I’ve been coming to LPM for 6 weeks now and absolutely love it! Lisa has created such a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space—you immediately feel like part of a close-knit community.

I’m on the Small Group Class membership, which is the perfect balance of motivation and personal attention. You get the energy of working out with others, plus the benefit of trainers who really care and customize their approach. Each class has a unique focus, which keeps things fresh. They’re always challenging but totally doable—and the trainers are great about offering modifications if you’re dealing with an injury or discomfort.

I’ve had classes with Lisa, Anthony, Cortney, and Conor—all fantastic. They each bring something different to the table, but every single one of them is attentive, encouraging, and clearly invested in helping you reach your goals.

After trying tons of gyms over my 10 years in Chicago, I can honestly say LPM is THE ONE. If you’re looking for a boutique gym that will push you while fully supporting you, this is it. Hope to see some new faces in class soon!

I have been going to LPM fitness for about 3 months and love it. It’s a small locally-owned business and the trainers (I have worked with Cortney, Conor, and Sam) are fantastic! They recently added small group classes as well as a meal pickup service. The new gym renovations have made it a comfortable, beautiful, and spacious place to work out. Would highly recommend!

I have been working with Conor for about three months now. I like how they adapt each session to my needs/energy level, which is helpful in building confidence. Training with Conor the past 3+ years has been one of the best decisions I've ever made (for both my physical and mental health.) Candidly, I'm a bit of a "Bubble Boy", but Conor is quick to adapt and I always get great workouts. He's also an authentic motivator (no "gym bro" culture here!) -- and he and Lisa have created an awesomely inclusive space that they and this neighborhood should be proud of! (Also worth noting - if you're a dog lover - you're going to love the canine cameos from time to time. They love sweat!)
