La Grange Fitness, located at the Park District of La Grange Recreation Center, offers a 9,000 sq. ft. facility with state-of-the-art amenities. Enjoy 40+ cardio machines, 30 strength training pieces, Queenax Functional Fitness Equipment, group fitness classes, an indoor walking track, and locker rooms with showers. We provide complimentary equipment orientations and a Kick-Start consultation to support your fitness journey. Memberships are available for ages 14+ with affordable options starting at $25/month. We also have personal trainers that can help you reach your fitness goals!

Solid gym with everything you need for a good workout. It is a smaller space, but you can get on most equipment with little to no wait.

Staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Clients are even worse, they hold machines when not using them, put their belongings on multiple machines so nobody else can use them.

I was in the women’s bathroom and a Man came in to change. I felt extremely unsafe and I notified the staff. They let the man into the bathroom while other women were in there and told me that can’t do anything. I cancelled my gym membership right away.

Great fitness place! Very reasonable pricing. New and very well maintained exercise equipment. Lockers already have built in locks so you don’t need to bring your own. I’ve been enjoying going there.

Great place for recreation and fitness. There is a running track (1 round is 1/8 mile) and regular gym facility with lots of equipments. For $35 a month for residents (2024 rate) it offers one of the cheapest gym options in La grange area.

My significant and I recently joined! Very clean! Spacious! Update equipment! Nice locker rooms! Helpful and friendly staff! I signed up for personal training and Kenneth is the best! Calm, knowledgeable, and organized!

The community there is beyond amazing they make you feel at home. If your struggling at a workout, they will cheer you up so you can push yourself. The coaches there are all amazing. You won't regret signing up.

Big, open, well-equipped gym with very reasonable rates and new equipment. Never too crowded. Only downside is no towel service, but feels reasonable given the cost.

Not a place for serious cardio, they keep the room warm for the weightlifters. Otherwise friendly staff and clean (and always at least one cardio machine available because...well, it's a warm room).
