I’ve hired several personal trainers over the past several years and none have been as amazing as Cameron Mitchell. I’ve learned, and had to relearn, so much from him in a matter of weeks.
Cameron is professional, punctual, caring, knowledgeable and passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals regardless of what those might be. I typically don’t like working out with people but I actually look forward to my workouts with Cameron. Not only is he a phenomenal trainer, he’s an awesome person as well.
If you are growing tired of not seeing results or you just need someone to show you how to use the equipment, give this guy a try. You will be pleasantly surprised at how amazing he is.
One last thing worth mentioning. Prior to working with Cameron, I would see him at the gym working with his clients. I was so impressed that I stopped him and asked him for his business card and hired him several days later.

Cameron really helped me out in revising my approach to lifting and losing body fat. I had previously been using a different workout method on my own and was not getting very noticeable results. Cameron pushed me and I learned from him, and I also plan on using his services again in the near future. He was a great trainer that also became a friend. He's awesome.

Cameron is the first person you notice when you walk into Quads gym. There are pictures of him all over the walls showing his accomplishments in the world of bodybuilding. After sitting down with him for a consultation over breakfast, I immediately knew there was nobody more knowledgable and passionate about health and fitness and I knew that if I wanted to bring out the best in myself, he was the one to guide me. Since starting to train with him over a year ago, I've gone from 180 lbs to 200 lbs with a decrease in body fat percentage. He takes a personal approach to coaching by always being available to talk or answer questions. Whether you are looking to just begin your fitness journey or compete as a bodybuilder, Cameron is the best man for the job.

Cameron has been my coach/friend now for two years. This man introduced me to the sport of bodybuilding and it has had a tidal wave of positive impact in numerous areas of my life. Cameron is the rare kind of personal trainer who is elite at training both competitive athletes and fitness newbies. Not only does he impressively customize and apply his vast knowledge to all types of clients but he treats everyone with respect, no matter your gender, experience, lifestyle or age. He takes his work seriously and makes it fun at the same time. Every trainer says their goal is to help you reach yours but Cameron lives and breathes that mantra and - most importantly - he delivers.
Cameron is constantly researching to develop his skill set - he never rests on his laurels or past accomplishments. He is an expert nutritionist through thorough first hand research and won't just regurgitate the kind of unsubstantiated fad diets you can find anywhere (a lot of trainers will tell you they're nutritionists too, only they have zero qualifications to back up that claim). Ultimately, the proof in his client base: a highly diverse group of clients who have all made sustainable and visible improvements to their body, health and life.
It took me a long time to find the right personal trainer so I hope me writing this helps anyone looking cut to the chase and go straight to Cameron for the best personal training in Chicago.
