It Gym is a boutique strength and conditioning gym that offers small group training designed to help people get truly stronger. Our programs are rooted in progressive overload, ensuring that workouts are intentional, structured, and backed by science—not just random circuits. Unlike traditional HIIT gyms, we don’t chase sweat for the sake of it. Instead, we focus on building lasting strength, resilience, and results that carry over into everyday life

I have been coming here since it opened. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment.This is friendliest excercise class I have been to! The coaches all know my capabilities (and way to push me) and atmosphere is supportive and fun.I never thought I would enjoy strength training and sweating so much.

I just can’t express my feelings enough about IT gym, this is actually my dream come true place. I couldn’t find this type of gym for a long time. I love Gina so much- she is incredible teacher and a friend. She will always makes you feel special and always treats anybody like a family. I look forward to the days when i come to IT gym. Facility is always clean and trainees are also incredible. I get tons of nice emotions and it keeps me energized for all day.

I have been a member of IT Gym for 2 years. At the time I joined, I was looking to focus more on weight lifting and strength training but wanted a small group class setting without cookie-cutter programming. From the very first class, I was hooked! The programming and trainers have enabled me to make significant advances in my form, strength and overall fitness. The space is modern, clean and very well equipped. Not only do I lift more than I ever thought possible, I have also made some lifetime friends. If you want a comfortable, supportive gym environment where you can improve your fitness is a small group class setting, IT Gym is for you!

I popped into It Gym for a few classes while on a recent trip to the Chicago suburbs, and everything was incredible. The workouts are challenging and fun. The coaches/trainers are kind and knowledgeable. The space and equipment are beautiful, pristine, and well-maintained. I'm already looking forward to heading back to It Gym the next time I'm in town!

I highly recommend IT Gym. The gym has great equipment, the facility is clean and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable. If you need any workouts modified, they can help you. I have been working out with Gina and Jacob for 8 months now and I have never felt stronger or healthier in my life. IT Gym is what you search for but you can never seem to find. I have been going to the gym for a long time and consider myself an athlete. I recently started going to IT GYM a few days a week and enjoy that each class is unique and offers something beyond what I would be doing at my gym. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can adjust workouts on the fly to suit people of different abilities. It also makes me happy that classes are easy to schedule on the app, the gym is clean, and I always feel motivated during my workouts thanks to Gina and Roan.

I really enjoy IT Gym…it offers plenty of class options if you’re looking for cardio classes or if your looking for strength training which is more my speed. I do Work It and Lift It classes and they kick my butt! I love it!

Two months ago I started exercising again with Gina at IT GYM. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met Gina and tried one of her classes I was very happy to find HER and her nice gym.
After Covid I could not find a gym that offered classes like this. I used to work out at a Lifetime and things changed there a lot and I don’t feel comfortable there anymore.
Gina is very professional and at the same time
she makes you feel like family.
I started my third month and I’m getting stronger and better thanks to Gina and her
Encouragement . She has given me confidence that I can do better and get stronger.
So if you are looking for a nice gym and nice people look no further. This is “IT”!!!

Gina is a great trainer!! Her classes are amazing I never left not sore :). Her HIIT classes are always unique I feel like I am doing a different move every class. For the first time someone actually pulled me to the side and helped me on my form. She truly is great at what she does. I saw results quickly but had to pause due to covid. Can’t wait to get back this summer after being vaccinated.

I have been working out for years, but no gym or workout classes ever really “stuck” for me, until I started working out with Gina! I am SO happy I discovered this gym. From the moment I walked in, Gina made me feel like we were old friends and I was right at home. The programs are tough yet amazing.
