We also LOVED Mommy & Me Yoga with Kristin was so fun with my four month old. Getting to share yoga with our little one was so special. Bonus points we got to see & meet new mom friends in a similar season of life.

Just be is a great studio to practice in, Sarah is an amazing yoga instructor offering the class attendees what they need. The class flows easily between poses. A nice mix of strength and stretch.

I cannot say enough good things about this yoga studio. I planned a private yoga class for my coworkers and I and had a great experience working with Brooke. She was kind and helpful in creating a yoga class that was a great fit for our group and I can tell she has a passion for yoga that shows through in the care she provides customers. BJ led an awesome class for us, explaining the poses in ways we could understand, with humor and humility. We left the class in great spirits and will be sure to recommend Just Be for future yoga eventsβthank you Brooke and BJ!

UPDATE AS OF 1/31/25:
Still love Just Be Yoga Studio. What truly makes this place special is it's non-cookie cutter approach to yoga, meaning it offers varied classes at varied times. I, for one, am not looking for a "corporate" yoga studio, I love the individuality of both the classes on the schedule as well as the teachers', and students', personalities. Yin yoga, as taught by Valerie, is but one example of this. Many other yin classes, taught by other people, seem to confuse yin with restorative; nothing wrong with the latter but not what I'm personally looking for. I want a workout for both my brain and my body, which is what yin with Valerie provides. Another favorite class of mine is Stretch and Restore with Mary, who is excellent at making a reasonably challenging class available to different skill levels. Finally, although it's not a current offering, I keep hoping Awaken, with Claudine, will return as a Sunday morning offering) - to me it was challenging enough without being overwhelming. Thus far Brooke, the studio owner, has done a fantastic job in keeping a wide variety of offerings on the schedule (there are many classes I personally feel "not ready for" yet, but I'm always striving to improve and advance my yoga so that one day I can partake there too! To me, the real strength of Just Be Yoga Studio is its diversity of offerings and its different kind of students and teachers...it isn't a "one-size-fits-all" corporate-owned studio that you can seemingly find on every streetcorner. That type of studio, while fine for some, would not be where I chose to spend my time practicing. Keep up the great work, Brooke, and remember there are many of us who love the studio as it currently is! Change can be good at times, but please don't forget your roots and, importantly, why many of us choose to be at Just Be!
What a fantastic yoga studio and community of people. All levels welcome and a wide variety of classes are offered. My personal favorites are Yin yoga with Valerie and Awaken with Claudine. Brooke, the owner, is truly a sweetheart and will bend over backwards to help you in any way she can. Love this place so much!

This review is for the class on 1/5/25, but every class I have attended has been equally as great. This class is something I look forward to each week. It is challenging, invigorating, relaxing, and calming - a true roller coaster, so it never gets monotonous. Claudine is one of the best, if not the best, instructor. She provides excellent instruction, gentle adjustments, and well-placed feedback in each class. I feel like this class has enhanced my fitness level, and keeps my body moving swiftly and safely.

Katie is wonderful. Fun and energetic class, as always !! However it was not close to 94 degress as advertised. It was actually quite cool in the room and somebody then turned on the fans.

I love Just Be! They offer everything from completely relaxing to very challenging classes. My favorite part is how welcoming it is - every single instructor is so caring and warm. Getting to experience sound healing (Thurs/Fri classes with Monika) and hands-on Reiki (Sat class with Kristen K) as part of my membership is a huge plus. I go in the mornings for Vinyasa classes to get an energizing workout, Joint/spinal for a gentle full-body stretch, and Restorative to fully relax and regulate my nervous system. Itβs become such a place of healing for my mind, body, and spirit. Canβt recommend this studio enough!

I started yoga after a recommendation from a physical therapist treating me for back pain. It works. With a wide range of classes available, you can find the right one for what you need. In my case, the Slow Flow class and Hatha class does wonders for my aching back. The instructors are great and want to know what you need from your practice of yoga.

I have taken Prenatal Yoga classes with Kristin Louis. I canβt begin to describe how amazing I felt after each class. It saved my sciatic pain and the nurses were surprised how easily I moved after having both my babies. I highly recommend Kristinβs Pre/Postnal class for any soon to be or current moms of infants.
