I’ve only been working with Kaitlyn for a month and I’m already blown away by the results. I’ve always considered myself someone who works out consistently, but she has completely changed the game for me. She isn’t just throwing workouts at me — she’s teaching me how to do things the right way and the difference is huge. My body feels stronger, I’m seeing visible changes, and even more importantly, I feel better mentally. She shows up with knowledge, and the exact kind of accountability I didn’t know I needed. I've been going to Kaitlyn's gym for almost 2 years. I am a 52 year old man with some back issues and I really appreciate that Kaitlyn is able to modify exercises to fit my needs. To say this trainer took a naive, non lifting, uneducated-on-anything-about-the-sport-of-bodybuilding first time competitor and turned her world upside down, is an understatement!
Kaitlyn is professional yet fun, slightly intimidating yet understanding, driven, punctual, and always wants the best for her clients. (even if it's sometimes not what we want to hear haha) I've learned so much through her; like what macros are and how to track them to get results, proper nutrition, gut health, lifting technique...etc...and this is ALL mainly through weekly phone conversations and an app where she would personalize all of workouts. (which I think speaks volumes.) I was looking to gift my mom some personal training sessions for Mother's Day 2023 and stumbled about AOC when I was googling for gym's local to the area. I gave Kaitlyn a call to make sure that coaching someone in their late 70s was something she'd be interested in, and she said she'd love the opportunity to work with folks of all ages and athletic backgrounds -- it was a match made in heaven! My mom has continued with personal training at AOC well beyond my initial gift, and I have seen her strength steadily improve. So happy to have found Kaitlyn Ray and AOC Fitness! I was looking to start lifting weights and knew I needed help learning proper technique. I found that with Kaitlyn. She’s a wonderful trainer and has helped me push myself physically and mentally. The gym itself is nice, private and very well equipped for anything you’re looking to focus on. I have been training with Kaitlyn for about 6 months and I have never felt stronger. Although it was hard to make the phone call, I am so happy that I did. She makes the workouts challenging without overwhelming you. She will meet you where you are at and show you how to get to your goals. I would 5/5 recommend K-ray Fitness to anyone who is looking for personal trainer. She is awesome. Please don't be intimidated by her badass body as I was initially. Although she is truly #bodygoals, she is not trying to make a body builder out of you, unless you want her to! 😄

Hands down, one of the best decision I have ever made training at (AOC/Kray Fitness). Kaitlyn is so friendly and made me feel so good about myself. Kaitlyn always has a positive attitude and really cared about me reaching my goals. I always looked forward to walking through the doors and feeling amazing when I would leave her gym. When I started working out with Kaitlyn in September of 2021 I was not happy with my weight (183#). My first goal was to lose weight and to feel good about myself. Not only did I lose weight, a total of 35#, I also gained my confidence back and I could see a change in my energy level. I trained with Kaitlyn for over a year and half and It was worth every ache and pain that I felt and I don’t regret a minute of it.

Kaitlyn really cares about your success and will work very hard to help you reach your goals. No matter what fitness level you are at Kaitlyn will work with you to make sure you get the most out of your workouts.

After 20 years of chronic pain due to neck and shoulder injuries, my ability to function was at the bare minimum. Exercise was out of the question, it just brought more pain. Then I found Kaitlyn and decided to try again. She guided me so that I could become stronger without triggering pain. When I began, I was so weak that I literally fell over lifting a 5 lb kettlebell. This week, I deadlifted 75 lbs. Kaitlyn analyzes my exercises so that they do not aggravate any of my injuries. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure the exercises are done correctly. I really look forward to my workouts! She gives me so much variety that they are always fun. Kaitlyn inspires me to try my best. Her gym is immaculate and has so much natural light that it is a pleasure to be there. This has been LIFE CHANGING for me! I am 65 years old and plan to keep doing this as my preventative health care. I look forward to getting stronger rather than weaker as I age. I have tried everything to get my life back after the injuries and pain. I reached a point where it seemed impossible and I would have to accept that was how my life would be. It may sound dramatic but, Kaitlyn has been a miracle for me. The change in the quality of my life has been huge. I have a new perspective on life because it is no longer limited. I started with Kaitlyn in November and my training sessions have been nothing short of AMAZING. Kay has pushed me in ways I never thought possible. She listens, she encourages, and she motivates me every day to be better and achieve my goals. Starting out at a new gym can be nerve wracking but I have ALWAYS felt comfortable and never out of place. Kay makes you feel like you are just working out with a friend.
The gym is always clean and has a variety of equipment, and on the plus side, you never have to wait for a machine to open up!! If you are on the fence about getting a personal trainer, do yourself a favor and stop thinking and just DO IT. You will NOT regret bettering yourself. AOC Baby! :)

I started at this gym about two months ago and it’s been absolutely amazing. Kaitlyn is very flexible and accommodating especially with my crazy schedule. I always walk out of there feeling like I got a really good workout in. She works with me because she knows I have knee pain. The gym overall is very clean and she has ton of equipment. I met Kaitlyn at another gym - we actually worked out together and I loved her enthusiasm and her fun personality. That gym closed so she moved on and I moved on. Through social media I saw Kaitlyn had her own gym and she was training clients in person and online . Online doesn’t work too good for me because I need accountability. I found out it was a 40 minute drive to her place. I wanted to go and see her and check it out. It is an awesome gym - has everything you need (even a port a potty ) lol for the time being until she adds on to her existing facility. Seriously tho Kaitlyn has the nutrition and fitness knowledge that it takes to be a trainer . She competes and is working towards her personal fitness goals which I feel is important for teaching others. Her mantra is “Progress not Perfection” which I Love! She is also helping me with nutrition and I feel her prices are very reasonable! If you are looking for an energizing and motivating place to work out then check out AOC gym sooner rather than later !
