I have been training with J-Fit for about 6 months now with some friends and I can honestly say her workouts are great! I already feel much stronger AND more confident in using heavier weights. J-fit in Naperville is an exceptional gym with fitness activities for all levels. They have a whole array of boxing equipment, cardio machines and weights. The trainer, Jen, is very supportive and pushes you to be your very best. Her workouts are different and challenging every time so you never get bored or caught in a rut. The gym is clean and bright. The other clients that workout there are on the same mission to stay fit and healthy and support each other. Come check it out and you will be pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been working out with Jen for 8 years now, first in group fitness classes and now through personal training. Every time I take her class/training session I feel stronger not only physically but mentally. She pushes me to rep counts I thought would be too high and dumbbell weight I never even thought I would have to buy. My husband was so impressed with my overall wellness that he now trains with her twice a week! While we train through zoom, her workouts are still top notch and her attitude the same. I look forward to this class and community every single day! Jen will push you to be your best in the most positive way, always mixing things up to keep fitness fun with new games, exercises and challenges. The community she has built means you’re surrounded by strong, supportive and motivating friends who help keep you accountable. The gym is spacious and clean with new top-of-the-line equipment. I had a chance to experience J-Fit at their new location and it was FANTASTIC!! There were group and individual exercises that I got to experience & boy was it worth it! The location is spacious & they have everything you need from ropes to speed bags to get your workout on. I can’t wait to come back!!

I was looking for a workout that was just different and push me out of my comfort zone. I am not someone that had a history of working out and making it a part of my routine. J-fit changes that. She is full of energy and positivity, the ambiance she creates is contagious. I now look forward to working out and because each day is different I do not get bored or look at my watch while I’m there. Highly recommend.

My favorite part of the day is getting to work out with Jen! She is so encouraging and makes every work out different and fun!!! All of her classes are high energy and there are always modifications! If you haven’t tried one of her classes I would highly recommend it !!!
