have working muscles that I never knew existed. I won the 2016 IF summer men's fitness challenge. I can run off a dozen pull-ups .... no problem. I feel great!

I am very impressed with Infinite Fitness. It is a small, personable gym and everyone there is great. I am a 50 year mother who just finished losing 60 lbs, and decided to take up running last year. Due to years of being over weight and inactive, I was very weak and had no stamina. I decided I needed a personal trainer to motivate and push me, and that's what I got...Steve Gabriel. I have been working with Steve for the past few months and I am very impressed with his knowledge on not just weights, but all areas of fitness and nutrition. He has helped me immensely with my goal to run a half marathon this fall and will be continuing to help me gain strength and indurance so I can compete in a triathalon next spring. He listens to what your goals and concerns are, then develops a personalized workout to help you achieve your goals. He is always just a phone call away if I ever have a question. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone and if you really want to sweat...Steve is your guy!

The effectiveness of personal fitness training from Infinite Fitness in Schaumburg exceeded my expectations. I am at a good weight but simply wanted to address my underdeveloped core and eliminate my newly forming, middle age "muffin top."A tip from my massage therapist directed me to her personal trainer, Steve Gabriel. She shared the philosophy of this gym [exercising hard while minimizing risk to injury, eating right, sleeping well, then repeat infinitely]. I knew I had to do more than cycling and yoga practices to address my fitness concerns. Budget-wise, I did a side by side comparison for one month at Infinite Fitness with 4 PT sessions and the same at my local park district, and found I would save money by going with Infinite Fitness! I received 2 free trial sessions as part of the package. I can't remember the last time I worked so hard, enjoyed what I learned while the time flew by. Thanks to Steve, I now have an arsenal of tried and true body weight practices as well as core strengthening which I can apply to my home practice. I tried the Balance board Yoga class with the owner, Kevin, and realized how to make my balance adjustment from my core rather than my ankle joints. If you are thinking of making a fitness routine change, addition or just want to get away from the distracting big box or park district gym, you will not be disappointed in coming to Infinite Fitness!

I am so thrilled that I discovered Infinite Fitness when I moved to Schaumburg. I have had back pain for years that has affected my golf swing but after 2 months of customized corrective stretching and exercises I played the first pain-free round of golf in 6 years. As a personal trainer, I know the power of one on one interaction and a custom program fit for your needs. All the trainers at Infinite Fitness are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have been working with Chris for several months and am seeing quick results. My tennis and softball skills have increased along with my physicial weight and body fat % decreasing with my overall physique drastically improving.
Chris has been excellent at catering programs to help my fitness and work out each muscle equally. He really explains each exercise thorougly and states what the point is and what muscle group you are working and is a stickler for good form.
I highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of getting into shape or suffering from any minor muscle pain.

A few years ago I got into a car accident which left me with my left leg broken. I had several surgeries done and afterwards my leg was never the same. There was a significant bone and muscle difference and inbalancement between my left and right leg. Every time I played a sport or ran my leg would cramp up and my foot would start hurting horribly. I taught that I would never be able to pursue my dream and play soccer. I've visited many Physical Therapists in the past, but every time they would say the same thing ''You shouldn't play soccer'' or recommend I wear orthopedic insoles.My stepmom introduced me to Chris who later became my personal trainer.Chris never said I couldn't play soccer and he didn't tell me I needed orthopedic insoles, instead he encouraged me to play soccer and become better at it. Right now I've been training with Chris for 6 months and I've been playing soccer for 6 months too, and currently Im playing for a travel club. After training with Chris I've never had any foot or ankle pain like I did before and I've become Faster,stronger and overall feel better when running and I have the confidence to be the best on my soccer team. Above all there is no visible difference between my legs anymore, only my scars remind me of the horrible accident. Thank you Chris for everything you've done.

