My friends and I booked a pickleball court at Life Zone 360 (Owner David Hill - of Hill and Co) through Swimply App. The reservation on Swimply gave us a booking number and provided the address as 999 Main St, West Dundee. We went to that location and the actual entrance of the pickleball courts says address ‘320 Main St’. A nice employee showed us the way and let us in. Shortly after the owner David Hill showed up and was rude and argumentative as he accused us as playing for free. We provided him the booking number provided by Swimply and only upon us calling Swimply -realizing we had paid and went through all the proper channels did his attitude change. We didn’t get any apologies for the way he treated us initially and he left a bad taste in our mouth. As well as he didn’t advertise the building clearing didn’t have the A/C on- so that should have be in the details of the Swimply advertisement. The signage for the building is a piece of paper taped to the door- no professional signage. I would not recommend this place of business. Before we left the owner David tried to sell us his used crusty paddles as well as he bragged about pickleball tournaments he has won. All in all a bad experience and a rude rude owner. An apology would of gone a long way.

I didn’t even see the place yet, they are SO RUDE. The guy was being very weird, told me he couldn’t tell me anything unless I “paid right there and then”??? So weird, I couldn’t get any information from him about the facility at all. He asked what organization I’m a part of, I said “nonprofit church organization” he said “I don’t care if you’re nonprofit, I’m for profit”??? I asked how many courts he has for rental, he said “a lot why does it matter” then he asked who the director was I said it was me, he goes “doesn’t sound like it”…so rude and made no sense at all. Money grubbing facility. Just came from a basketball tournament hosted here. I've been to many basketball and club volleyball tournaments in the last 10 years. Entry fees are expected and usually average $5-$7. In the Covid/Post Covid days it's trending towards $7 everywhere. Imagine my surprise to find the fee is $15 PLUS TAX!?! First tournament I've ever been to where I heard parents phoning grandparents from the facility telling them to turn around and head back home because the price would be too high for them. I witnessed an elderly gentleman ask first if there was a senior discount and then if there was a military discount. Oh and it's a 2 day tournament. $15 all over again tomorrow. Obviously the facility had to tack on extra $ above the tournament cost to get their piece of the pie. No wonder this place is a shell of what it used to be.

This is a super cool facility inside of an old Super Store all of the structures inside the building are made from repurposed shipping containers and boy do they look cool. This is a great place if you're interested in entering your child into indoor soccer they also seem to have a very nice training facility and there is also the ice cream shop and a brick fired oven pizza place inside. It always smells so good in there.

This is a revised review. I bumped them down to 3 stars.. Good facility. But staff is hit or miss. Lots of travel soccer clubs using facility. There is a lot of unwanted recruiting happening. The league they put together was not competitive at the older girl level. Our U13 team only had 1 other team at our level. The other 6 teams were U14 and U15. We were told our team was good enough to compete with the U14s and 15s. That they were at our level. We lost every single game by double digits. Except when we play the Kickers United. their coach recognized the disparity and worked with us to make it more even. I will not sign up with their indoor league again if they can't put together a fair group for our girls. I felt like our team was used by LifeZone to fill up a group so they could make money. The result was our team ended up being a punching bag.

What a great complex! All my parent friends love this place and are excited for all of our kids future experiences here. Recently, we enrolled in their LaCrosse Camp, and was totally awesome! The coaches are committed . So committed, they welcomed and coached our 6 year olds like they were total ballers.... the coaches were very solid and shared their time with our kids very generously. They sparked my kids love for this sport at 6 years old - @ LifeZone360. Looking forward to the next camp, the next session, and all future practices at this location. This is My 10yo 1st time attending this sport complex and I may say he enjoys the games his team. Only problem here is This place is disgusting it's dirty, bathrooms are poorly maintained. Table and sitting are disgusted. Staff is rude and get bothered if you ask for someone to clean a table that's if you find someone on the floor. Very unorganized 3wks into the season and I still haven't received a schedule or spoken to a coach. Sticking to Elgin re center
