Literally the best yoga studio ever. The classes are not too easy, not too hard. The instructors are absolute gems, and they really create a sense of community. The place is clean and beautiful. The atmosphere is so zen. Worth every penny. I'll never go anywhere else!!

Cary is an incredible yoga instructor! I took her class and loved it. Journey Mindfully is the most beautiful studio! It’s also an awesome environment, and I immediately felt welcomed. Kennedi, the founder of Journey Mindfully Yoga, has done an extraordinary job of manifesting her vision and bringing her dream to life. Through passion, dedication, and unwavering intention, she has created more than just a yoga studio—she has built a sanctuary, where mindfulness, movement, and inner peace come together for healing, growth, and connection.

Her beautiful spirit is woven into every aspect of the studio, from to the transformative experiences she helps facilitate to the inclusive community she has helped cultivate; a community of like-minded individuals who, while coming from diverse life experiences and backgrounds, share the same journey and a deep understanding of the connection between mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

That said, I am happy to find a safe space where the instructors’ deep knowledge of chiropractic principles, anatomy, and proper alignment—combined with their support, compassion, and the diverse range of classes offered at JMY— will help guide me on my journey to discovering, maintaining, or restoring my inner peace.

I have been coming to this studio pretty much since it has opened. The instructors are fantastic and I love the focus on feeling your body and only doing as much as your body allows you to do. There are classes for every level of difficulty. There are a variety of classes (yoga flow, restoritive, strength) as well as some great speciality classes (sound meditation, reiki). Highly reccommend.

Mikayla was a great instructor! The vibe of the studio is a lovely way to slow down and ground. It almost feels like time stops. I took the New Years Day flow which was Vinyasa and Yin mix. The flow was unique and challenged my balance and felt engaging. Very welcoming to newbies!

After my local yoga studio closed I was looking for a new studio to join. I was thrilled to find Journey Mindfully. From the first moment I knew this studio would fit my needs. Kennedi and her staff are very welcoming and a great instructors. Journey Mindfully is a great community. I love the classes especially the ones with the infrared heat. They have a nice selection of classes and offer many special interest events. The summer challenge was a fun promotion. They end each class with a cold lavender towel - just one more thing that makes this studio exceptional.

I met Kennedi in 2020 wile working with my golf coach Brandon Doyle, the two shared offices. I'm an avid golfer and was interested in the potential to improve my flexibility. I joined the class and have been hooked ever since. When Covid hit we move to virtual yoga. Kennedi's mind/body approach to complete fitness is without compare. It's not just let's see who can move into this pose or that pose, it's personalized to your abilities and fitness level. It's about improving the student's mental and physical fitness levels. Kennedi has changed my mental and physical fitness life. If you are lucky enough to meet and work with Kennedi you will understand my enthusiasm for her gentle ability to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Good luck.