Infinite Fitness is amazing! They have helped me get rid of my back pain, shooting pain down my butt/leg, and pain in my knee. They have taught me how my body is supposed to function in the right way. I am on the right track and feeling great!
Now, I have been to my fair share of doctors, chiropractors, personal trainers, physical therapists; all saying they will help with this pain I’ve had for years…they didn’t. Then my friend came to me one day and said she had been working with this trainer at this gym for a few months and that I should check it out because they will help ‘fix’ me. Of course I was skeptical, because no doctors or trainers have helped me so far, why would this place be any different…?
Well, it IS different! This place has multiple trainers you hear about that are actually there to help YOU! The Infinite Fitness trainer will work with, teach and train you, for YOU! It is not that cookie-cutter workout of ‘you have this issue’, then ‘do these workouts’…and nothing works because they don’t figure out the main problem. Here, they actually sit down with you, figure out what is bothering you or what you want to accomplish and help you achieve that goal with your own body’s time/process. It doesn’t stop there; during your training sessions, if something isn’t working or you have a set-back, they work with it. They make sure your body is doing what it is supposed to do on your own time.
I honestly cannot say enough about this place! I have had the pleasure of working with Chris Wallace over the last several months. This guy is such a motivator and the most hardworking trainer I have ever met. Like I said, I am on the right track and feeling great!
I’ve never written a review before, but I just had to write something about Infinite Fitness to let people know, there are GOOD trainers out there that will help you! I will continue to go to this gym, because I finally feel like I am able to be me and my body feels great! If I were someone in pain (and I was), I would definitely give Infinite Fitness a try! Really great experience so far. Have been training with Steve for about a month and a half and he has done a great job explaining the reasoning behind everything he promotes and recommends. This place goes beyond free weights and giant tires, putting a strong emphasis on foam rolling, myofascial releases and incorporating DNS therapy as part of the personal trainer protocol. For exercising and increasing strength, lifting weights is only one part of the equation and the trainers at Infinite are knowledgeable about the entire equation. Obviously personal training isn't cheap, but if one sees it as an investment or a sort of "class," you can really learn a lot to apply to your future training and health. You won't find a sea of ellipticals and weight machines here, just quality tools to use and quality instructors to utilize if you desire, otherwise a monthly membership is more than affordable.

Last September I was speaking to a friend and sharing about the incessant pain I was experiencing from my sudden weight gain and growing depression over loss of my mom, uncle, and having had major abdominal surgery that left me barren. My hips and knees were in so much pain that I could no longer lie on my sides and could barely get up my stairs. I knew I had to do something to stop the cycle, but was not sure what. She recommended I try a personal fitness instructor she knew at Infinite Fitness. Well, that person was no longer there, but Charlotte, who was so nice and helpful on the phone and then again in person when I showed up, paired me with Steve Gabriel and it is literally changing my life!
During my introductory sessions I was a hot mess and was out of breath and exhausted in minutes! I was down on gyms from bad past experiences with rude and uninterested staff. Steve actually took the time to assess not only my physical state, but my emotional state as well. He started recommending a bunch of supplements and I immediately became suspicious . My training regimen is unconventional to me, but he kept saying "Do exactly what I'm telling you and you will see results." Three months later I am two sizes down, sleeping through the night, no longer falling asleep at 2:30 in the afternoon, the pain in my hips and knees is gone, my feet are straightening out, and I am stronger than I have been since I was a teenager. I shoveled my entire double driveway and sidewalk without stopping this past weekend and still had strength to get through the day!
I still have a long journey ahead of me to undo the damage I've caused from 49 years of bad habits, but I'm sticking with Dr. Steve! He's not a real doctor, but he is a godsend, literally! I'm relearning how to eat, stand, walk, and even breathe. Since I started training with Steve I've also lost a close Aunt. Not only was he there to encourage me through my workouts, but also with a hug when I need it, reminding me to work out my pain in the gym...not with food. His approach, and I believe Kevin's (the owner), too, is to treat the whole person and bring them into their best healthy, optimum self. All the trainers are caring and amazing, and the clientele are becoming my gym family! Great gym, great experience. There's even great sushi next door! I highly recommend this gym and Steve Gabriel.

I started going to Infinite Fitness and working with Steve a little over a month ago now. I was hesitant at the thought of joining a new gym but Steve and everyone else made me feel that I belonged there right away.
I have been working with Steve in a few personal training sessions and also taking his kettle bell classes two times/week. Steve has been extremely encouraging and motivating, as well as informative. He doesn't just tell you what to do during the classes and PT sessions but explains the reasoning behind what you are doing, what you can expect from it, and makes sure you are doing it properly.
After talking to my sister about my experience, she decided to try a class out and now works with Steve and attends the classes with me as well.
Thanks to Steve, I gain more knowledge and push myself harder during every workout than I ever would on my own. It is just what I need!

I have had horrible lower back pain and neck pain over the last few years. It was getting increasingly worse even while going to therapy at my Chiropractor. I stopped working out over a year ago because I would be in so much pain during/after the work out; I could not stand, sit, sleep, eat without being in pain.
I heard about the DNS training Infinite Fitness offers from some of my family members, and based on their results, I had to give it a try. I am so happy to say that even after my first appointment, I left Infinite with zero pain in my lower back and neck. I have been doing DNS training with Kevin now for a month and WOW I havent felt like this in YEARS! The pain in my back and neck is completely gone. I am actually able to work out like I did several years ago without my back freaking out during the work out, or the incredible amount of pain and stiffness I would have the following day....I HAVE NONE! I joined the USMC in February of 2017, I was weighing in at 210 lbs. and was not in shape. I was shipping out at the end of summer so I had the time but not the motivation and knowledge of losing the weight. It wasn't till around late April that I started to search for a personal trainer to really help me out. I looked up a lot of different places but Infinite Fitness stood out the most due to it's loyal clients. I called them up and told them about me enlisting and how I needed help. They told me they had a trainer who has helped trained future, present, and past police and military personnel. I worked with that trainer named Adam Ali. We trained for months, he got me down to 187 and able to pass the Initial Strength Test (IST) for boot camp. Had it not been for Mr.Ali I would not have been able to get into boot camp. He was not only my trainer but turned out to be a great friend as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to get into shape for whatever the occasion. I ship out August 7th and can't wait to visit this place again that has helped me immensely.

