Mark takes the time to understand any injuries or limitations and builds a personalized program designed to continue to move you to the next level, while being cognizant of when and when not to push you. I'm out of town part of the year and we are discussing how to continue his coaching while I am gone and to hold me consistently accountable. The personalization and flexibility is greatly appreciated. His knowledge of the body and what it can do is comprehensive.

Been going to Mark for 2 years. I could never commit to training multiple times a week, and he made me do it. I saw great results after a few months and even after having a baby and not training at all for over a year, I still see the benefits of training with Mark.

I have been training with Mark since 2022, and for sure will be training for a long period of time! - 50lbs!!!! And in the best shape of my life. Mark is an excellent trainer, someone that really knows what they are doing, and truly understands physiology. While on this on going journey, I started from barely being able to do half a push up, but consistency was the key. Not only did I lose a lot of weight, but I had body recomp and gained muscle, strength and endurance. He worked with me closely on nutrition, and worked thru any injuries. Today I am feel better then ever. I am thankful, that I can live a good quality of life. I wish I did this sooner. Health is wealth!

I have been involved in martial arts and fitness for the past 17 years as both a fighter and coach to professional fighters. In all of those years I have never met any one that knows how the human body works like Mark. I have a genetic disorder called Cystic Fibrosis that affects the lungs and digestive system. Because of this I have always struggled with any sort of exercise and developed terrible eating habits. However with Mark and his vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition we have worked around these constant obstacles over the last 4 years to push me beyond not only what I thought I could do but what my doctors thought was possible as well.

So simply put his fitness programs have become a staple of my physical health. And now I can’t imagine going to another trainer!!!

Mark takes a real world approach to health, fitness, and nutrition.

Initially I followed one of his nutrition plans combined with daily walking and lost 24lbs in about 10 months.

When that was not enough I joined him for his personal training sessions to build strength & endurance. After just 9 weeks I dropped an additional 25lbs, got off my anxiety & blood pressure meds and am knocking on the door of what I weighed in highschool.

Weekly weight loss milestones are the norm if you follow his advice

The dietary adjustment are subtle and easy to maintain longterm.

This guy is not the normal trainer, personally I'm impatient hate gym people and everything they stand for.

I discussed my situation with Mark and he has been phenomenal. He has great experience working with executives like myself who are ready to get back in shape, without overdoing it or compromising my health. Taking a “building blocks” approach.

Started training with Mark Roesnick about 15 years ago. He got me in the best shape in my life. Started with Mark again just a couple weeks ago. I’m already seeing a difference. Mark & Paola are by far the most knowledgeable, selfless, friendliest people you will ever meet. If you are looking to achieve any goal, literally ANY GOAL, whether weight-loss, toning, power training, competition training, or just want to be a little healthier, they are your GO-TO for ANYTHING at any age!
I committed to train with Mark for 90 days of STRICT, SUPER STRICT sessions to achieve my goals. I went from 265lbs to 197lbs in 90 days.

Are you serious about seeing some physical transformation in yourself? I've trained with Mark Rosenick and seen REAL and ACHIEVABLE results!

I'm in my late-40s and don’t have an athletic background nor much prior experience with weight lifting, so I’ve surprised myself at the ways I’ve been able to push my body beyond the limits of what I thought I could do.
