The gym here is okay with a modern black/white/grey design but has various problems. Some equipment needs replacement handles or general maintenance but take months to tend to. The locker room lockers are old with severe damage with rusted inside inside and not smooth to open. $60 a month is ridiculous and will not renew my contract when it ends in a couple months.

If you’re a serious lifter I highly recommend. Overall machines are new and easy to use. I understand that cost might be an issue for some but given that they are the only location nearby that’s 24 hrs and with more than one squat rack i don’t mind the price. People don’t understand how private gyms work. Can’t wait for the updated changes!

I’ve been going to this gym for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best in the area. The equipment is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a great mix of machines and free weights. Isabel and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful, and really make you feel welcome. The atmosphere is positive and motivating — spacious and private perfect for anyone serious about their fitness goals. Highly recommend checking it out.

I parked in the Majestic Fitness parking lot for less than five minutes to grab a shake from Fragola before heading straight to the gym. When I came back to drop off what I had picked up and go inside, there was already a boot on my car. I was forced to pay $170 on the spot just to get it removed.
What made it even worse is that they asked me to pay either by physical card or Zelle, which seemed really suspicious and unprofessional. $170 for less than five minutes is completely unreasonable, especially since I was actually planning to go into the gym right after.
This experience left a terrible impression — I won’t be coming back to this gym

When people are struggling to get by, all the owner(s) of this gym care about is keeping community members out of their giant empty parking lot across the street from the gym. $170 boot on cars. There are only ever a few cars in the lot, and lots of families who can barely pay for groceries live in the building next to it. Not surprised that people are displeased with the gym. Heartless.

I recently tried Majestic Fitness in Chicago and left feeling more confused than motivated. I paid for a one-month membership. When I arrived, the door was wide open, no staff in sight, and no clear instructions on how to get started. The equipment looked outdated, and the locker room had a musty smell. I expected a more professional experience for the price. Definitely not coming back.

Ok gym only pro is it isn’t crowded I did the one day pass. Confirmation gave no instructions. only the PIN number, so I couldn’t even get in until another member walked in, upon entering there was no welcome so if your new you get lost, the women who works here, didn’t even offer a tour she just stayed on the treadmill checking me in on her phone ? I had to ask where the women’s locker is bc she didn’t even say anything after checking me in she was most concern with telling me to next time download the app so I can get in,
Equipment also don’t have side instructions they look a bit old and incomplete, some equipment seems to come from other gyms like the attachment parts.
The sauna is new so that’s nice
Other than that NOT a welcoming gym that looks to give new prospects a good experience by giving them a tour, & introducing themselves

Honestly it's a good gym if you're looking to stay away from anything crowded like PF and LA . It still gets crowded during rush hour (I feel like every gym deals with this ,private and chain ) . Owners have been doing their best to accommodate for everything . As mentioned on other reviews, its a work in progress gym so I am excited where this gym going forward.
So far they have fulfilled the promises of introducing new gym equipment (6 and counting). The whole gym has been waiting for these saunas and we are excited to finally see them installed (at least I'm excited) lol.
I would say do the 1 day pass or 2 week pass to check them out before fully committing.

It’s honestly not that bad if you just want to workout and leave, and it’s not crowded which is great, but you can tell the equipment is just really old and really used. People usually don’t clean equipment after they use it. The owner sends out emails, but never responds to emails or answers the phone. Signing up is a hassle for everyone because you can’t even get through the door, and everyone gets confused with the sign up process at first. The door has a phone number to call, but again, they NEVER answer. If someone working out is nice enough to open the door and help you, they’ll tell you how to sign up, but that should be an employees job, and they’re usually never around. The emails also say that you can’t let in non-members or they’ll charge you, but then there’s people who are confused in the lobby trying to get in and sign up. It’s annoying. Locker room is kinda gross looking too, but at least it’s kinda clean, even though you can tell they rarely clean the bathrooms.

It’s an okay gym. I had originally signed up because I wanted a closer gym than AF with 24/7 access. If you all you care for is the gym equipment then it’s the gym for you. I signed up before they opened with their promo. Grand opening (originally June 2024) kept getting delayed which was a disappointment but luckily I had not cancelled my AF gym membership so it wasn’t too much of a big deal. They are yet to be 24 hours big bummer for me as I work late nights and this was the main reason I had originally switched gym memberships. It’s a work in progress gym as of now. So if you’re looking for an established gym with a welcoming atmosphere then this is not the gym for you. Definitely recommend getting a day pass so you can experience it before signing up. 😊

Private gym? Lol what s joke. They will not be in business long. They wanna sugar coat it and say it's not crowded of course, it's not crowded You think a couple 100 people are gonna keep that plays running 24 hours? Oh yeah, and it's not twenty four hours saturday and Sunday is when people usually have days off, but those are the only days that are not open 24 hours. Stick to the suburbs majestic fitness. And remember it doesn't cost anything to tell your friends to leave 5 star Reviews Just saying

I signed up for a 2 week guest pass while staying with a friend that lives near the gym so I could keep up with my strength training. Initially confused because I was under the impression I could sign up in person, but you do everything online (Jeanette was helpful in instructing me how to sign up and how to gain access to the gym afterwards). The gym has all the equipment one would expect/need (I mainly used the free weights and treadmill) and no matter what time I was there, it was never overly crowded or busy so it was easy to get my workouts done without feeling rushed. It was one of few (might've been the only one, actually) gyms that offered more than a day pass, which I appreciate, given how long I was in Chicago.

I’ve been attending this location since it opened and there’s a reason I continue to come back! The coaches, Kevin and Jeanette make it one of my favorite places. The coaches take the time to get to know you, your abilities, and are always willing to help motivate you. It’s one of the most challenging workouts and you’re in and out in an hour.
Really clean, great music, motivation all around.I highly recommend Majestic Fitness

Although still in its first phase, this gym has shown significant improvements since XSport's departure. The walls have been repainted, the air conditioning is now functional, and new equipment is being continually introduced. I have high hopes for this gym