I have been a member at Infinite Fitness for over 2 1/2 years. Love, Love, Love this place!! Not your typical gym - everyone that comes here, is here to work out, not just socialize. The owners and trainers are top notch and are there to assist you when needed. You won't find people working out on rows and rows of machine, but instead working with weights and pushing themselves to get moving.
I have worked exclusively with personal trainer Charlotte since day one. She is very knowledgeable and besides giving me an amazing workout each time, she has also taught me about nutrition. I would recommend Charlotte and Infinite Fitness to anyone that is serious about wanting to get and stay healthy!

Overall I lost 25 pounds and I couldn't have done it without my trainer, Patrick! About a year ago I made the decision to be healthier and I knew that meant going back to the gym. It had been a long time and I wasn't familiar with the equipment any longer and that was frustrating. Not to mention the larger, chain gyms can be intimidating and crowded. Infinite Fitness is a clean, friendly facility with plenty of varied cardio equipment and weights. You can feel the difference when you walk in. Patrick customized my workouts so I would be comfortable using the machines and equipment on my own - which helped build my confidence and made it easier for me to go on the weekends without him. Patrick keeps me motivated, even when I had a set back recently. He takes a genuine interest in my progress and is supportive and encouraging when I need it without being pushy. I'm ready to tackle the next 25 pounds and I know Patrick will be right there with me!

A few years back, I weighed close to 200 lbs. on a 5’7” frame; the heaviest I’d ever been. I was able to drop the weight and achieve goals on my own. However, like many people, I plateaued, and could not breakthrough this plateau. Looking for assistance, a friend told me to reach out to Steve Gabriel. I wish it were a powerlifting gym, but it was a convenient place to go while traveling. Very clean, not crowded, and you can't beat the $5 price for a day pass. Despite not allowing chalk and not having the greatest powerlifting equipment in the world, they do have everything you would need for a squat/bench/deadlift workout.

I started coming to this gym after my husband raved about it. Everyone says hi to you when you walk in the door which is very warm and welcoming. It's never packed so you can actually work out and get it done. I did a few sessions with Steve and he is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes working out fun. His kettle-bell class will kick your butt! I love it and I feel like I learn a lot too. He helps you understand what you are doing and why you are doing it. Cannot say enough good things about Steve and Infinite Fitness.

A while back, my husband and I started training with Chris to help us get in shape, lose some pounds and look great for our wedding. The wedding is over and our original goals have been met and exceeded! We have had a fantastic experience with Chris and Infinite Fitness. I've never really been comfortable in the big gyms that I've tried out in the area. Too many people, too much equipment that I wasn't sure how to use, too much pushing the gym-membership for me. Infinite Fitness is definitely a fantastic alternative. One of my favorite things is the small town/family feel of the gym. We know all the trainers by name and they know us by name. If you need help with something, they are always willing to help and answer questions. Chris has been extremely helpful and knowledgable. Originally, I was having some mild knee pain that I just dealt with on a regular basis. Chris has shown me different stretches and foam rolling exercises, as well as activating and utilizing the correct muscles for activities I enjoy like running and tennis, all of which have significantly reduced the pain in my knee. If my knee is giving me problems, I know exactly what I need to do to feel relief. I highly recommend Infinite Fitness for anyone who wants to find a gym and trainers who are friendly, knowledgable, and know how to get results!

I had great experiences at Infinite Fitness. The facility is small for a gym, but the vibe is great. People are informative and down to earth & on a first name basis. There aren't any of the gimmicky pieces of equipment and high pressure sales you find at commercial gyms.
I signed up for personal training with Kelsey for about a month and a half. She was bubbly, reliable & fun to work with. Co-workers noticed results from working with her.
I will definately be returning to Infinite Fitness for more personal training as my finances allow. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get past all the commercialized BS in big gyms, and just get fit.

I hurt my back over a year ago. I went to physical therapy, tried numerous amounts of different treatment and still didn't find any relief. I wasn't even able to lift any weights. Being a previous and current body builder this was extremely hard for me to overcome. I met Charlotte and she really has given me great progress. She was able to break down and pinpoint the main cause of my pain. I have been working with her for about 1/2 a year now and progress is showing greatly! She really takes her time to explain how each movement works and how everything works together. Not only is she great, but her staff and the facility are awesome. Everything is extremely clean and the people there are very welcoming and fun to be around. I would highly recommend Infinite Fitness to anyone looking.
